you ever be hanging out with your adult boyfriend who you live with and pay a mortgage with and y’all get so bored and so tired of asking each other “what do you wanna do” and not having the energy/time/money to do things constantly and video games and movies and shows and youtube videos are making y’all feel more distanced than ever like the only way to connect with another human sometimes is through a screen bc despite going on walks and hikes and sitting outside on the deck you built and playing with the dog and personal hobbies, it still feels like the primary default is making you tired and self-isolating, so you start wondering what other people do to hang out, what you did as teens to hang out, what do you did as kids to hang out, and are suddenly prompted to go to walmart and stand in the toys section for 30 mins only to agree $25 each is a good amount and come home with barbie’s and teck decks and bionicles??? go get whatever toys you wished they had when you were little. indulge in your inner child’s deepest desire. buy a barbie (and some accessories while your at it). do not feel ashamed. this shit is lit.

This is a small thing, but I find it so interesting that the lyctors wear iridescent white robes. The text describes them as being the color of an oily sheen on water, and there's symbolism there of course, but a thing I've discovered (while trying to do a TLT cosplay) is that white iridescent fabric is always polyester. Plastic-based, terrible-for-the-environment, beloved-of-fast-fashion polyester. It doesn't breathe. Every time you wash it, it leaves behind microplastics in the water (which is maybe something to be examined about the Mithraeum's water recycling system). It's a major product of the oil industry, an industry which is heavily contributing to, if not spearheading, climate change.
And I think it's just so incredibly in character that John - the man who was given the power to save the Earth but instead started WWIII, trapped Her soul in the body of a Barbie, and has used Her as his personal power source for a myriad without a care for what She wants - picked a polyester fabric as the symbol of the First House.
Likely, he didn't even think about it.

In cooperation with the Jane Goodall Institute, in 2022 Mattel created a four-doll set they called the Eco Leadership Team.
Tumblr media
The dolls were made of recycled plastic* (much like the Jane Goodall Inspiring Women doll) and represented a Renewable Energy Engineer, a Conservation Scientist, a Chief Sustainability Officer, and an Environmental Advocate.
Tumblr media
Oh yes, Mattel has produced a Barbie who is canonically a protestor.
There is a lot to like about this dollset: Mattel is representing women in STEM fields, Mattel is making an effort to produce more sustainable Barbies, and Mattel is actively encouraging their target audience to take an active interest in creating positive change in their community.
On the other hand...
Remember that asterisk above?
That should read *Hair and face excluded. Those parts were not recycled. And although this set is a certified carbon neutral product, per the back of the box, most Barbies are not.
Tumblr media
I am not questioning that I think it was right for Mattel to produce this product and I think it's great in many ways, but I think perhaps Mattel as a corporation could be doing a little more.

I've been working on a doll house. Sort of. It's an old Barbie house that was missing a lot of parts.
One of the things I've done is build new parts out of paperboard and foam board, and then cover them in paper.
You know, and I know, that when you get paper wet with glue it wrinkles. There are a few ways to get around this.
One is Tombow Mono Multi glue.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Which is here: https://amzn.to/3OU5tbv
The trick to using this glue for wrinkle-free paper application is to squeeze out a bunch of glue not on the paper, but on what you want to put paper on, smooth it out as well as you can (make sure you get the surface you're wanting to apply paper to completely covered) and then let it dry until it's transparent. It'll stay tacky.
Then apply your paper and smooth it out.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
That's how I applied scrapbook paper directly to the plastic wall as wallpaper, and colored printer paper (which is very prone to wrinkles when wet) to both paperboard (recycled food box) and foam board to create the refrigerator door and a curio cabinet.
I find the Tombow Mono Multi is less prone to wrinkling than glue sticks, too, as long as you let the Mono Multi dry fully before applying paper.
Tombow Mono Multi can also be applied to the back of plastic-coated stickers that have lost their stickiness, like the ones that are default to this doll house, and then those stickers can be reapplied.
It's worth noting that you don't get a second chance with this glue. Once you've stuck something, it's not coming off cleanly. If you put the paper on wrong it'll tear to bits if you try to peel it off again. Tombow Mono Multi is very good at sticking.
-
Another option is double sided tape. If you're going to be doing something like gluing shelves to the paper covering, then full coverage adhesion is better, like with the Tombow.
If you're doing a decorative or small item (in this case, the faux drawer fronts on the curio cabinet), then double sided tape is a great option with no drying time.
I like this one, because it's the same width as the foam layer between the sheets of paper on foam board and because it's easy to remove from plastic toys.
Tumblr media
And that's here: https://amzn.to/3s8BELl
I like to use this to stick small decorative items to the shelves, too. It's easy to remove from plastic surfaces, but it can rip the paper like I have on the curio cabinet.
Every deco item in the doll house has a little bit of this tape on it to keep it in place but I can remove and reposition those items as I wish.
I learned about both of these products watching people make those little room box kits years ago. You know those little bitty fabric things you're supposed to sew or use a wet glue to adhere and then wait for it to dry? This tape is an excellent alternative to that, too.
Tumblr media
Like this kit, for example (https://amzn.to/3YCLz7Z), I would use Tombow Mono Multi to apply the wallpaper so it would go on nice and smooth, then use double-sided tape to put the fabric on the chair, adhere the table cloth, and make the little pillow.

