Sam Winchester & the fairy Tiger Lilly meet by pure coincidence, or so it seemed, in Neverland.
The Winchester Brothers were working in a town working on a case where prior there were two deaths; deaths that were, as one would describe the, magical. As Sam was doing research and Dean was going around asking question (once again they were in white the pickle) Sam has a run in and by a phenomenal accident ends up in a strange place; that place is Neverland. Sam was a little confused but not surprised in the least bit, seeing as this is exactly the kind of weird their job brings. Then he suddenly remembers when Charlie Bradbury (RIP) went on an adventure in Oz with Dorothy; he put two and two together and figured he had to be in some type of magical realm like that.
All of a sudden arrows were hurling toward him, he ducked just in time for one to barely miss his face. In the next instant he saw, still ducking and hiding behind a rock, what looked like a dart coming from behind him but it wasn’t aimed at him it was aimed toward the “boys” who were seemingly trying to kill him, or seriously injure. One by one, as Sam eye witnesses, the “boys” were getting knocked out one by one. Soon all of these lost boys were knocked out cold and the mysterious dart “thrower” showed her face. “I’d be careful where I stand if I were you” says the mysterious woman. However, right away Sam recognizes this face, or at least the stories he’s heard; it was none other then Tiger Lilly (from the Peter Pan stories). Sam just stands there in awe but eventually blurts out “I- I- I know. Thanks for saving me by the way.” “No problem boy wonder” replies Tiger Lilly, she didn’t know his name (yet) so she jus thought to say the first thing she thought of. They stay smiling at each other for a bit, and then Sam asked “Do you think you can help me?” Tiger Lilly comes closer to him, gives a little smirk “Sure, what ya need?”
After weeks & weeks (Neverland time) of both of them trying to figure out a way for Sam to get back to his brother and Cas, Tiger Lilly & Sam really got to knew each other. Some may even say they got the love bug for each other.
Once they finally found a way to get Sam back to where he came from he insist that Lilly come with him (that’s what Sam has taken to call Tiger Lilly). He has not felt this strongly about someone since Jessica, in all actuality. He’s never let himself fall so deeply in love since Jessica back in college nor did he want to. But Tiger Lilly was different maybe, just maybe, he thought she could survive the “Winchester Curse” where everyone they love dies. Tiger Lilly agrees to go with him. She meets Dean & Cas, and Sam & Tiger Lilly actually court for about 3 years. It was going pretty good thought Sam.
A9 months later they welcome a little baby girl into the world; her name is Laveah. They both are the happiest either of them has been; Sam since college & Tiger Lilly since she lost her wings. That is until one day an evil sorceress comes and threatens their happiness with a curse.
The curse was on the horizon and Tiger Lilly said for Sam to take Laveah and “Go!” She sacrificed herself for her family.
Once again Sam Winchester lost his romantic partner, but he didn’t lose love. For this time he still had someone who he loved with all his heart: His Daughter <3

Resident Alien Season 2: Alan Tudyk on His Human “Infection”
https://ift.tt/3rNBJAd
It is a safe assumption that anyone with even a casual awareness of popular culture knows an Alan Tudyk performance.
For science fiction fans, Tudyk may be Wash from Firefly, or K-2SO from Rogue One: A Star Wars Story. For fans of comic-book-based shows, he’s Joker and Clayface on Harley Quinn, or Mr. Nobody on Doom Patrol. Disney fans have their pick of comedic villains (from Wreck-It Ralph, or Frozen), and animal sidekicks (Moana, Raya and the Last Dragon, Encanto). From comedies (Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story, Tucker & Dale Vs. Evil, Death at a Funeral) to drama (42, Trumbo) to dramedy (Patch Adams, 28 Days), Tudyk has one of the most recognizable and interesting careers in showbusiness.
But it is in his current role, on Syfy’s sci-fi comedy series Resident Alien, that Tudyk is receiving newfound recognition. Premiering its second season Wednesday, Jan. 26, at 9 p.m. ET, the show revolves around Tudyk’s extraterrestrial character who crash lands on our planet while trying to exterminate humanity. Adapted by Chris Sheridan from the Dark Horse comic of the same name, the show follows the alien in the guise of the dead human doctor Harry Vanderspeigle. As he strives to find his way back to his own planet, and kill all (or most) humans, he initially just wants to blend in.
