Tokyo revengers |°- random head cannons that I had stored

๑ Hanma ironically and out of nowhere 'sang' twist by Korn next to kisaki to get his reaction which caused kisaki to immediately whip his head over at the doofus with genuine fear in his eyes, he took a step backwards from Hanna, hands up and everything. but after a few seconds of staring at the 'possessed' specimen he just annoyingly does a "what the fuck is wrong with you..."

๑ ran doesn't crack his bones/knuckles often but if someone's around him that absolutely despises the sound of cracking bones he'd do it continuously without a care and finds major enjoyment in watching the person's face scrunch up in discomfort, sometimes he snickers too

๑ while chifuyu was in his 'major delinquent era, thinking he's better than everyone else' he was walking down the school stairs all cool and trying to be intimidating but then slipped on one of the stairs and fell on his butt. only one person saw but the amount of embarrassment he got from that when they made eye contact made him want to disappear from earth -this caused him to always be slow and actually look out for the steps so that it doesn't happen again.

๑ seishu finds it hilarious to fake a laugh at someone's awful joke for a second or two but then immediately go dead silent and just stare at the person with no seen emotion at all

๑ seishu is amazing at cooking, he's like a chef. but where'd he learn all this from? he doesn't answer, it's basically a mystery. but in his room he hides written down recipes that he copied out from books and other places

๑ when Baji was younger he decided to try and cook his own food for himself but accidently set a kitchen towel on fire by mistakingly setting it on top of the wrong oven circle -out of panic he got rid of it by quickly throwing it out the window in a panic making it land on someone's car windshield

๑ kazutora is actually quite close with Baji's mom. at some point he slipped up when calling out for her and accidentally called her 'mom' and sure enough he got embarrassed real quick and by a lot. ryoko took pride into that title tho, knowing that she mistakenly got called mom by someone else other than her own son made her feel oddly happy - although she mentioned that kazu is fine in calling her 'mom' he never did it again cause he still finds it embarrassing

๑ kazutora secretly takes photos of his friends crushes and sniggers about it while showing it to his friend. it's basically his little thing whenever he's told that someone has a crush, he doesn't do it to a big extent but just one of two pictures and it's usually just from the back or the side. he's been told multiple of times to quit and delete them but secretly they all knows he's doing them a favour cause when kazu sends them the photos they don't delete 'em

๑ peh holds grudges against people just for the sake of it, if he met someone and they had accidentally done something like step on peh's shoe then the next time they see eachother he would death stare them until they walk past and out of eye view, sometimes he just randomly feels like making enemies even despite being on 'silent and mutural' terms with someone.

๑ when akkun first had the thought of becoming a hairdresser he attempted in cutting his own hair and it actually turned out pretty good, cause of this he ended up cutting makotos hair however akkun had purposely cut his hair badly out of revenge for leaving 'filthy magazines' in akkuns room where his mom had found- making him to be unintentionally framed by makoto

๑ kisaki has a shit tone of books about manipulation and how to read people, how to carefully plot plans and use everything and anything to his own advantage even if things don't work out

๑ the reason why shion get frequent stomach aces is cause he has a bit of sweet tooth, he doesn't get hungry often so he forgets to actually eat a propper meal sometimes but when he sees something sweet and colourful he can't help but take more than a peck at it.

๑ at some point mitsuya accidentally knocked over a massive jar of beads over at the sowing club and took 2 hours collecting each one

๑ when taiju first started mending to his restaurant he had a bit of a high temper and would crack easily to his new employees if they spilled something or cut up a carrot with incorrect sizes, but after getting used to owning a business he somehow became the 'best boss' and grew to be pretty chill even if someone does a mistake - unless if it's a continuous mistake, then he'll get pissed

๑ taiju had a massive fixation with sharks and cool, colourful looking fish when he was younger. going to aquariums on a daily basis and as a kid he had collected little figurines of sharks, orcas and killer whales that he displayed. up till now he still have one of the shark toys displayed on a shelf since it was his all time favourite.

๑ yazuha hates bugs (cannon) and at some point she saw a weird looking incest in the bathroom and was begging hakkai to kill it or simply get it away for her but even he was disgusted by it so they kept on going back and forth about what to do about it before they both decided to team up and tackle it together. yazuha put a cup over it but while doing so the cup got knocked over from her shaky hands causing the both of them to scream as the bug started to move about but hakkai quickly put the cup back over it. they had to take a small breather and relax a little from the nerves before following through any more.