Jane Goodall, a British primatologist, now has a Barbie that looks like her, granting her a lifelong desire to empower young girls through having her own doll.
As part of its Inspiring Women Series, Mattel Inc. revealed the new Barbie, which the toymaker claims is made from recycled plastic, paying homage to Goodall's landmark chimpanzee studies and conservation efforts.
A replica of David Greybeard, the first chimpanzee to trust primatologist Jane Goodall when she did study at Gombe National Park in what is now Tanzania in east Africa, sits by Goodall's side. She is clutching a notebook and wearing a khaki shirt and shorts.
"I wanted a doll to be me even before this idea came up. I've seen...little girls playing with Barbie dolls and certainly at the beginning, they were all very girly girly and I thought little girls need...some choice," said Goodall.
"Mattel has changed its range of dolls and there's all kinds of astronauts and doctors and things like that. So many children learn about me at school. They'll be thrilled to have the Barbie doll."
Goodall, 88, started her studies in east Africa in 1960, when she saw chimpanzees exhibit compassion, manufacture tools, hunt and consume meat, among other characteristics.
"When I got to Gombe, it was beautiful, my dream had come true," she said. "But for four months the chimps ran away from me...so although the forest was wonderful, I couldn't enjoy it until this David Greybeard lost his fear and helped the others to lose their fear too."
To assist teach kids about their environmental impact, Mattel announced it would also collaborate with the Jane Goodall Institute and its youth service initiative Roots & Shoots.
"I see us at the mouth of a very long, very dark tunnel with a little shining star at the end and it's no good sitting at the mouth of the tunnel and saying 'Oh, I hope that star comes to us.' Hope is about action," Goodall said.
"We... work around all these obstacles between us and the star, which is climate change, loss of biodiversity, poverty, unsustainable lifestyles, pollution, you name it. And as we go along the tunnel, we reach out to others because there are people working on each one of these problems but so often they're working in silos."

The way in which the film highlights feminist issues is what makes it so appealing to a modern audience. Because the fact is, we love to feel like we can shop our way through social change, that our purchases will make a difference. And Mattel knows it. Worried about the horrifying effects of Barbie’s plastic bodies on the environment? Well don’t panic, Mattel has produced special Environmental Activist Barbies which are partially made from recycled plastics, which means, since they’ve already been partially recycled once, that they can never ever be recycled again and will exist forever... Girls aren’t making it in STEM careers? Well Barbie’s here to support and empower them with their Barbie STEM dolls! Of course, in the real world, the reason why there are so few women in STEM is...because they face misogyny at every turn, from the gendered expectations of teachers to hostile and abusive work environments. They have fewer opportunities and are paid less. But maybe if little girls could only buy a STEM Barbie then they would finally see that girls can do anything! If you believe in yourself, no amount of misogyny or violence can stand in your way, am I right ladies?