But the blending-in is increasingly difficult, a “challenge” Tudyk shares with his onscreen alter ego now that the actor finds himself at the top of the call sheet as a leading man.
“It’s more than just your name going up on the call sheet, and becoming ‘Number One’, as they say,” says Tudyk in a recent Den of Geek livestream. “There is a lot to it; it seems like people care what you think more, which is not necessarily a good thing … Why is everyone listening to me? I’m just talking. I’m not used to people actually caring what I have to say.”
And Tudyk literally has a lot more to say in Season 2 of Resident Alien. The show’s episode order has increased from 10 to 16, and gone is the alien body double used for some scenes involving reflections in mirrors or windows. Now, Tudyk says, it’s all “me doing rubber face,” thanks to a new pull-over alien mask.
Plot wise, the show likewise has more to say in this outing. After a Season 1 finale where it is revealed in flashback human Harry was the one who murdered town doc Sam Hodges, alien Harry eludes the secret military agency, finally escapes Earth, and abandons his plan to kill all humans (since that would also mean killing Sara Tomko’s Asta). Unfortunately for him, the season ended with a signature “This is some bullshit” when young Max (Judah Prehn) is discovered stowed away on the space bound ship.
At the top of the Season 2 premiere, alien Harry is back in Patience, Colorado, suffering amnesia, Max has been returned home, and there’s a slight mystery as to how they crashed back on Earth. Meanwhile the trailer for the season teases an expanding world for the show with a side quest to New York City, growing suspicions about Harry from Sheriff Mike and Deputy Liv (Corey Reynolds and Elizabeth Bowen), more involvement from Linda Hamilton’s General McCallister, and an off-world threat from aliens who will eventually arrive to complete his failed mission.

“We do leave Patience, but the world this season starts to come to Patience,” says Tudyk. “The world is visited upon us, and not just the world, the universe, the beyond.”
However, Tudyk says the core of the show remains Harry’s “infection” of human emotions, and how to deal with them. Calling it a “big driver” this season, the actor equates Harry’s emotions to a child who doesn’t know how to regulate new feelings and says the alien attempts to counteract them.
“He is losing himself. He is losing his identity,” says Tudyk. “When he feels a new one, it comes on strong, and he’s caught off guard, and he does not like it.”
Plus, Harry’s circle of friends appears to be expanding. Though Tudyk relishes playing the bug-eyed alien opposite Prehn’s Max, because “he’s so nasty to the little boy,” it seems Harry might also be fond of the kid. And Harry’s connection to the human race is still through Asta, “so he won’t be leaving her.”
“Unless he can find a new spaceship and go home, but he hasn’t found one yet,” Tudyk teases.
And along with Alex Borstein (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Family Guy) arriving as awkward love interest Carlyn, Harry reunites this season with a certain conversational cerulean cephalopod — who happens to be voiced Tudyk’s real-world friend, and Firefly costar, Nathan Fillion.
“Harry needs friends, and he’s got a connection with the octopus in the Chinese restaurant who lives in the tank, awaiting his death sentence when somebody orders it.”
The octopus, a distant cousin of Harry’s alien species, was a digital creation last season. But Tudyk says he is now acting with a silicone puppet and promises “some really fun stuff with that character” for the second season.
“It’s so great and talking with the puppet Nathan is truly one of the best things I’ve had the chance to do.”
Another highlight for Tudyk this season is Harry and Asta’s trip to New York City in a storyline borrowed from the comic book source material.
“The show is not a direct comic made-for-TV; Chris changed several things,” says Tudyk. “[But] this one comic they go to New York, and if you know the comic, then it has something to do with that. It’s a fairly close translation. It’s my favorite storyline of the comics.”
