You guys, I’ve been rereading the Nova series.
Robbie is such an underrated character. He deserves the best and I am slowly becoming an apologist for him.
Hoping he returns soon :(

A Darkhawk series that reveals that Chris is alive but can only communicate with Connor through the Darkhawk suit?
Turns out that Chris was dealing with a threat that could have taken down the universe - and now is stuck somewhere a different dimension as a result?
Chris eventually is able to communicate with Connor outside of the suit and be able to talk and be seen by others?
Them dealing with adventures together - Chris teaching Connor how to use the suit with his tricks and Chris learning new tricks from Connor?
Fraternity of Raptors and the two clashing occasionally?
Robbie Rider appearing one and while - and Chris’ probable guilt in what happened between him and Rich and the events of Infinity Countdown? Maybe Robbie starts to care for Connor - because this kid is sweet and wants to do the right thing and cares so much about the world (and in some ways reminds Robbie of his younger self) - and wants the kid to be part of the “Family” of Raptors- because Robbie still is someone who cares and loves - there is a reason why he hates the Nova Corps but still trusts and loves his brother.
Robbie Rider being pushed by Connor and Chris to let go of his anger towards the Nova Corps and eventually him getting development and starting to realize that the Fraternity of Raptors aren’t his family (that he suffered so much in their hands and that they are one of the reasons why his brother and him were separated, that they tricked him into putting distance with his brother), that he can’t save the universe. (because that is what he wants to do - he wants to help, he wants to keep things in order, in peace.) (Not really a redemption - but rather an exploration of where he is in the story and maybe seeds of becoming more of anti-hero type)
Chris the anti-hero, Robbie the villain and Connor the hero (all designations are the barest of bones btw and not necessarily accurate) and the interactions between the three.
Chris and Robbie being able to find a middle ground in the moral grey-ness of things.
Connor learning more about the power he has and how it affects his body and mind.
A series about the three of them getting development and depth and pushing into the whole Fraternity of Raptors thing, Starhawk, and Nova Corps - because Robbie needs to see his brother again - they need to interact again.
Chris and Robbie finding a compromise in everything - Connor learning what he wants to do with his life.
Just - a series exploring Darkhawk and everything related.