Finds over the past two weeks
Ken was in a bag of electronic toys like cars and clocks placed next to the red cross textile collection bin which was broken - rubbish bags of clothes piled up gets people thinking it's some sort of drop off site - the next day the clean and mostly like-new clothes all got tossed filling 3 bins at the cemetery 500 yards away. He needs a quick boil for his cheek scar and he'll be good to rehome.
// I have a whole rant about those "red cross" collection bins (99% is bought up by refashion and exported, drowning local textile economies) but mostly i'm annoyed they have no interest with coordinating with local reduce, reuse, recycling efforts which would have just required a 5 minute drive. There are two charities and two job training places (for ex-cons and folks with resume gaps) that specialize in recycling: both for resale, crafting supplies and industrial purposes (jeans become insulation for example). It's one thing to have strict rules about items being in a set condition inside the metal bins and another to just drop any excess in the landfill when the town is working hard to reducing it. //
Someone's Weird Barbie (ok she's a clone), solo shoes and clothes were beside the bin outside my building with a large amount of blind box packaging, broken potato heads and fast food type toys. Looks like someone did a sweep of the toy box remnants after keeping all their faves. Cali Girl Blaine's top and the Benetton jacket are grail items so I was delighted. Couldn't bring myself to damage a barbie either so I might keep Weird Clone once I'm sure she won't damage other dolls.
The mini items were sorted from a bag full of playmobil, a couple of plastic pet sets and similar sized figurines (policeman etc) dropped next to an ikea flower lamp and some HP bedroom mats at some bins. I sorted and cleaned all the playmobil, 1/6th scale pet sets, the lamp and baggied it to send to the charity shop.
I've kept the shoes (I never have enough shoes for my dolls LOL) and the Star Wars mini toys (micropops - now that i've looked them up they seem to be French supermarket rewards), the rest went into the freebie drawer. Yes, I went "IS THAT a toy for dolls sized Max Reebo?!!?" like some glub shitto starwars nerd. There's a doll sized Roger the droid and a Jawa toy. Amazing. Iconic.
Two things in this life will almost always hit the kawaii spot:
Things that look like other things (stationary shaped like sweeties, bags that look like crisp packets or n95s, lipstick but it's a letter opener knife...)
Things that are miniature versions of the thing, cuteness squared if they are 1/6th or scaled to be doll sized to 1/6th dolls.

Hello, this is the Oldie Chinese Diaspora™️ Anon here. Someone asked about these dolls that they found in their local import shop and wants to know more about them. Well, here we go. Let me take you out on a journey of meandering rabbit holes.
First things first, it should come as no surprise that these dolls were manufactured in China. However, it -is- difficult to find a specific manufacturer for them. A big part of this is due to the fact that they are classified as toys, and produced in massive quantities without much in terms of copyright enforcements. There are a few things we know: They are not BJDs. They have mechanical joints much like Barbies. They have inset plastic eyes and rooted hair. They can be customized the same way a playline doll can be customized – needs a bit of work, but it can be done. (For example, here:
youtube
The face sculpt of the smaller, “Leisure Girl” doll is based off of Lina Chouchou BJDs (closed mouth version: Baby Piyo
https://linachouchou.net/product/baby-piyo/242/?cate_no=27&display_group=1
and open-mouthed version: Mingky https://linachouchou.net/product/mingky/240/?cate_no=27&display_group=1
There is a trend of using a head sculpt from another source and casting them into a vinyl mould to produce toys. It saves on R&D costs since there’s already a head that people find attractive/cute out there. Considering that it often takes years to sculpt a head from scratch, “repurposing” someone else’s head becomes a lucrative option. These heads can be “recycled” and further “repurposed” into different things. And one Chinese netizen has chronicled the descent of Baby Piyo from the legit version, to a recasted bjd, then all the way down to a cheap (creepy?) decorative keychain: https://www.zhihu.com/question/314739696/answer/940578818
Incidentally, Napi Doll’s Carol was among the first and probably the most “recasted” vinyl head in China. They are invariably made of vinyl and were sold as “toy heads” or “practice heads”. According to another Chinese netizen, they are so ubiquitous that they were sold in toy stores outside of schools.
Tumblr media
- Sleeping Carol, eyes opened by recasters, as explained in the graphic.
Tumblr media