And though Tudyk is staying mum, aside from a “Well done, sir” when pressed about it, the Big Apple has previously been mentioned through the course of the show. It was both where human Harry was living with his wife Isabelle (Elvy), and where guest star Terry O’Quinn’s character was when his unborn son was abducted from a city bus in 1990.
Tudyk, who has lived in NYC and performed on Broadway, says production was sadly not able to film in the city due to the global pandemic. Rather, Vancouver had to stand in for Manhattan, which involved “throwing some trash around.”
While speaking about COVID-19 — which last year delayed Resident Alien from completing their season finale for several months — Tudyk also says he misses “comic cons most of all” in this pandemic world. A staple at fan events, he created — and starred in/wrote/directed — the comedy series Con Man based on his experiences on the circuit. And he is eager to safely return to the cons to see how Resident Alien is connecting with his people.
“This show came out during COVID days, and I haven’t met this new group of fans,” he says. “One of the great things about the cons is people bring up art you’ve never seen. Art inspired by art you’re making is always great, and you meet people who become friends, and hear stories that influence the art, which influence the art. It’s part of ‘the thing.’ It’s the best thing. I can’t wait.”
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
And when the already very recognizable Tudyk does return to comic cons, he’ll be doing so as a leading man, and a leading bug-eyed alien. Resident Alien Season 2 premieres on Syfy Jan. 26, 9 p.m. Eastern/8 p.m. Central.

[Fuente]

Resident Alien Showrunner Unpacks the Finale’s Big Reveals
https://ift.tt/3m82JqI
The first season of Syfy’s comedy-drama series Resident Alien is like the plot of E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial — if, before returning home, E.T. was a surly, not incredibly lovable being, who wanted to kill all humans, and tormented Elliott. So maybe not like E.T. But in tonight’s finale, the alien posing as human Harry Vanderspeigle does finally head back to his world.
However, Harry’s departure from the planet and Patience, Colorado, ends up not being as simple as the Reese’s-loving alien’s. Instead, Harry (Alan Tudyk) ultimately abandons his mission to wipe out humanity in the interest of saving his friend Asta (Sara Tomko). He also attracts even more attention from the extra-government agents led by Linda Hamilton’s General Wright, discovers young Max (Judah Prehn) has stowed away on his ship, and he left all that pizza back on Earth.

Resident Alien: Inside That Hair-Raising Cameo
By Aaron Sagers
Even though alien Harry manages to get rid of the pesky corpse of the real Harry — right before his farewell to Patience pizza montage set to “Our Town” by Iris DeMent — we’re not yet done with that story. In the finale’s pre-credits shocker, it’s revealed in flashback the human Dr. Vanderspeigle is who really killed Dr. Sam, which set the series events in motion. (The scene of Mayor Ben and Kate kicking agent ass to the tune of Dr. Hook’s “Spending the Night Together” is also pretty shocking, but satisfying.)
Season 2 of Resident Alien has been confirmed, but when it returns, our Harry is going to have to deal with the Not Men In Black, the past of the real Harry, the fact that Sheriff Mike and Deputy Liv (Corey Reynolds, and Elizabeth Bowen) are closing in, and the fallout of failing his mission to destroy mankind — which might lead to some ticked-off family back home (not to mention the other aliens of his race on earth, such as the octopus voiced by Nathan Fillion).
Thankfully, show creator and executive producer Chris Sheridan joined Den of Geek to unpack what the finale means, and how it sets the stage for the next season of Resident Alien.
Den of Geek: Before we get into the finale, last week Harry encountered the Alien Hunter, played by Terry O’Quinn, who is a high caliber guest star. Were you laying the groundwork to do more with him next season?
Chris Sheridan: We would be lucky to have Terry O’Quinn come back. There’s more to be done with that character. There’s a reason we started the episode the way we did [with a flashback to New York City in 1991, when his unborn child is abducted]. What we’d like to do is create a little bit of backstory that sort of lingers there until we find a time that we could go back to it. At this point, what we’ve set up is the only person he knows of that might be able to answer the questions that he has is Harry Vanderspeigle. I’d like a scenario in which he comes back if we can make that happen.
Where are you in the process of plotting the second season?
