lot of minors don't understand how damaging looking at nsfw really is.

It's not a safe and controlled space like sex ed or other educational purposes.

Learning about fetishes or kinks when not being mature enough to understand the boundaries between fantasy and reality can really fuck with them.

A minor who enters an adult space willingly basically paints a Target on their back for more harmful individuals.

At the end of the day minors do have the final decision whether to look or stay away from adult spaces we can only play half of our part as adults

And even then we don't really have to do that it's not our jobs to be their online guardians.

Please block smut and nsfw tags if you are under age.

And if you see something that's not appropriate to look at or makes you feel uncomfortable please scroll away or block blogs.

My thoughts on Scarlet and violet spoiler free

I just finished Scarlet and violet and I'm not going to lie I wish It could have been better.

There was something there it's just....

I don't really know how to feel...

I do enjoy the game but, this franchise has been here for 25 years and this is how far we've gotten. Low poly pixels and game breaking glitches from what a Titan game company.

I don't really know because Legends Arceus was fun but Scarlet and violet just felt soulless and robotic.

The characters have as much characteristic as a blank piece of paper but that's normal Pokemon characters and it's time to do my job as a fanfic writer.

I really don't hate the game in fact I enjoyed it it was honestly better than any other Pokemon game I've played since Gen 5( but that's not a very hard competition LMAO)

I'm not angry I'm just a little disappointed.

I guess I'm just mad that I spend $60 on a looks like PokePark 2 and runs like Sonic 06.

However I did enjoy the fact that you can play three stories and I did like said stories.

I liked the character designs tho can't wait to see them in Masters.

It's a good game there's just...a lot of problems I can't ignore...

It almost feels like their Entire budget went into the Pokemon and not the actual game itself.

I miss 2D Pokemon.

For people who want to argue culture appropriation. That only works when the person is involving the OC in their respective culture, and has incorrect/harmful beliefs, also culture isn't locked by race,

Sadly every fandom has it downside

Sometimes the creator are the source of the bad reputation of a certain fandom (*cough cough* Poppy Playtime *cough* Yandere Simulator *cough cough* BaTIM).

I think what destroyed Undertale and Deltarune are the young 11/12 yo cringiness, such as fangirl cringe, ya know those ?

Which wasn’t like that back in 2016, I think-

It’s really a shame that the small, loud part of a fandom destroyed the whole reputation of one, making lots of people who were making good things in the fandom leave. (We saw that with Gacha Life).

You're not a bad person for buying something you like

You're not a bad person for playing such game you like.

Fail to understand that the Creator isn't solely responsible for the game itself, there's a whole team of people behind that game

If you have a friend Who hates you because you play a certain game maybe you shouldn't be their friend...

If you don't want to support that Creator anymore because you're disgusted through what they did then that's fine, but forcing other people to make that decision too just makes you seem like an asshole.

I'd also like to make the argument that it doesn't even matter whether any of this is harmful to minors at all. It could be completely harmless and they'd still be in the wrong. Because it's YOUR blog and you made it very clear you dont want minors following you. Any minor who chooses to do so anyway is an immature asshole because they're purposefully breaking your boundaries.

I'm completely aware I'm just screaming into the void about my frustration.

Sex is a taboo topic due to some forms of religious restriction and the erroneous thinking of "If young people know about sex, they'll just have more sex." Which is not true, at all. Proper sexual education does not lead to more sex, just safer sex. It's when people don't know what their doing (or don't care) that things like stds and unwanted pregnancies have a higher chance of happening.

Sadly, usual sex education programs only address the physical side of things. They don't really touch on how mental and emotional maturity and health are important for positive sexual encounters.

I'm kinda glad this topic came up. My daughter is getting to the age of needing "the talk" soon. I was floundering around it but seeing everyone's comments and experiences have reinforced how important it is for me talk to her about it.

I ended up in a lot of NSFW rp with my best friend, we didn't realize how much that it was fucked up until later on. Both of us were SA early on in life and I seemed to blocked out red flags because "That's my older cousin who's always protected me, surely this isn't a bad thing"

It's only in the recent years that it's hit me what really happened.

Delayed responses are totally a thing and sometimes it takes years. I've started having panic attacks anytime I see his face on social media.

AND ANOTHER THING

porno is a very male dominated industry though not all but the very alarming amount of them have a lot of themes that make life or even use SA and Sexual violence( another big ass can of worms)

Children that don't know any better can see that as a natural normal thing.

I just wish porno had a disclaimer and more safety practices and not just shady as fuck.

Children don't see or ignore the red flags because they think this shit is okay when it's not and they don't realize it until way later.
