In 2009, the World Health Organization (WHO) released a report that suggested banning endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) may actually be needed to protect the health of future generations. According to the report: “The diverse systems affected by endocrine-disrupting chemicals likely include all hormonal systems and range from those controlling development and function of reproductive organs to the tissues and organs regulating metabolism and satiety. Effects on these systems can lead to obesity, infertility or reduced fertility, learning and memory difficulties, ADULT-ONSET DIABETES, cardiovascular disease, as well as a variety of other diseases."1. Where are these chemicals? One of the most estrogenic is 4-hexyl Resorcinol, a Xenoestrogen, which is applied to shrimp to prevent them from discoloration, and as a pesticide to reduce bacteria in farm-raised seafood. Other seafood with high pesticide loads includes tilapia, eel, and farmed salmon. 2. Xenoestrogens are estrogen mimicking compounds which are not produced by our body, disrupting the production of hormones, including amongst others Estrogen, Testosterone and Insulin. Many of us are eating “high quality, low glycemic proteins”, to stay healthy, lean and fit, and to help keep our glucose down, and we are inadvertently ingesting chemicals that make us fatter, less able to utilize glucose, and less healthy overall. So make sure to buy “wild caught” fish and seafood, and Organic foods whenever possible, and yes unfortunately it is more expensive, but getting sick is also. 1. .https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/19478717/ 2. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/21467970/ WWW.GLUCOSYNE.COM KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!! #type2diabetes#diabetestype2#reversetype2diabetes#bloodsugarcontrol#intermittentfasting#health#loseweight#diabetesresearch#diabetesmanagement#glucose#glucosetest#endocinology#bloodsugarlevels#bloodsugarpalette#bloodsugar#food#glucosetest#lowerbloodsugar#insulinresistance#bloodsugardiet#reversingt2d#diabetes.type.2.ig#curediabetes#sugar#diabetes#type#diabetic#glucosyne#nutriprokendall#entrenadorjose https://www.instagram.com/p/CJwElRfBBJ-/?igshid=1bqg4ys8pbwz0