I’m just starting now. I have a bunch of ideas in my head that naturally popped up while plotting the first season. But I just finished post-production of the first season a couple of weeks ago. So I haven’t had a chance to really dig into it, but I’m going to start very soon trying to figure out what that second season is.
The reveal that the real Harry killed Sam Hodges was a big surprise. Was that plotted from the beginning?
That was the plan from day one. When I pitched the show, I pitched that concept and Alan was the only actor that knew it before reading the tenth script. At the beginning of the pilot, when Harry’s in the living room, and the door opens up with what we find out now was the alien coming in, he grabs the poker and he says, “Who’s in here?” I told him the real story: The real Harry Vanderspeigle just killed Sam Hodges, and thinks the person or something that came in the house is related to that. Is it the people who got him to do it, or were involved in that somehow, and he thinks they’re there to sort of take you out now as well?
Does this all connect to why the real Harry left New York City?
It’s all tied into what Harry was involved in. The way I structured the first two seasons in a general sense was the first season would be about who killed Sam Hodges, and the search for that, and then the second season would be about why. I want to explore, in the second season, the town story. Why did he do it? What was going on in the town? What was going on behind the scenes that we didn’t see, that we didn’t know about.
You also set up a larger world here with Linda Hamilton, and these not-quite Men In Black. Are you expanding the scope of the show for the second season?
I would say no. These shows are sort of living organic creatures, and you have to feed them in the way they want to be fed. If things aren’t working, you pivot and go towards something that works. The balance of the show is working pretty well right now, so I don’t want to put aside the balance, and go away from the town stories to go more into the government. The balance is working pretty well, so I’m going to try to keep the balance the way it is.
Which is not to say that the government story is over.
I always saw the show as trying to thread two storylines through the whole thing. One is the town’s storyline which is. If the alien never arrived, this town story would play out and would be interesting to watch. And then I have the alien story, which is Harry’s journey. What I always want to have in the show is the alien story playing at the same time that the town’s story is playing, and how those two intermingle, and Harry’s journey towards learning what it’s like to be human. I definitely want to move forward with the government story. And I would love to have Linda Hamilton back. She is amazing, but I think the balance right now is working pretty well.
We know Nathan Fillion’s Octopus alien is on earth. And the folks back home on Harry’s planet are probably going to find out he failed in his mission. Harry spoke a couple times about karma in this episode, so might more of his people, or even other aliens, enter the scene?
Your instincts are very good. It’s a natural way to go, isn’t it? Whether it’s season 2 or not, I can’t tell you mainly because I don’t know yet. If it’s going to be in the show, there’s a perfect time for that to happen. I can’t honestly tell you I know it’s the perfect time for that as yet … But look, I’m with you. In writing the show, and running it, and I’m part of it as a fan as well, I want the coolest thing to happen. And that is a move that would make sense, you’d think.
Can you tease how the dynamics between characters might change as more people learn about Harry, and the story evolves?
There’s a new relationship that’s going to happen between Dan and Harry because now Dan knows who he is. So there’s someone else that Harry can talk to. The advantage of having a couple more people know is I can get away from the voiceover a little bit, and go into more conversations that Harry has with people about humanity.
cnx.cmd.push(function() { cnx({ playerId: "106e33c0-3911-473c-b599-b1426db57530", }).render("0270c398a82f44f49c23c16122516796"); });
Which means Harry, despite his choice not to kill all humans, has not fully embraced his humanity?
When Harry feels completely human and understands what it’s like to be human, I think the show’s over. What’s fun about the show is Harry being uncomfortable with [humanity], Harry not knowing what it’s like to be human, Harry acting like a 10 year-old, and being confused about it, and Harry still having contempt for humans. One thing I have to be careful about is making sure that Harry’s journey towards full self-reflection and awareness of his own humanity doesn’t go too fast. He’s one foot in, one foot out. He’s not a 100 percent sure he’s not going to kill everybody. Where we left it at the end of Episode 10 is, he still wants to kill everyone. He just knows he can’t because then he’d have to kill Asta too. She’s the one person he doesn’t want to kill.