Tumblr media
- faceup “tutorial”
The second, larger doll is most likely DBS’s Dream Angel doll (
https://world.taobao.com/item/654623976663.htm
It’s tough to be 100% sure if this is a perfect match from these photos, unfortunately. They are most likely the 1/6 dolls used by the same artist as above for her customization efforts
youtube
) According to the Taobao sites that sell them, these were “extras” made to the specifications from an foreign company (meaning a company like Mattel contracted the factory to make 10,000 MH dolls, but the factory made 15,000 instead. And they are trying to sell off the extra.) Despite this description, I find it hard to believe. There are multiple companies that claim to be the manufacturer for these, almost exact, dolls, after all. The story simply doesn’t hold. However, if they really are DBS’s dolls (like these ones here:
Then they are copied from @ngell $tudio’s LiuRuShi. There was a prior post here about this specific “recast” earlier in the blog, I think.
That takes care of the head. The more “legit” version of the 1/8 body most likely came from the company Ding Xiao Ma (AKA “Ding Pony”
https://xp.toysol.com/company/product.aspx?ID=4260&UID=481
based in Shantou, Guangdong, China). They are advertised as “completely designed and made in China” and features a one-part body with articulation in the arms and legs. (13 joints in total, best seen here:
Tumblr media
Unfortunately, due to their low price point, many unscrupulous on-line stores and drop-shippers would buy them for resale. And since they are considered “legit”, their prices can be highly inflated (
https://www.amazon.ca/Anime-Vinyl-Desktop-Decoration-Boxed/dp/B082WTP98Q
The less-than-reputable version of the 1/8 body is created by companies like DBS, the grey-area recasters. (
DBS has a two-part body with a swivel joint in the hips whereas Ding doesn’t. The original “swivel hip” doll body came from YeLoLi (which is legit:
https://true-bjd-confessions.tumblr.com/post/678905335364370432/not-a-recast-today-i-learned-the-night-lolita
but has been shrunken down to the 1/8th size. Incidentally, the YMY doll body also appears suspiciously like a shrunken-down YeLoLi body as well. There have been voices in the anti-recast BJD circles in China to recommend OB11 or Nendoroid bodies instead of YMY for that reason.
The larger dolls are 1/6th sized, and they are an interesting story, too. Supposedly, the DBS 1/6th is original (and therefore “legit”
And the company is now advertising them as being compatible with BJD heads if you use their “proprietary” neck adaptors. The body has 28 joints and is a swivel hip that was originally from YeLoLi. But this one has a modified crotch area that was taken from Xinyi (also a legit vinyl doll company
The DBS body might be seen as the illicit love child between these two companies. However, there are still hybrid 1/6th dolls that uses a “recasted” YeLoLi body along with another “repurposed” head, like these listings:
https://world.taobao.com/item/662180419082.htm
For those of you who made it this far with me: Thank you! Definitely pat yourself on the back for making it through such an arduous journey. While your mileage may vary, I hope this is something helpful.
Long story short: these dolls were cheaply made and they could probably trace their ancestry back to a more legitimate source. After several different rounds of recasting, sometimes into a different material, the features muddy and their price points drop. And they end up wrapped in plastic bags and being stuffed by the dozen in baskets.
Note 1: This is not to say there are no legit vinyl BJDs or MJDs. I hope that I have shown you that there are still legit sources and we should do our best to support them in the face of massive “repurposing”. These companies are really fighting an uphill battle.
Note 2: Shopping sites usually have a tracking serial when you try to copy and paste their listed content. This is how these websites track your geolocation and if you have shown repeated interest for targeted marketing. I have removed all tracking codes in the html in this post, even for folks who uses a VPN, this should still work. (Fingers crossed!)

"British primatologist Jane Goodall has got a Barbie in her likeness, fulfilling a longtime wish of having her own doll to inspire young girls.
Mattel Inc unveiled the new Barbie, which the toymaker says is made from recycled plastic, as part of its Inspiring Women Series, nodding to Goodall's groundbreaking studies of chimpanzees and conservation efforts.
Dressed in a khaki shirt and shorts and holding a notebook, Goodall's doll has a pair of binoculars around her neck and David Greybeard by her side, a replica of the first chimpanzee to trust the primatologist as she conducted her research at Gombe National Park, in what is now Tanzania in east Africa.
"I wanted a doll to be me even before this idea came up. I've seen...little girls playing with Barbie dolls and certainly at the beginning, they were all very girly girly and I thought little girls need...some choice," Goodall told Reuters."

https://insidethemagic.net/2023/08/mattel-to-end-barbie-production-after-federal-plastic-ban-jtc1/
The title is misleading, they are not stopping production of Barbies. Mattel announced they are going to have all Barbies be made of 100% recycled material by 2030, and will be moving away from plastics all together soon after. They hope to have dolls made of "mushroom mycelium, algae, seaweed, clays, wood cellulose and bamboo". They are also trying to make more diverse Barbies. In the article they mention working with people with down syndrome to develop a barbie with down syndrome! Hopefully they make more Barbies that have congenital disabilities and facial differences! (I believe they already have a barbie that uses a wheelchair, I'm not sure about other mobility devices though)
I've loved Barbies since I was little and I'm so happy they are moving towards sustainable production! I hate that a big influence of my childhood has contributed to the huge amount of plastic waste in our environment.