๑ Hina has a small collection of cute keychains, some of them are small plushies and a few are her favourite characters and others are random, small objects. she has some hanging on many different bags, her keys and a few hanging on thumb tacks that are stuck in a cork board on display

๑ Hina is really confrontational about anything that bothers her for other people's sake, in class most people try not to say anything rude about other people knowing that she'll over hear and they'll get their ear bitten off by her. cause of this she's kinda like the school hero against the bullies.

I have this request where pah chin and the reader are doing trust fall exercises and when the reader goes to catch pah chin and repeatedly reassuring pah that he will catch him (cause pah chin has his doubts) he falls but pah chin falls forwards instead of backwards and he falls on the ground face first and when it’s the readers turn pah chin gets distracted (probably by peh yan) and doesn’t catch the reader.

Funny story when I did the trust fall exercise my partner didn’t even bother catching me and let me fall on the ground (one of the many reasons I have trust issues)

Toman made a mistake... They left Pah-Chin, Peh-yan, and (name) alone together. And what were the idiots doing? Trust falls. Normally trust falls would be somewhat safe, but not with these three...

"You're sure you're gonna catch me?" Pah asks, glancing back at (name), the other idiot gave Pah a thumbs up.

"Of course I will! I never go back on my word." (Name) says enthusiastically, smiling like a dumbass. Pah-Chin nods, putting on his best serious face as he crosses his arms over his chest and starts to lean... But he leans forward, and it isn't too much longer till gravity did it's job.

"You said you were gonna catch me!" Pah-Chin yells, gritting his teeth as he sits up with a slightly bloody nose and bruised chin. Peh-yan is hunched over, hands on his stomach as he cackles like a hyena.

"You're supposed to fall backwards dent head!" (Name) yells, waving his hands around dramatically as he steps closer to Pah-Chin.

"My head doesn't have a dent!" The chubby man yells, his brain cells clearly doing anything other than thinking.

Peh-yan struggles to speak up through his laughter, "H-He was calling you stupid you pea brain!" The lanky teen yells, tears filling his eyes as he continues to laugh.

(Name) rolls his eyes as he steps up onto the stool. "Whatever, it's my turn. I'll show you how it's done!" He says proudly, unaware that he would have the exact same fate as Pah-Chin.

Pah-Chin grumbles, standing a few feet behind (Name) - ready to actually catch his friend. Just as (Name) starts to lean backwards, Peh-yan suddenly screams.

"What kind of bug is that!?" He yells, shreaking like a teenage girl. Pah-Chin immediately looks over, running to see what Peh-yan was pissing himself over.

"OW! Fuck!" (Name) yells, falling flat on his hard-wood floor. He glares at the two as he sits up, rubbing the back of his head that was probably going to be bruised.

Eventually he stands up and walks over to see what the fuss was about, still silently seething... That was untill he saw what Peh-yan was screaming about. A house centipede, although they were harmless to humans - they were uglier than a horses rear.

"It looks like a roach." Pah-Chin says dumbly, (name) looks over at his friend - dumbfounded.

"It's a house centipede!"

To he frank, he didn't really expect cute nicknames in the relationship but he didn't expect the nicknames you'd give him.

For example like 'dude' and 'bro', but he also didn't mind it.

To be honest your whole attitude he didn't mind, you were pretty laid back, chill even. Only got into ocasional trouble with people, kind of just what he needed.

"Yo ! Peh, my dude how's it goin' ?" You greeted him, giving him a loving hug, others thought you two were just friends, and friends usually give eachother hugs like this, but this hug..was I bit to long.

One of the Toman members finally got the courage to ask you two.

summer that year was hot, probably hotter than previous years but it wasn't minded at all. not when the whole toman members were gathering, in their hideout everyone giddy that their acting president, hanagaki takemichi was announcing he would finally marry the love of his life. mikey dramatically shed a tear while chifuyu actually sheds lots of tears.

everything has been planned from the wedding dress to the venue, the toman members insisted they were involved with everything and all held their breath for the upcoming today which was still far away, actually. more exactly, a year from then. but they were very excited and takemichi doesn't mind any of it.

"takemichi how do you want a bachelor party like?"

"uh, i don't mind really. as lon as everyone's there, it'll be fine"

"we should go to the beach!"

"don't you think it's too hot to got there? i'll get sunburn"

"you pea brain! it's not like we're just laying down under the sun! there's a hotel nearby, we should bring our booze and stay there"

"oi don't you think you're being a bad influence right now?"

