[ 📹 Scenes of destruction after Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) bombed a civilian residential home inside the "safe area" in eastern Rafah where occupation authorities have been telling Palestinians to relocate their families to.]
🇮🇱⚔️🇵🇸 🚨
💥ISRAELI OCCUPATION KILLS 174 AND WOUNDS 310 MORE ON 112TH DAY OF WAR IN GAZA💥
Upwards of 174 were killed and 310 others wounded over the previous 24-hours as a result of Israel's ongoing war of genocide targeting Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
In the south of Gaza, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) continued its intense and violent bombardment of the Khan Yunis governate using a variety of jet-dropped bombs and artillery shelling that targeted several civilian homes overnight.
At least 28 corpses and many others wounded persons were brought to the Nasser Hospital complex, located in the west of Khan Yunis City, as a result of Israeli bombing and shelling in the southern Gaza Strip.
Intense airstrikes and shelling of Khan Yunis City was countered by intense Resistance clashes as enemy forces invading the enclave expanded ground operations in southern Gaza.
At least 9 civilians, including women and children, were killed as a result of occupation bombing raids targeting residential homes in Khan Yunis City.
In the early morning hours, occupation warplanes targeted a family home in the al-Geneina neighborhood, towards the east of Rafah City, in the southern Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of two Palestinians, with a number of others wounded in the strikes.
According to local medical sources in Gaza, ambulance and civil defense crews were unable to reach the sites of occupation shelling as a result of Israeli aircraft raining bombs down over the areas surrounding local medical institutions, while scores of civilians remain buried under the rubble of buildings struck by occupation jets.
In the northern Gaza Strip, local sources gave confirmation that at least three civilians were killed in Gaza City as a result of Israeli shelling targeting the Kuwait roundabout where a group of civilians had been standing. This comes just days after 20 civilians were killed and another 105 were wounded following Israeli airstrikes targeting civilian gatherings near the roundabout, where displaced residents were waiting for food aid to arrive.
Two additional corpses arrived at the European Gaza Hospital, located just southeast of the Qa'al al-Qurein neighborhood, south of Khan Yunis, after an occupation airstrike targeted civilian areas of the Bani Suhalia neighborhood.
Occupation jets and weapons fire also continues to target in the vicinity of the al-Amal Hospital in the northwest of Khan Yunis City, which has been under continuous seige for several days, resulting in the death of at least one displaced person from occupation gunfire. This comes as civilians continue to be terrorized near the hospital from the constant carpet bombing and the open shelling of residential neighborhoods in Khan Yunis.
Several dead were also buried near the Palestine School in Khan Yunis governate after days of Israeli shelling as part of their seige of the school, openly firing on civilians attempting to enter or exit the school complex.
Meanwhile, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) issued dire warnings about Israeli forces who continue to besiege the al-Amal Hospital complex, where upwards of 7'000 displaced Palestinians have taken shelter from the Israeli carpet bombing of the Khan Yunis governate.
PRCS crews reported the death of a 28 year-old displaced civilian at the al-Amal Hospital in Khan Yunis after being fired upon by IOF soldiers in the courtyard, near the entrance to the hospital.
As a result of 112 days of Israeli occupation aggression, in excess of 26'257 Palestinians have been killed, more than 70% of whom were women and children, with an additional 65'000 wounded in the shelling, and another 2 million displaced by Israeli forces.

