Have you ever considered writing a story with the Coneheads or the Rainmakers? How do you feel about them all?

Uhhhhhh I think the Coneheads design is kinda dumb xD sorry. My fondest memory is of Dirge* being used as a 'human shield' by Starscream in TF vs ROM.

I haven't given either group very much thought to be honest. Of all of them, Sunstorm (I'm assuming he's a Rainmaker?) is the most interesting. Every once in a while Trinary puts out a headcanon for Sunstorm that blows my freaking mind.

I've written a story that has Sunstorm in it! He's VERY important to the story, though he's not in it long, strictly in terms of word count. It's called "The Angel Breaker." Check it out here if you like. Please check the tags before starting :)

I am not at all opposed to doing fic about Rainmakers! My favorite thing is to take a smol side character with little canon and make a fic about them. I've read their wiki article a few times. Yeah. I wouldn't be opposed to fleshing them out and doing some world building.

The Coneheads though... I'd have to get over their cone heads. They just. Look. They. buh

In Chapter 2 of Mouse, if Thundercracker hadn't shown up and Alexis was not killed via overly excited dragon, what would have happened?

Acidstorm would have held onto her until Starscream returned. They probably would have put her in their cockpit to keep her out of sight and trouble. Alexis would not be happy. Neither would Novastorm. She's convinced Starscream is going to snap Alexis in half. Ionstorm's attempts to cheer up Novastorm fall flat.

Meanwhile, Thundercracker returns to check up on Alexis some hours later. Only to discover she is no longer on the cushion where he left her. She has disappeared! Thundercracker has a mini internal panic when he realises Alexis was accidentally ejected from the treasure room and is now probably wandering a decepticon fortress. He's half convinced she's already dead. Regardless, he puts the entire fortress on alert for a stray human who is to be captured alive.

Acidstorm hears and is approaching Thundercracker right as Starscream returns. Thundercracker is trying to think of how he is going to explain Alexis' demise. It's literally only been two days since Starscream brought her here. Like come on, they should be able to keep a human alive for at least a week.

Acidstorm pulls out Alexis and is essentially like, "is this yours?" Starscream is momentarily speechless. Alexis knows she's about to receive the lecture to end all lectures and is like, "okay, I know this looks bad, but hear me out." Starscream snatches Alexis back and is ready to rip out Acidstorm’s throat, "what were you doing with her?!"

Alexis helps explain the situation and things calm down. Until Starscream learns Novastorm harmed Alexis. What happens next would be similar to the events in chapter 3 :)

G1 SG au: In the episode where the SG characters (or just some of them) get sent into a mirror universe, there's obviously conflict between the Ascenticons and the baseline Autobots. Especially since the fucking Optimus Prime is there.

Maybe only the Ascenticons whose baseline counterparts aren't around on Earth get sent into the mirror universe; Shockwave, Nightbird, Acid Storm, Nova Storm, Ion Storm, maybe some of the Stunticons if this is before "The Key To Vector Sigma" happens in the baseline universe, or some of the Combaticons if this is before "Starscream's Brigade" in the baseline universe. Not the entire Earth team in any case. I would even say the less the better, because then they might need the baseline Autobots's help.

This adds to The Situation because there are no obvious doubles, except for the Autobots when they call Dr. Fujiyama who tells them that baseline Nightbird is still in containment (but the Decepticons don't know that, and propably think SG Nightbird is just baseline Nightbird reprogrammed). And for the Decepticons when they confirm baseline Shockwave and the baseline Rainmakers are still on Cybertron (but the Autobots don't know that).

Not sure if the Ascenticons and the baseline Autobots outright fight, but both sides get a prisoner and have to negotiate about an exchange. I can't think of anybody else for the Ascenticons to capture except Bumblebee. Or maybe non-cars Swoop, or Powerglide or Warpath since both arrived to Earth next episode after Nightbird's introduction (Beachcomber, Blaster, Perceptor, and Seaspray 3 and 4 episodes after). The prisoner being Blaster could be even better, since the Ascenticons don't expect Optimus to give a shit because Blaster's altmode is an object — only for Optimus to offer their possibly high-ranked prisoner in exchange for Blaster!!

Maybe the Autobots get Nightbird, or maybe not Nightbird because they might dehumanize her which wouldn't help their case. Or a Rainmaker, if like canon there's no Stunticons yet and the SG Combaticons are still in the SG universe?

That would be so interesting yes

I suggest one of the rainmakers, especially since they're distinctly back on Cybertron in baseline?

It'd be so so interesting to see how the Ascenticons interact with Blaster and the conflict they're expecting differing from the type of conflict they're getting