"the beach it is!"

so the deliquents booked four rooms to share for like twenty people? yeah kokonoi didn't liked the arrangement at all. "who the hell booked these rooms heaven's sake i have money!"

"what the hell peh it's just three nights why are there three bags?!"

they settled down that night while draken whipped out a projector to put on a movie, kakucho and izana was cooking while mitsuya helped. hakkai tried to help too but his hands keep getting burned so taiju (very scarily) told him to sit down and not help them. kisaki and hanma bought back more food from the store while baji complained about him being hungry.

"this feels nice" mikey said while looking at takemichi beside him. takemichi meekly smiled and nodded, happy and glad. while bickering is happening in the background, takemichi couldn't be happier that everyone was here, safe and sound.

"so im planning we go swimming tomorrow if the weather's good" draken said while munching on some popcorn, his eyes fixated on the projector. after a while, izana comes in with an apron and food on a tray and told everyone to eat up.

"sit down brother, you've done enough. the rest would do the dishes, you and kakucho can go and rest yeah?" mikey said while holding his half brother, izana still wiping his hand on his apron.

"yeah, thanks. OI HAITANI THATS HOT DONT SHOVE IT IN YOUR MOUTH" izana scrambled to rindou that was holding a cup of tea and took the cup to blow in it. "blow it like that, don't just drink it" rindou copied his actions and sipped it slowly, humming at the taste. ran who was supposed to take care of rindou was already knocked out on the floor, the others carefully trying not to step on him.

the night continued as some of the members after eating the whole hearted meal, knocked out on the floor not even bothering to grab a blanket or a pillow. they just, passed out there.

"damn izana, what did you even put in the food? they seem to very enjoy it" mitsuya said while covering their bodies with blankets that he found. "i don't know, it's a recipe from Filipino maybe that's why?"

"culture shock perhaps?" the two men giggled while struggling to cover the members on the floor. kazutora was drying the dishes that was passed by chifuyu who was doing the cleaning. inui was chatting with koko while the two of them were picking up crumbs from the floor.

a loud snore startled them, the source of sound from taiju. another loud snore was heard, now the sound came from mucho. the two had a snoring competition at who was the loudest, that the other members fled from the room and slept there.

the deliquents woke up at noon, none of them woke up early. they only woke up because shinichiro was knocking on the door to drop off some snacks. all of them in their swim trunks went to the beach, no doubt attracting some eyes.

"the chicks are happy to see my abs yeah"

"yeah, you wish hanma. it's me they're looking at" yeah, they had arguments after that and threw each other in the water. souya observed them from afar, comfortable in his ducky float that his brother insisted him to use. shion was literally drowning because sanzu kept dragging him back in the water but he stopped after getting a glare from mikey.

"what's the matter kenchin? don't want your hair to get wet?"

"shut up mikey, i forgot my conditioner. if i wash them now, my hair would be a mess"

"hey guys help me dump draken in the water!"

"what? fuck no!" draken's word died as kakucho grabbed his feet while mitsuya took his arm and tossed the man in the water. "fucking hell! you'll pay for that manjiro!"

"boo kenchin! you'll never catch me!" they did a lot of swimming, a lot of attempts of drowning each other too. the gang spent their whole evening there, only returning back to the hotel when it's late night. the next day, ran and rindou found a bar nearby and suggested them to 'raid' it.

so raid the bar they did.

it was very chaotic considering taiju instinctly became the only sober one that night. that night, mikey went up the bar and danced on the counter while being drunk. takemichi who was tipsy couldn't stop puking and ended up sleeping in the toilet. draken was outside, fighting a guy with hanma. kisaki and koko was on a table with some shady looking guys, having a little gambling. kakucho and rindou slept on the lounge, too drunk to even move. ran was flirting with all the girls he met, izana having to drag him so he won't get lost.

after a while, the members tried to drag their limp bodies to go back at the hotel some of them tripping on the way. some of them was piggyback. some of them couldn't stop puking and slurring incoherent words.

takemichi couldn't remember anything that night, he woke up the next morning with a migraine. but what he remembered that he had fun, and that was all that mattered.

If it’s alright I have this request and it’s peh asking the reader on a date and they go to a fair and they have fun going on the rides, eating some fair food and peh jokingly suggest to go on the tunnel of love ride and when they do go on it problem is that the ride is like years old and the ride animatronics are crappy and worn out, the audio is distorted and the ride doesn’t feel as romantic but peh and the reader try to make the best of the ride

Peh has been making googly at you for months on end know.

