And here is Fern and Misael's new home! They moved to San Sequoia, a place that they both felt was in great need of its own local bakery. Thankfully, San Sequoia isn't too far from Henford-on-Bagley, so if River or Amara ever want to visit their daughter they don't have too far to travel.

Fern and Misael are so happy in their relationship and new home, that something truly wonderful happened on the day they moved in...

Misael proposed!

"Fern Rachel Connors," Misael began, "there's nobody else on the planet I'd rather spend my life with. You encourage my artistic endeavours, stuck by me throughout high school, and never once used me for my family's status or my popularity in school. You make my life better just by existing, and I hope that I can be just as much of a rock for you that you are for me. I love you with every inch of my soul. Will you give me the privilege of calling you my wife?"

Fern's answer was instant. "Yes! Oh, Misael, of course I'll be your wife!"

The two of them shared a kiss and she jumped into his arms, the couple elated and overjoyed. This was going to be an exciting new step in their relationship. Sure, one could argue they were moving too fast, but everyone has their own pace and for Misael and Fern this pace was just right for them.

Fall in love with somebody who you’ve gifted your baked goods to or has frequented your bakery! ☑
