what i am hoping for this chungha comeback, is for people to finally appreciate her talent and hard work! she is one of the people who live and breathe for their art and since she is able to express herself more freely, i'm hoping that people will notice how she is amazingly talented

Taylor Swift is an amazing songwriter wbk but she also has these little idiosyncrasies that are so *her* like the intentional whisper of ‘old habits die screaming’ and how she cuts off ‘how dare you say that it’s -‘, and how ‘so long London’ mimics the chime of Big Ben, and this goes back, mind you. the lyric ‘my stolen lullabies’ trails off like she was choked saying the last word (that lyric deserves it’s own essay but I digress), and she begins Last Kiss with 27 seconds of instrumentals for -reasons- and just. She’s not just a songwriter, she really is just incredibly talented and creative on all fronts, we just got lucky that she chose music as her baby.

META + his feelings regarding his mother (after remembering her)
META + a word = a head canon
His memories are... hazy, to say the least. They feel like someone read him a story, a long time ago, and his brains could only make up the visuals. He doesn't have much trust in those images.
What he trusts more are the sensations. The warmth of her palm holding his own, encasing it whole – the undeniable proof that he was just an infant at the time. He remembers the sound of her voice, her singing voice in particular.
He remembers the cold touch of her tears, the moment before she parted from him for the last time.
While Douma's words were the trigger to making the memories resurface, Inosuke tries his best not to associate him to the images. The finally battle brought forth so much chaos and destruction, Inosuke had little time to wallow over his own sorrow for a while... but he eventually couldn't hold the thoughts back anymore.
When he makes the conscious effort to think about his mother, it's the warmth that comes first. The lingering effects of sincere, profound love, spreading from his heart across his chest, comforting.
Then comes a great void, an unspeakable sorrow. The certainty that he has been robbed of so, so much more.
Thinking about his mother throws him back to all those moments in his childhood, when he would finally settle down after an exhausting day. An insect would sometime come to rest upon his hand. It was in those moments that he felt it, that feeling that he learned to recognize years later.
Loneliness.
Her absence left a void in his heart that he couldn't place, until he was allowed access to his own memories again. He knows that he can never get all those years back, and that her love is irreplaceable.
And so he holds onto the few memories he has, with the knowledge that he's the only being in the world who still remembers her existence. It's his duty to keep those memories safe, and to prove that her love wasn't in vain. Those memories are what taught him to give love in return.