It was pretty clear he had feelings for you, and of course you knew, but wanted him to make to first move just to boost his confidence a bit.

Of course, Peh wanted to ask you out, but didn’t know how to not make it awkward in a way.

So he had went to his best friend, Pah-Chin to seek some advice which surprisingly went very well. “C’mon Peh-Yan!” Pah whisper shouted at the lanky teen.

“The worst he could say is no.” That’s the thing, he was hoping you wouldn’t say no. Mainly because of all the preparation and hell Pah had put him through to make him more gentleman like.

“You got this, do as we rehearsed!” Pah said with a thumbs up and grin as he handed his friend a flower.

Peh nodded his head as he took the flower in hand and began to robotically walk towards you. “Ex..Excuse me..?” Pah crooked out gaining your attention.

“Yes? Do you need something?” You asked him. Peh looked behind him and saw Pah silently cheering him on. He turned back to you and exhaled.

“Willyougoonadatewithme? (Will you go on a date with me?)” Peh quickly asked as he held out the flower to you. A couple seconds past before you spoke.

“I will gladly go on a date with you, Peh-Yan.” You smiled and took the flower from his hand gingerly. “Does 3 sound nice?” You asked, twiddling the flower in between your finger.

Peh quickly nodded his and you smiled. “Alright, see you tomorrow than.” You waved a small bye to him and left. Peh was beyond shocked to find out he of all people finally had a date.

“See?! I knew he’d accept your offer!” Pah exclaimed as he gave Peh’s back a good hard slap making him exhale with a groan. “Now let’s go see what you should wear on your date!” The next day you guys met up and Peh took you to the fair.

“Sooo, what ride do you wanna go on first?” Peh asked with a smile. “Hmm, let’s start off withhh..” You hummed and scanned the map. “This?” You pointed to a roller coaster with a really far drop. Peh swallowed his spit and turned to you.

“A..Are you sure?” He stuttered and you quickly nodded your head excited. And so the two of you went on. Peh had tried to put on a ‘brave face’ but just ended up passing out countless times till the end of the ride where you were holding him up.

“I can’t feel my legs..” Peh groaned making you laugh. “I thought you’d like those kind of rides!” “And I thought you’d like much slower rides!” Peh said. The two of you looked at each other for a second before bursting into laughter.

“Ok, ok! How about the carousel? That ride is pretty peaceful.” Peh suggested. “Sure! You look like you’d end up passing away if we ended up on another roller coaster.” You giggled making Peh smile.

The carousel was quiet peaceful, if you ignored the cries of random babies of course. You two went on a couple more rides till Peh’s stomach ended up growling.

“Let’s go eat real quick.” You said and took his hand in yours. His face slightly light up till you started dragging him with the force of 11 horses. Once you two got to the food court you stared at the options.

“What do you want? My treat.” You asked hun making his eyebrow raise. “No no, it’s my treat since I asked you out.” Peh said, now you were raising your eyebrow.

“So? I said I’d pay so I’m going to pay!” You huffed. “Rock paper scissors?” “Alright, three rounds.” You agreed and so you two began to compete on who’d end up paying.

Out of some random luck, you ended up winning making Peh deflate from being defeated. “Alright! Pick whatever you want!” You said, a smug grin present on your lips.

“Finee.” He groaned before looking at the options. “Hm, I’ll get a funnel cake and some water.” “Same thing.” You paid, got your food, and sat at the little tables near the food court that had those red and white umbrellas.

“Aww, they added way too much powdered sugar onto mine!” You sighed, beginning to dust some off. “You can have mine if you want, it doesn’t have as much.” Peh offered making your eyes brighten.

“Really?!” Peh nodded his head and moved his plate to you and your plate to him.

“You’re so sweet, thank you Peh!” You gently kissed his cheek making him practically melt. The two of you are your fill, waited for a bit, and decided to look at other rides.

“How about we go on this one?” Peh asked with a smirk. “Which one?” Peh pointed to the tunnel of love. “This one.” You could feel your cheeks heat up a tad before you cleared your throat.

“Alright, let’s go.” The two of you made it to the tunnel of love, rules were told, and you both were sent off.

“Oh..” You mumbled as you stared at the Cupid robot that looked like one touch would make it fall apart. The audio wasn’t making it any better since it was slower and deeper.

“This wasn’t what..I thought it would be..” Peh grumbled as he looked at the water, it was completely green to the point you couldn’t see no bottom. “Well..at least the walls are..a kind of pretty pink..” You sheepishly laughed and Peh nodded.