Since I havent been able to find any myself, here's some Barbie news for January 2023! (Special thanks to Barbielist Holland on Wordpress)
Tumblr media
First off is the 2023 Birthday Wishes Barbie (#HJX02), whose dress looks like the monkeys paw result of someone's wish that barbiecore fashion made a resurgence
Tumblr media
Then there's the next member of the Inspiring Women series: Bessie Coleman
Tumblr media
We've got our first look at the 2023 Barbie Looks collection: (from left to right) #13-HJW80, #14-HJW81, #15-‎HJW82, #16-‎HJW83, #17-HJW84, and #18-‎HJW85. Personally I prefer the silver and black outfits from the 2022 line
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
There's going to be three new Barbie Loves The Ocean dolls! For those unaware, these dolls are made from oceanbound plastics, wear recycled fabrics, and fully closed recyclable packaging! The first two look gorgeous (left to right, #HPL94 1 and #HLP93 2), and Barbie (#HLP92 3) is... also there (it's the uneccessary ruffle on the dress, sorry Barbie)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
There will be three new Fashionista fashion packs: #‎HJT17 1 (which I feel would be best completed with a cowboy hat), #‎HJT19 2 (which would probably look better with a white collared shirt underneath), and #‎HJT18 3 (unfortunately not as good as the other two, the top looks too simple imo and the stitching on the skirt is awkward)
Tumblr media
And I'll end the post off with this absolutely incredible doll vanity playset (#‎HJV35), it carries a modern look while simultaneously being distinctly Barbie! I wish the seat had actual fur, but that's a minor gripe.
That's all for now, take care doll fans!

Back into city life
Thursday 28th September 2023
Here in Uganda’s capital city it’s almost impossible to guarantee that you will be able to make more than two meetings in one day if they are in different venues.
Tumblr media
Plastic waste being collected for some sort of recycling.
Rush hour traffic peaks are office traffic and the school run, which follow on each other and blend into one gigantic jam. Mostly the peaks are dead slow and stop, often quite a lot of stop! Journey times are highly unpredictable
Tumblr media
How do you get a pig to market?
This morning we allowed plenty of time to get in from Bushbaby Lodge to the city centre, where we had an appointment to meet our old friend James Mwesigwa at the Uganda Protestant Medical Bureau. It took us two and three-quarter hours to travel about 18 miles.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Road side clothes shopping; did you spot the Barbie mention?
We had planned to drop off our katundu (our ‘stuff’) at the hotel beforehand, but as time marched slowly on, Ewan said, let’s just go to an early lunch and on to the meeting, which we did.
As always, James was very cordial; he worked as a social worker in UK in another life. We had to tell him about the closure of JF. He wondered if he should make a video of the work that JF has done in the last 10 years.
Tumblr media
With James, who has always been supportive.
Our second assignment of the day was our important meeting with Dr Hafsa, who is the lead for mental health at the Ministry of Health. She has always been very supportive of us, and keenly interested in what we do. We need to be working within Ministry policy so we like to check that out.
Had she been able to come to open the CPD workshop, we would have broken the news of JF closing to her then.
She wasn’t able to do that, so today we did the deed.
To be honest, she was more shocked and upset than we expected at the news of our winding down the funds. She needed considerable reassurance that we are ‘only’ ending the money; relationships, friendships and support will continue. I was relieved when she gave me the customary very warm hug as we said goodbye.
Tumblr media
some babies sleep anywhere.
We are staying in the Duomo hotel where we have stayed quite a few times before as we like it. Though the surroundings are getting a bit louder. I had a swim after a shower of rain.
Tumblr media
During our visits we heard more about the challenges of running a PNFP hospital.  You are dependent on getting enough money in to pay the salaries.  In one place they are only now paying the August salaries.  The take home pay of an enrolled nurse is around 300,000 shillings a month which is about £80.  The government put salaries up for health staff and science teachers a couple of years ago so if the nurses and PCOs move to government they get a two or three fold pay rise immediately.

