I was thinking about Yuzu's Romeo & Juliet programs.

The characters in the play are dramatic teenagers. Romeo is reckless in his pursuit for Juliet, Juliet is rebelling however she can, too. They are teenagers who think their love can conquer all and the tragedy is so much more tragic because they essentially needlessly die for each other.

Yuzu's Romeo+Juliet (2011-2012) is very much that side of chaos and rebellion, that fight that never leaves Romeo - the stubborness and relentlessness of someone who will do anything to get what he wants. Yuzu poured so much drama and chaos in R&J. That Worlds 2012 performance is so iconic because he fought and he conquered.

Romeo&Juliet (2013-2014) is softer, that's portraying much more the love story between Romeo and Juliet, the tenderness and passion they had for each other. The fight and rebellion of the two are not so prominent here. This program is tenderly emotional and tragic.

I love, love, LOVE how Yuzu managed to make two programs based on the same story to be so wildly different.

Project JP

Team RWBY and (J)N(P)R are tired of seeing the lovable dork that is Jaune Arc, and his partner the Invincible Girl Pyrrha Nikos, constantly go around in circles with each other. Pyrrha pining fro Jaune, and Jaune being as dense as plutonium... not noticing a single thing.

So in utter frustration they create Project JP... with the sole aim to get Jaune and Pyrrha together... however there is a problem no one knows of...

... Pyrrha is an immortal "True" Zombie... and Jaune is a rather clumsy Zombie hunter...

Is the Project set to fail? Or will it work out for everyone in the end?

Tarot anon 1.0 here!

So, I decided to go on a hunt for another tarot card reader just for the sake of discussion and I'll gloss over things that they said that match things other readers said which is a lot, mind you.

She did say something happened between them that scared T (I'll go more in depth later). She said it was most likely an almost kiss.

She also said T is comfortable with BB and she will stay with him for a while but it might not last because their priorities will diverge in the future. Also, she said that they probably been together for a least 2 years, she doesn't think it was more than that I think it matches the time-line because apparently no one knows for long they've actually been dating.

About J: the same old story. He doesn't love her anymore, but he's basing the failing artist who clings to her because he hopes being her bf will help his career. She said his next project might bomb but she can't know for sure, but that there are things in the relationship he doesn't want people to know (take a wild guess as to what it is). He definitely feels threatened by T because it was the first time he's seen R be attracted by another man and J can't stand the thought of it. She said he's definitely bitter over their connection and hopes they stop talking to each other because ir has been bothering him.

R is in deep, deep denial. My friend said that T messes a lot with her head and her heart, but she decided to drown out those thoughts because she loves J and doesn't want to hurt him.

About and R. As I said, she also said they nearly kissed after they shared about their lives. Bare in mind that the Moon card was there which represents a secret. She believes R also told him about the hate train and how sad it made her, he tried to comfort her (she said that she could see it - I show her a picture so it could help her focus) him brushing her cheek and that's when the almost kiss happened. She said that T felt something that scared him a lot and it made him pull away because again he doesn't want to catch feelings.

I asked her why that is and answer was: he's focused on his career and in growing more before he thinks about it because when he does all his focus will be on that one thing and that one person and into making it work. He's the kind: I need to find someone worth all that type of guy. And she said it scared him because R is a friend with a bf, he's dating but mostly importantly, it was almost like a part of him knew that it'd be a point of no return not just because it would be cheating, but because deep down he knew he could fall for her hard.

Poor R, I honestly feel bad for her. She’s such a sweet and loving gf, confused by her growing feels for T and loving J. I wish she knew how J truly felt about her so she could dump him :(

Hyperkalemia is a known side effect of ACE inhibitors and angiotensin receptor blockers such as olmesartan. The risk of hyperkalemia is increased with chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus, moderately severe to severe heart failure, NSAID use, and older adults. In men who are diagnosed with hypogonadism with symptoms of testosterone deficiency and unequivocally and consistently low serum testosterone concentrations, further evaluation with FSH and LH levels is advised as the initial workup to distinguish between primary and secondary hypogonadism. If secondary hypogonadism is indicated by low or inappropriately normal FSH and LH levels, prolactin and serum iron levels and measurement of total iron binding capacity are recommended to determine secondary causes of hypogonadism, with possible further evaluation to include other pituitary hormone levels and MRI of the pituitary. If primary hypogonadism is found, karyotyping may be indicated for Klinefelter’s syndrome.