“Yeah, you’re right. You also looked so concerned when seeing that Cupid back there.” Peh laughed making you punch his arm.

“Ow?!” He groaned. “Wanna know something?” You asked Peh who hummed as he rubbed his arm. “Today was really fun. I hope we can have more days like these.” You said, gently resting your hair on his shoulder.

Peh’s cheeks had quickly reddened and he nodded his head.

“Yeah..I hope so too.”

A date♡ with Pah-chin:

1. Wake up Pah-chin! you go to his house and ask him to spend the day with you— how could he refuse? He looked pretty sleepy when he first opened the door, but woke up quick once he saw you. After rushing back in the house to appear presentable for you (hurried to the bathroom, brushed his teeth & hair, threw on nicer clothes and came back), he looked great!

2. Walk Pochi with Pah-chin: he says first he needs to take Pochi on a walk so you go with him— you give Pochi pats and he licks your hand. Pah blushes and smiles to himself, happy that his precious doggy approves of you and doesn’t attack you like it does Peh

3. Pls go to a pizza + arcade with Pah-chin, BECAUSE mans will 1000% want to impress you by showing you how high he scores on the punching machine and share some delicious pizza with one of his favorite people in the world. He also wants to play skee-ball and air hockey with you, plus any games you want! Although he is competitive, he pouts significantly less when you beat him at something, as opposed to his other friends.

4. Go visit Peh-yan with Pah-chin: He wasn’t quite sure what to do, but… Peh-yan’s house is his favorite spot to hang out, so he wants to bring you too! Did he think this through? Of course not. Was it a little awkward showing up at Peh’s door with you by his side? Maybe! But that all went away as soon as as you all had a snack and played some games together. I headcanon that Pah-chin prefers board or card games and Peh-yan likes those too but also enjoys video games, so you got to be the tie-breaker this time instead of the usual Rock Paper Scissors. Honestly you all would begin some spontaneous project together like a building a treehouse in Peh’s backyard (a new secret hideout) and not finish it so you could have something fun for when you come visit again.

5. Hold hands on the way back: Pah-chin had been trying all day, but wasn’t successful until this moment! He mustered up the courage and with great care reached for your fingertips. You were surprised, but smiled brightly as you laced your fingers with his. The two of you enjoyed each other’s company as you walked.

6. Give Pah-chin a kiss at the door (??) It’s the last stop! He insisted on walking you back to your place first! After all, he can’t have you going home alone, it’s getting late. He sure is glad he did walk you home; it made for a sweet moment: the sun is setting as you skip up the steps to your front door. Pah-chin is staring at you as if you were the beautiful pink and orange sunset hues in the sky, not paying any attention to whatever was behind you. “So pretty,” you say, eyes to the sky. He stares right back at you with a faint blush and replies, “y-you really are…” He is a shorty and is standing on the step below you, so as he reaches for your waist to pull you into a pure, gentle embrace, you swear you feel him stand on his toes a bit. He would try to express his desire to kiss you, but find that he is too embarrassed to ask! I think he’s a gentleman, so if you allow it (you’ll have to tell him yourself— he isn’t going to assume since he doesn’t believe he’s very smart…♡), he will give you a surprisingly delicate kiss. He’ll be sure to take you somewhere even more fun next time, too!

Peh-yan just wanted to introduce his baby brother to his best friends dog, the little babe had surprisingly never met a dog before "remember, gentle" peh said go his one year old brother who stared at the dog in awe, pochi sniffing his face before giving him kisses "they get along!" The two cheered as (name) crawled to the dog and snuggled into their mane.

Mikey always loved the solitude.

To him, there was nothing better than strolling around the city late at night; the streets were finally quiet and no other person was around. It was an odd way of celebrating one’s birthday, but he’d take a peaceful night stroll over Sanzu’s attempts to throw him a party with the rest of the Kanto Manji Gang.

But he’d be lying if he didn’t admit that he misses being around special people on a special day. He missed the way he looked forward to waking up on his birthday; he missed having Draken nonchalantly spend a few hours with him just so they can stop by at the Musashi Shrine as the skies turned yellow-orange.

He missed the way every Toman founder’s face would light up and shout ‘Happy Birthday, Mikey’ at the top of their lungs. He remembered how Mitsuya and the Kawata twins took care of the food while Baji and Chifuyu decorated the small area. He smiled at the thought of Peh Yan and Pah Chin giving him the group’s shared gift.