Pictures: Kuwaits new F1-grade track begins first single-seater race weekend | Other Motorsport
Formula 1 has held 36 grands prix at four tracks in the Middle East since first visiting the region in 2004, but it has not explored all the possibilities yet out in the deserts by the Persian Gulf. The world championship has never visited Dubai Autodrome, although in late 2013 the track unsuccessfully tried pitching itself to F1 as its future home for pre-season testing. Since 2019 Kuwait has had its own permanent circuit too, Kuwait Motor Town, which now has the FIA grade one rating required to host F1 races. But this 5.6-kilometre track would never have even been in F1’s eyeline as it had never hosted single-seater cars in any capacity before. That all changes this week, as the Formula Regional Middle East and Formula 4 United Arab Emirates championships visit for a seven-day stay. Each will hold two rounds and, unusually, the competitive sessions will take place on Thursday to Saturday for the first round and Monday to Wednesday for the second. While the definition of when the weekend takes place in Kuwait is not universally agreed upon, all definitions include Fridays. While F1 will this year hold a grand prix on a day other than a Sunday for the first time in decades by introducing the Las Vegas Grand Prix to the calendar with a Saturday slot, it has not adopted similar timetable changes in other Middle Eastern countries with different weekend conventions to Europe. The unusual schedule means the Formula Regional and Formula 4 drivers will each do six races in six days. But that’s not the only strange phenomenon they will be encountering in the desert. Two of those new experiences came on Wednesday, as each series held pre-event test sessions for drivers and teams to acclimatise to the unfamiliar track. With its lack of single-seater racing history, it is highly unusual in being a permanent venue which teams have arrived at with no simulator data, no opportunity to watch onboard single-seater videos online and no way of finding driver feedback from previous visitors. When the FRegional drivers took to the track for the first time, they were then hit by another new challenge: a wet track surface. Rain fell during their opening session and restricted how much running could be completed. Not a single one of the 28 drivers that took part were able to set a representative lap time, and the track only dried out enough at the very end to give drivers some resemblance of how much speed they should carry through corners. As the racing line was still forming, there wasn’t one ‘dry’ line which gripped up particularly more than others. That left those drivers then using their second test session to truly learn the track, and figure out between them what was the quickest way around it. The 20-corner anti-clockwise layout is predominantly filled with high-speed corners, with several of those being long multi-apex sweeps that would be taxing on the neck of drivers. That’s a challenge that is experienced irregularly, and of the nine anti-clockwise tracks on the 23-event F1 calendar, only five of those were staples of the calendar prior to 2020 and only two are routinely used by more than one F1 feeder series. Of the little preparations teams had been able to ahead of this week’s trip to Kuwait, they had expected a hot, dry and dusty track. They certainly picked up a problem with sand in the air, as seen in pictures taken during Wednesday’s test, but instead temperatures were cool and there was in fact. There will be eyes on Kuwait Motor Town from other international single-seater series and the FIA this week, to see what kind of racing the track will create and if the weather is predictable enough for them to visit too. In english, it means raining.
I wanted to buy food but I don't know what I want to eat. I end up buying shawarma and milk tea (current popular her in the Philippines, In Middle East they drink it hot they call it chai halif) for my sister and her friends.
I didn't buy anything for myself because I remember that there are foods that I like at home.
I did this while walking under the rain. I didn't bring my umbrella because it's already evening. I don't want to ride a tricycle (like a tuktuk) because I'm still searching for what to buy. Beautiful Place.
I don't look at the court. Repression. You gave him to her.
I always walk. When I was alone in Kuwait, I often jog near the seaside but it's a bit far from my flat so I do a lot of walking first. Sometimes I want to think or I want to punish myself or I just want to stretch my muscles further. When I was in UP, my PE 1 was walking. That was the best among the choices that was given to me. I used to cry a lot. One of my classmate was pursuing me to join her in dropping the subject. Yes, walking is difficult... then. I am used to walking now.
When I was assigned to work temporarily at H&M, I was so surprised with the bulk of clothes returned at the table of the fitting room. I was able to fill one cubicle with a pile of clothes taller than me. I thought: Now I understand Paris Hilton. This is simple life. I am good with organizing now. When I'm not busy.

[ 📹 Palestinian civilians search through the rubble of what had been their homes looking for missing loved ones after IOF warplanes bombarded the Al-Tawil Family home, resulting in the deaths of 10 family members.]