Daily use of polyethylene glycol (PEG) solution has been found to be more effective than lactulose, senna, or magnesium hydroxide in head-to-head studies. Evidence does not support the use of fiber supplements in the treatment of functional constipation. No adverse effects were reported with PEG therapy at any dosing regimen. Low-dose regimens of PEG are 0.3 g/kg/day and high-dose regimens are up to 1.0–1.5 g/kg/day. Primary hyperaldosteronism should be suspected as a cause for hypertension if a patient has a spontaneously low potassium level or persistent hypertension despite the use of three or more antihypertensive medications, including a diuretic. This can be evaluated by checking a serum renin activity level and a serum aldosterone concentration and determining the aldosterone/renin ratio. Primary hyperaldosteronism typically presents with a very low serum renin activity level and an elevated serum aldosterone concentration. A 24-hour urine collection for 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid (5-HIAA) would be used to evaluate for a neuroendocrine tumor, which can present as chronic flushing and diarrhea. Cortisol levels can be checked if Cushing syndrome is suspected. Hypertension can be present in Cushing syndrome, but it is typically associated with other signs such as obesity and an elevated blood glucose level due to insulin resistance.

Psychogenic tremor is characterized by an abrupt onset, spontaneous remission, changing characteristics, and extinction with distraction. Cerebellar tremor is an intention tremor with ipsilateral involvement on the side of the lesion. Neurologic testing will reveal past-pointing on finger-to-nose testing. CT or MRI of the head is the diagnostic test of choice. Parkinsonian tremor is noted at rest, is asymmetric, and decreases with voluntary movement. Bradykinesia, rigidity, and postural instability are generally noted. For atypical presentations a single-photon emission CT or positron emission tomography may help with the diagnosis. One of the treatment options is carbidopa/levodopa. Patients who have essential tremor have symmetric, fine tremors that may involve the hands, wrists, head, voice, or lower extremities. This may improve with ingestion of small amounts of alcohol. There is no specific diagnostic test but the tremor is treated with propranolol or primidone. Enhanced physiologic tremor is a postural tremor of low amplitude exacerbated by medication. There is usually a history of caffeine use or anxiety.

Week 6 - Internship

My mantra in life has always been that mistakes will make me great as long as I'm willing to learn and grow from it. The only way to gain experience is to have a crack at it something and to embrace the moment as it happens. During week 6 of this course, I sat across different mates to practice my response to various interviews questions.

It did help that we had industry personnel visit and share their experiences about interviews. There was focus on attire, posture, preparedness and tone. Building upon the exercises from the past weeks coupled with resume and cover letter writing, there was a pool of knowledge to draw from for these practice interviews.

They say practice makes perfect and I found that to be exceptional true as with every practice I could tell I was getter better at doing interviews. As shown in image 1.0, I continue to show improvement in key areas such as engagement, body language and professional presentation.

On a personal note, I came into this course knowing how to talk and would normally rumble off topic on several occasions. However, as the practice interviews went on, I realised I was staying more on task with answering questions. This improved my confidence on so many levels. By positively engaging in these exercises, I felt more and more optimistic about my internship applications and interviews.

Liu and Hull (2019) believe the hallmark of a great interview is the ability to prepare and answer questions confidently. Based on this analogy, I can say I am quite prepared for my internship interviews. As image 2.0 has shown, I have prepared outside the scale of interview questions by also putting in time to fine tune my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn page.

As explained by Ohio (2021), an elevator pitch is a way to convince another party about an idea or product within a short timeframe. For me it meant that the ability to describe my goals, dreams, aspirations and skills set to a potential employer in the quickest way possible (Palmer et al., 2019). I used this opportunity to develop my elevator pitch and made changes based on feedback received from both lectures and colleagues.

Upon reflection, I can say I am more prepared than I was a couple of weeks ago. My mum used to say all the time that luck favour the most prepared. I feel super confident on what I have learnt, and the experience gained from doing these practice interviews and exercises.

Darnell did a joint birthday with Tom. Claire watched TCR even asking questions in his Q&A and was hanging out with him in Paris by themselves when the others were working. Law calls Tom his brother. And as far as project goes, when they are all there for R+J, anon needs to come back to get clowned.

Literally half an hour after that anti ask was sent we got another 1.0 confirmation. So after that second one, I think we need to keep our eyes wide open on the opening night of R&J

The evolution of the Internet is often described in terms of the transition from Web 1.0, or the "Static Web," to Web 2.0, the "Interactive Web." Web 1.0: The Foundation of the Internet

Web 1.0 was characterized by static web pages that served as digital showcases, providing information without supporting user interaction or content contribution. Nath, K (2014) describes the web as a "read-only" medium, where the flow of information is one-way, from content creator to consumer. For example, Typical applications of this era are static websites and landing pages. A common characteristic of applications in the web era is that they do not allow users to interact directly on the platform. Therefore, the Web 1.0 era prioritized content consumption over creation with a clear distinction between content creators and consumers in accessing the web separately.

So, it can be concluded that the weakness of the Web 1.0 technological infrastructure is the lack of dynamic content and user interaction, highlighting a one-way communication model that limits social interaction and creativity. collaborative content (O'Reilly, 2010).

The advent of Web 2.0 represents a paradigm shift towards a more interactive and participatory Internet.