April 22 is Earth Day, an annual international observance to promote environmental protection, having run since 1970. 2024's theme specifically is "Planet vs Plastics".
Which brings us to Barbie.
There is no doubt that Mattel is aware of the issues of environmental protection, climate change and the impact of plastics on the environment. The 2022 Barbie "Career of the Year" was Eco-Leadership.
Tumblr media
These dolls were advertised as being made from recycled plastic (with the fine print noting that this is true only of the bodies, not the heads or hair) and featured Barbie in various eco-themed careers (including what Mattel describes as an "advocate" but to me looks like a "protester").
The dolls are made of "certified CarbonNeutral products", as are some other Barbie products especially those themed around the environment, such as the Jane Goodall Inspiring Women Barbie (also described as being made from 75% recycled plastic, excluding the head, hair and chimpanzee... which you may recognise as being a pretty significant portion of what is available in this release).
Tumblr media
In 2021, Mattel updated their website with a page on sustainability, featuring the tagline "The future of pink is green" and promising that they were "working towards a goal of achieving 100% recycled, recyclable, or bio-based plastic materials in our products and packaging." This page also provides links to a number of dolls in their line they are advertising as being made of recycled products, such as "Barbie Loves the Ocean".
Tumblr media
They promise "more" coming in 2024, but ultimately I don't know if Mattel is really doing all that they can. I recognise that Barbie is a capitalist product i.e. a toy, a toy designed to be sold in as many numbers as possible, made of plastic and packaged in plastic. But if Mattel wants to make sustainability a cornerstone of their brand (which to be clear, I applaud), I wish we were seeing more.

Rainbow High Skyler Thrift Store Transformation!
Today I found Skyler Bradshaw at the thrift store! I'd never seen a Rainbow High doll at a thrift store before, and I've heard of amazing stories where people have found Rainbow High dolls at thrift shops and treated it like it was a goldmine. They'd buy them and transform them into beautiful customs! Ever since Rainbow High came out, I wanted to to that too!
Well, today, that happened! 😃
I found a Skyler Bradshaw in a bag with a bunch of other random dolls. (Most of them were a few beaten up Barbies and a few Disney dolls. Though there were a few that actually weren't so bad. If I could guess, the bag had about 15 dolls in it. Maybe 20. I didn't keep them all. Most of them I just tossed into recycle. They're plastic so... yeah. I feel like it'd be better than the trash.)
After we came home, I pulled out Skyler right away! She's a wave 1 Skyler. The girl had no shoes and was missing her blue denim top, but she surprisingly had her original crescent moon earrings, top and skirt! (I LOVE those earrings, so it was a huge surprise to get another pair! 😍)
Also, the poor girl was missing a hand. I guess she thought that giving somebody a hand with something was literal. (Joking.) 😆
Tumblr media Tumblr media
This girl needed a total makeover.
Which is what I did!
Washing out her hair took a long while. The ends of her hair were an absolute mess! Sadly, her hair was also frizzed a little. Yikes. Can't fix that with a Frizz Ease.
So as I'm washing out her hair I thought, "What if she had a hair cut? Nice and short. A little bit of bounce? Hey, that's not a bad idea!"
Here she is!
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
She turned out so cute! I was also super glad that the markings on her face washed right off! Maybe one day I'll give her a hook for a hand? That'd be cool!
As for who she is, such as her new name, etc, I have absolutely no idea! She's a cute little girl though!
Also included in the bag with a mix of dolls was a Ken doll (My first Ken! Yay!) Along with a Stacie and a National Geographic Barbie who looks like she came brand new!
Maybe one day, I can make Ken's new boyfriend? Oh my gosh, that'd be awesome! 😄
youtube
There were also some Disney dolls, in which one was an Anna doll who looks like she'd woken up in the beginning of Frozen, and a Belle with a messed up foot with bell bottom pants to a golden dress. (Belle-Bottom pants? 😏 Okay, yeah, that was terrible. 😆)
Sadly, I don't have photos of the princesses, but I managed to fix them up a little. Belle had rooted eyelashes and long hair, but the eyelashes were rooted a little weird, so I removed them. I also gave her hair a short trim. Just a little. Not as dramatic as Skyler's up top.
As for Anna... poor girl looks like she's paranoid from a nightmare in bed still. Even after washing out her hair. It's kinda funny honestly. I'll see if I can snap images of them soon or something.
Over-all, I feel like it was a fun experience and I wanted to share! 🙂
