oh but i have to tell everyone that we had pasta with red cabbage and ricotta salata and it was all purple and so good and i'm definitely making it again for myself and you should too!!!!

#i guess you just chop the cabbage in tiny strips and then sautè with oil and then maybe a bit of red wine #then you add the pasta #and then when it's plated you put the cheese on #which btw parmesan is probably good enough if you can't find ricotta salata
