Hi I'm Silver and I'm really into Dungeons and Daddies. Feel free to send me asks or messages, I'll always read and appreciate them! If I don't respond its a) because i want to keep them in my ask box to look upon and smile of b) i read them, didn't have the energy to reply immediately, and then forgot. The best way to actually talk to me is over discord, feel free to message me to ask for mine!

I honestly thought I would get this in the mail tomorrow but for once, the fates take mercy on me and I am rewarded with gold.
Sooo I’ll be doing nothing but reading this book.

I continue to think about the Tsubomi-centric broccoli au (henceforth "Heretic AU" bc "Broccoli Horror II" is. not a good tag.) Some sketches that might get turned into something nicer later!

⏪ Wo Chien?
"Scribe..?"
"Yes? What's on your mind, my friend?"
The timid Grass-type looks around as he continued to follow behind him.
"Why...did you choose to take me with you..? You knew that getting me to do so...to get me out of the castle grounds...was difficult.. ..so why did you choose to do it..?"
Scribe tapped his chin in thought before answering.
"Because I didn't want you to be kept inside all the time, especially during the more festive times of year. You deserve to be able to explore your surroundings without strife. That's why I chose to take you with me on this journey to my old residence."
Wo-Chien started sobbing as he spoke again.
"It...it's so...pretty..out here..! A-and it..it feels nice..to be able to see it all..!" He wiped water away as it dripped from his eyestalks. "Th-thank you...!"
Scribe nodded. "You're welcome, my friend! Now.." He lifted a hand towards the still-crying snail. "Let's get going! I hope to get to my old home before nightfall!"
Wo-Chien held the scribe's hand with a vine. "What is your family going to say..when they see me..?"
"Well.." Scribe began as he let Wo-Chien catch up to him. "All I can hope for is that they like you as much as I do!"
Wo-Chien didn't let Scribe see that what he had said had made his cheeks turn a light shade of pink.
--
The scribe started taking Wo-Chien outside the castle a lot more after this event. Scribe often took him to his old home - a village not too far away from the castle - for things like family dinners and festive events, and every time he was taken there, Wo often got distracted by things like colorful plants and wild Pokemon that he had never seen before.
After the scribe's demise, getting out of the castle was the biggest thing on Wo's mind. It was all he wanted to do, and for a while, he tried to get thrown out of the castle so he could live in a place where he wouldn't be treated like dirt.
His attempts didn't work, though, and time and time again, Wo found himself threatened with being shoved into the castle vaults. It was a time where Wo was at his most rebellious...but the sudden rule-breaking actions would be brought to an end by the king's most effective threat - warning him that, if he didn't stop, he would unleash his Volcarona on him again. The threat was enough to make Wo-Chien submit to him for a long while afterwards.
After a week or so of submitting, Wo returned to being a quiet and angry snail who refused to follow anyone's orders and intimidated those who tried to boss him around with his judgmental icy glare.
