海岸沿いに泳いだり岩場を超えたり、砂浜を走ったりするSwinrun競技があり、そのレースの為にこのシューズが開発されました。 . 日本の沢ではどうかと試してみましたが、ミシュランと共同開発したソールはしっかりと岩場をグリップしてベアフットの感覚で登る事ができました。下山はそのままRUNで下山して楽しいシューズだと実感。 . 水が入ってきても排水機能がすごく気になりませんでした。

Swimming - 6 years ago I hardly knew How to swim but inspired by all the racers I Said I have to learn. Now I swim ok with all the tools (pullbuoy & hand paddles) but the big thing is being in the water. Becoming one with the element. Cold Water - swimming in cold water is like meditation. You can only focus on managing it. Nothing else. To let go of fear and to relax into it. The endorphine rush and feel good hormones released after is addicting. There's not much to say about a DNF. It is very disappointing, yes. But it is a moment where you have to show true team spirit, too. With all the rain, the streams and beck are flowing, making scrambling up the waterfalls trickier than normal. @vivobarefoot @otillorace #SwimRun shoes did well. Enough ground feel to make confident foot placements and just enough tread to grip the cracks and grooves on slimy wet rock. Stog på samma ställe för tre år sedan och var då nyopererad i magen och ett knä! Fick göra en magoperation som gjorde att jag mer eller mindre fick gå i 2mnd utan att träna als, inte ens gå ur sängen normalt fick jag göra! Efter 2mnd var det inte mycket muskler kvar på min kropp och jag vägde knapt 47 kg då jag kom till min Pappa i Bangkok den gongen. Simmade och sprang varje dag i tre veckor då och fick serverad hemmagjord Thaimat av pappas fru varje dag! Gick upp 04.30 på morgonen o sprang, simmade på dagen och sprang igen på eftermiddagen vissa dagar. Gjorde även en hel del rehab övningar! Kom tillbaka till Sverige som en ny människa, min hy var bättre, hade gått upp i vikt, fått några muskler på kroppen och en hjärna som kunde börja tänka igen ➰ . Jag lärde mig under dessa 3-4 veckor att livet kan ta snabba vändningar ibland, men det kan vi människor hantera om vi får rätt mat, träning och kärlek så kan vi komma tillbaka starka och kanske ennu starkare ➰ Tacksam! . Jag kommer aldrig ge upp mina drömmar och det hoppas jag inte DU gör heller ➰ . .