💥ISRAELI OCCUPATION TARGET CIVILIANS IN OVERNIGHT BOMBING RAIDS & FIRE OF LIVE BULLETS💥
Dozens were killed and over one hundred more wounded after several overnight and morning bombing raids, along with the firing of live ammunition by the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) targeting civilians in the Gaza Strip.
In the central Gaza Strip, near the al-Bureij Refugee Camp, IOF warplanes bombed a gathering of civilians in the camp, leading to the deaths of two Palestinians, while dozens of others received various wounds in the raid, according to local medical sources.
Previously, three Palestinians, including two children, were killed as a result of an Israeli airstrike targeting of the al-Satar, al-Gharbi area to the north of Khan Yunis, while heavy bombing and artillery shelling continues across the Khan Yunis governate.
Meanwhile, in another horrific crime against humanity, occupation aircraft bombarded and fired live artillery at a gathering of civilians waiting in line for food aid from a humanitarian truck coming up from Rafah, near the Kuwait Junction on Saleh al-Din road, located in the al-Zaytoun neighborhood of Gaza City, resulting in the deaths of more than 20 Palestinians and the wounding of over 100 people.
It is said that the occupation forces opened fire with large-caliber tank shells as citizens waited for the arrival of aid, after which the forces opened gunfire with live ammunition on the panicked crowds.
The spokesperson for local Civil Defense, Mahmoud Basal told reporters that rescue crews were unable to reach the site of the massacre, due to the occupation's continued firing of live rounds and airstrikes on the area.
IOF warplanes and artillery shells continue to rain down on civilians as the bombing of Khan Yunis continues, along with the targeting of the area around the Nasser Medical Complex.
In addition, occupation airstrikes continue to target in the vicinity of a UNRWA center housing thousands of displaced civilians, resulting in the deaths of more than 50 people.
Occupation aircraft also continue to target the al-Amal neighborhood, along with the bombing of the headquarters of the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) west of the Khan Yunis governate.
As a result of 111 days of Israel's war of genocide against the Palestinian population of the Gaza Strip, the official death toll rose to 25'700 killed, in addition to the 63'740 wounded civilians, the majority being women and children. More than 8'000 Palestinians remain buried under the rubble of what used to be their homes and communities but now acts as their coffins.

My new joggers from Anta arrived and I was thrilled by the silky softness, smoothness and stretchiness of the fabric. With my shoes, tees and backpack also from Anta, I may pass off as an ambassador 🤭 Truth is, I don't earn a cent and pay the same prices as everyone else; it's just that I simply love their high quality, durable and functional merchandise. China's Olympics team won so many medals whilst wearing Anta, a testament to the high performance products. Once I tried their range of super comfy apparel, there was no looking back!

It's been raining and the office was freezing; even wearing a jacket and having another cover my legs, I caught a cold. Traditionally, we eat red meat during cooler weather and when we fall sick, so I jumped at the chance for bak chor mee (pork noodles). It took all my willpower not to finish the soup to lower salt intake - it was so delicious and comforting! The effort to eat qing dan (low fat and salt) is worth it. The doctor took my blood pressure whilst I was at the clinic for my cold and, at 46yo, it stands at 119/78.

In Cantonese, we try to avoid 'sum go' (3 highs - high cholesterol, high blood pressure and high blood sugar). Avoiding sum go is important since having 1 often leads to another or both of the remaining conditions and they correspond with high fat, salt and sugar consumption. This simplifies things and provides flexibility during meal times. For example, soup noodles contain less salt and oil than the dry version; to reduce my sodium intake even more, I don't finish the broth, but it's safe to enjoy spoonfuls of it. I don't feel deprived of deliciousness, I take care of my health at the same time, and I'm able to watch Mike Chen make noodles look amazing.

Whaddya know, December is already here (it's 1 December today in this region) and this means I haven't had fastfood for almost 5 months (the last time I ate some was on 4 July). I won't be feasting nor merrymaking this month since I don't celebrate Xmas. The public holiday will be spent catching up on rest, bonding with Pa and getting something yummy to eat. Celebrations begin next February when Chinese New Year arrives. I can't wait for the rowdy festivities and fresh vibes of a brand new beginning!

As I reflect on the past 12 months, I continue to pray for a ceasefire in Gaza and a two-state policy to be implemented so that Palestinian civilians can look forward to going home or, at the very least, building one. I pray for 2023 to come to a less turbulent end so that countries can focus on tackling sticky inflation, especially the much higher prices of essentials. I pray that 2024 will be a much more peaceful year. These are my wishes as we journey through December. 下次见!
