the summary for the next ep talks about a change in the dressia which i think might involve the planet princess coords

in which case q-pit will get the shadow dress bc i don’t really see rose having it and obv hana will get the shine dress

they both copy from each other. for example pretty rhythm’s rebrand to pripara copied elements that were original to aikatsu.

currently the pretty series is significantly more successful, aikatsu just has more overseas fans.

all of these similarities are ultimately superficial. at its core, the shows are very different.

if meisa refrains from competing then maybe ruli in her place but i don’t think they’d do a 3 starlet vs 1 million situation

so comparing meisa’s happy aikatsu solo to the starry planet ver, there actually is a distinction between how she sings as hana vs rose

so they likely had narumi record two versions as both characters

i like the attention to detail but again i hope they release all the solo vers

what’s interesting about aipura is that for the first time we actually have a three way main rivalry set up as the ‘conflict’ of the series

like we have mao, who is attempting to take back the #1 spot from q-pit as hana ->

q-pit sees hana as her rival, but the one she’s been actively trying to beat is meisa not mao ->

then it’s implied that meisa sees mao as the one who can ultimately surpass her, like ichimizu, yumehime, etc.

it’s really telling when you notice that in full member songs hana’s lines parallel both q-pit and rose and not just one over the other

itsuki segawa is definitely another manager (maybe ruli’s?) seeing how he’s always paired up with izumi who we already know is hana’s manager.

(left to right) sho, ryoka, and keito are officially confirmed to be classmates. since guys are allowed in aikatsu planet, im wondering if they’ll all eventually have avatars too.

what i just realized is when they’re credited in a song the starry planet members go by their real world character names instead of their avatar names (e.g. kyoko from starry planet instead of beat)
