It wasn't the best of days, and Roman Godfrey was very much aware of it. While the rain poured outside he sat in his car and watched and waited, the smoke from his cigarette swelling throughout the vehicle until the acrid scent clung to the seats.

School was a chore and Roman was never too fond of chores, which was why he'd opted to skip out on a bathroom pass and sit in his car to still his thoughts and take a breather. The weather mirrored his mood- irritable, tired and downright depressing, and the longer the rain poured the more annoyed by every little thing he became.

He pushed a hand through his cocoa brown hair and leaned back into his seat as the rain slowed on and off.

Blog Under Construction

This is a brand new RP blog and my first multi-fandom/multi-character RP blog. I just miss a lot of my muses and feel like this way I'll get to write them even if it's just a little bit.

I probably won't do a lot of fancy formatting. If you're interested in the characters we can plot something but I don't want to do the whole verses page and all that.

Roman Godfrey swirled in his chair, a cigarette hanging loosely from his thick lips, his eyes half closed as the neverending circus melodies played in the back ground. The god damn circus. God knows how many years he had been here by now. Every night was the same; he pulled on the bright red suit; the one he wore to every god damn show as the Ringmaster. If they only knew.

He knew it had gone years, because the audience changed. Their clothing would slowly change. Gone were the corsets it seemed, and now every man seemed to wear a hat. The circus cast, they never changed though. They stayed the same. Never aged. No matter what kind of freaks they were. They showed up, all of sudden. The empty carriage would suddenly have someone screaming or beating from within and then Roman knew the devil had gifted him a new performer.

He also knew, that they never left. He peace and quiet was interupted. "Master, I'm sorry to interupt you, but it seems like....we got a new member." a young woman (at least by appearance) , one of the acrobats spoke carefully. Roman sighed, taking a few more puffs of his cigarette, eyes still half closed. "Shitee." he tossed the bud in the full ashtray before jumping to his feet and gave a false theater grin. "Well let's go and take a look a the new comer." he beamed as they made their way to the carriage. Roman got a weird smile though. Never in his long time at this cursed circus had he seen the carriage rattle so much. Whatever was inside there, must be a monster of some sort and for the first time in who knows how many years; Roman was looking forward to something.

rules | things to know

this will be relatively long. it’s not meant to intimidate anyone, i simply thing that it’s important to set boundaries and give general information.

first, i am eighteen years in old in real life. i live on the east coast of the united states, and i am currently in a rigorous school programme and getting ready to move states and attend university. for this reason, responses may be delayed. if three days have passed and i have not responded, please feel free to message me. i will more than likely respond as soon as possible, or get back to you regarding my situation.

furthermore, due to the nature of roman's character and backstory, i request that anyone who rps with me is at least sixteen years of age. he is heterosexual. i will decide whether i think that a relationship fits the plot or her character. please respect this.

it should also be noted that i am writing roman as canondivergent. this is due to the fact that in the show, hemlock grove, he is seen doing horrific actions that i am uncomfortable portraying or standing by. therefore, i will be writing roman as more of a chaotic, joking character. he does not go by the rules placed in the hemlcok grove universe, and i will not be rp'ing him in the hemlock grove universe. please do not expect this from me.

i prefer to write on tumblr posts. my discord is available to mutuals only, as it reveals my full name and i am not comfortable revealing that to strangers.

i am open to ask memes! please feel free to send them in if you want a quick laugh or you want to get a feel for the nature of roman's characters. thank you.
