It's unknown when they started being called the Queens of Darkness, but Mal loves it. 

They're a terrifying trio. With their combination of powers- her draconian abilities, Ursula's magic as the sea witch, and Cruella's skills that she picked up from the Author's pen- they can stop anyone who dares to get in their way. 

At one point, too, they had Regina. Mal doesn't know how she got into the band of heroes, but she's determined to help her come back to herself. After all, Regina did the same for her once, and Mal always repays that kind of debt.

General appearance: Dark hair that she later dyes different colors and mostly keeps in braids. Brown eyes framed with long lashes-one of her biggest weapons. Tends to dress in leather from head to toe, and prefers pants to skirts.

Personality: A sarcastic, head-strong young woman that will stop at nothing to get what she wants. Anyone in her way is a mere road bump that she can back over, maybe several times. The few she's loyal to can count on her. The rest better watch their back.

Special talents: She is the daughter of three very powerful sorceresses. Of course she's got dark magic running through her veins. On top of that, she can con her way out of any situation, no matter how deep she finds herself in it.

Who they like better: She gets along really well with Cruella and Ursula. One encourages her mischief, the other can talk her down before she goes too far. Who she takes after more: All of them, really. She looks the most like Ursula with a little bit of each of their personalities.

Personal Headcanon: All of them are surprised when Ursula gets pregnant as there were no men in the equation. A spell reveals they each took part in creating her, which attributes to why she is so powerful.

Driving fast, followed by snow and David, they've finally got to the line to see them. Maleficent, Cruella, and Ursula, but with him. "He's here too?" Emma said outta breath "You see him, don't you?" Regina asked raising a eyebrow "What are we gonna do?" David asked eyeing them from the line "We let em in." Regina mutters, pulling the roll out to throw it before getting stopped by snow "N-Now wait Regina, we can't be so sure about this, they can be still evil." Regina sighed "You've gave me a chance to change so it's best we try to see if they're changed. You don't know them like I do snow let me do this. Please?" Getting a final look from snow and a sigh of defeat, Regina threw the roll at Cruella's head "What the hell-" Cruella yelled rubbing her head, to see what hit her, "The evil queenies, my darlings is here~" as they unroll the scroll and put it back down they see The Charmings and the pesky savior, and.. her? They get in the car and drive over the line stoping in front of the charmings and Regina "Don't make me regret this, you dog hound." Regina crossed her arms and looked at Ursula and Cruella in the car. "Pardon me but, who are you?" (In this au, they've only met the Evil queen and not Regina), "Regina. Regina Mills."
