While exploring the Archimedes Ward, Barghest has found that the culinary arts appears to be one of its points of pride. Besides the area known as Dionysus' Chalice, she's been making her way down this street people seem to call the Star Trail, where smells belonging to the kinds of dishes she could never have imagined in the Land of the Fae drift out of the various stores and assail her nostrils. The idea to come down here in the first place had come to her when she'd wandered by the other day, caught a whiff and found her stomach growling.
Of course, it's slow going for her at the moment. She's here to sample the street's myriad offerings, of course, but also slowing her down is the fact that she's been staying behind at some of the establishments and trying to ask for the recipes to dishes that have especially caught her eye. She's found...limited success in that, though, between her own intimidating figure and some strange reluctance to share recipes.
That's a little vexing. Meat pies are good, but it's best to have some variety. And...though there's serious doubts anyone like her should marry, the selfish desire to be a bride one day still remains within, and anyone with that desire should be a competent cook, right?
"...This one is good." She muses to herself between bites as she sits at a 'Chinese' establishment--it's only owing to the fact that she's a Servant that she has any idea what 'China' is at all, but their food is very good. Nobody quite has portions large enough for her preference, but given what she's here for, that's probably just as well. "Yes. I'll have to ask the chef how this one is made."

i'ts pride month again so i'm bringing back this picture of our dog Link (on the left, huehue) doing a little dance at pride a few years ago. they both tried to be dominant but failed, so just stayed like this for a minute. the whole encounter was very friendly and people were loving it lol

And from then on out they try to encourage her to hyperfixate on things that don’t include taking care of living beings even if Eddie does think she makes a really good point when she brings up the fact that dogs are different from a fish because they can actually tell you when they need something
a dog would actually be a good idea because it would be able to draw robins attention to its needs, even if it's for just that one moment, because it would get what it needs in the end. but steve thinks of the plants. he thinks of the fish. and eddie thinks about how much robin cried. she doesn't get a dog.

You’re absolutely correct about barely anyone having Wriothesley. Which makes the following fact much funnier when you frame it that way - in my Genshin groupchat 4 out of 6 of us have him