Then there was you who never failed to bake him a cake ever since. Mikey smiled while remembering your excited face as you held a fairly-sized chocolate cake decorated with a few candies and a ‘Happy Birthday, ‘Jiro’ written with icing.

“Takemitchy helped!” you’d always beamed before urging him to make a wish and finally blow out the candle.

Every deity knows how much he misses Toman — how much he misses you.

He longed for the quiet nights in your room after the small celebration. He longed for the warmth you’d emit as you enveloped him in a warm embrace while whispering how much he’s loved, appreciated, and is meaningful to everyone, especially to you.

He misses how he’d melt into your touch, your peppermint scent clinging onto him for days; How your fluffy pillows and soft sheets could never match the way your hugs and chaste kisses made him feel safe.

Mikey thinks that losing you too was the biggest mistake he ever made. Now, he has to live with the regret of hurting you and pushing you away by living in the same solitude he saw as his makeshift home.

But who was he kidding? You were special, nothing can ever compare to you.

He regrets it even more that he never got to tell you how much he loves you — that he never stopped thinking of you and missing your touch, whether it’s 12 noon or three in the morning.

Mikey stopped in his tracks when he realized that he was walking towards your house. His eyes widened at the realization that he was in front of your humble abode during that late chilly night. You were probably sleeping, he thought as he took note of your dimly-lit bedroom window.

It took him everything to stop himself from knocking on the front door and crying like a toddler in your arms before finally deciding to walk away. the last thing you deserved was a disturbance from him.

“Mikey?” speaking of the devil.

The blond couldn’t find the words as he found himself looking straight into your eyes. He was utterly confused, though.

Why weren’t you angry at him? Why weren’t you scowling or even frowning at him? He doesn’t deserve to see your smile and teary eyes. Not after what he did.

“Why are you out so late at night?” Was all that he could quietly asked.

“I’m supposed to be angry.” you say, “But I can’t be pouty with the birthday boy, can I?”

Your giggles were enough to make the strongest gangster in Japan get on his knees and continuously ask for your forgiveness. He truly doesn’t deserve you or your love. He knows he deserves to be thrown out, but he thinks it was pure torture to deprive himself of you for so long.

Mikey was indeed a fearsome gang leader when he leaned into your touch and closed his eyes as you lovingly caressed his cheek. He thought that you caressing him like he was fine china was something he’d never get tired of.

“I missed you so much.”

“I’m sorry.”

His eyes now stared into familiar (e/c) orbs, his forehead against yours as his hands enveloped your pair.

“I’m sorry.”

Finally, Mikey was wrapped up in a comforting silence instead of the usually cold substitute. All he could register was your touch and hums as the both of you stood under the streetlight in each other’s arms.

“If I had known you were finally coming over, I would’ve baked you a cake,” you murmured, not failing to notice the hitch in his breath and trembling of his lips.

“God I missed you so much, (y/n).” Mikey pulled you in a tight embrace as he buried his face in your neck. His hands refused to let your torso go, every hiccup tightening his grip.

He was mumbling apologies against your skin and religiously asked for your forgiveness even though he didn’t deserve it.

“You always have me, Mikey,” you whispered to his temple, only to be met with sniffles.

“You can always come back here. My home is your home, remember?” Mikey felt himself getting weaker as you wiped away his tears before placing a tender kiss on his forehead.

Mikey is a strong person through and through, but he’ll be more than happy to break down his walls and retreat in your small form.

Because you were home.

You were love —  You are and will always be the definition of love.

That same night, Mikey found himself in the familiar presence of your room. He was finally enveloped in a fluffy comforter and drifting off safely in your warm embrace. And instead of the long-standing silence, there was a white noise of love songs from your phone.

“I love you.” Mikey kept murmuring as he returned the favor, his face now buried in your neck, sighing deeply when you started to lightly scratched his head.

“Love you so much, too.” you’d answer every time.

The night was indeed deeper, the full moon and twinkling stars guarding the both of you from the other side of the window. You gave Mikey another kiss on the forehead and promised to bake him a cake first thing in the morning as his breathing finally evened.

That night, Mikey finally felt something other than the darkness consuming him. He was neither invincible nor the Kanto Manji Gang president. He was your Manjiro.

Now, Mikey loved solitude even more if solitude meant you embracing him and hiding him from the cruel world who only saw him as nothing more than a ruthless person.

Mikey was finally a definition of love.

“It’ll always be alright, my ‘Jiro. Always got you covered. You’re my favorite person, my favorite part.”
