what’s interesting about aipura is that for the first time we actually have a three way main rivalry set up as the ‘conflict’ of the series

like we have mao, who is attempting to take back the #1 spot from q-pit as hana ->

q-pit sees hana as her rival, but the one she’s been actively trying to beat is meisa not mao ->

then it’s implied that meisa sees mao as the one who can ultimately surpass her, like ichimizu, yumehime, etc.

it’s really telling when you notice that in full member songs hana’s lines parallel both q-pit and rose and not just one over the other

this big cliffhanger in the preview abt Mao not being able to compete in the audition was revealed immediately in the most awkward, stiff scene to date in aipura, and was literally just that Hana hadn’t applied to the audition. wow

huh? but it’s not like she’s too late to enter, so all she has to do is... enter... so she does... problem solved.............. why did they make this out to be the defining conflict in the ep preview

In this dream, the main cast of Aipura entered Aikatsu Planet, to a place that looks like Seaside Kingdom from Mario Odyssey. There, their dressias reverted to their original forms: Literal giants wearing white cloaks with colored gradients. They dominated earth in those forms before human appeared, and when humans got too advanced, they digitalized themselves. Then Q-Pit's dress changed into a mix of Love Sagittarius and Sagittarius Milky Way because it's a number related to archery? And the dressias held an archery contest between Regina and Cure Ace (Dokidoki Precure)
