One of my fave hcs ever is that while kabru is good at dirty talking just in general because of course he is, laios is just. Unhinged. He has no filter he just drops the filthiest shit you've ever heard with the most :| deadpan and kabru just has to Deal with it. Thankfully Laios is just socially aware enough to know such conversations are best had only with Kabru himself so like he won't start talking about holes in front of the Kakha Brud ambassador but once he's drunk all bets are off so he has to watch his alcohol intake carefully especially after one incident of, indeed, starting to talk about holes in front of the Kakha Brud ambassador.

This was before him and Kabru started dating so it was monster holes but tragically after him and Kabru started fucking his interest zero'd in on Kabru's body, which, even more tragically, is a human body and therefore a place where his and Kabru's interest intersect, and now you'd have like.

Tbh when I first watched MHA and got to the preview for ep 3 and realized Izuku was going to be the world’s greatest hero because All Might was going to give him a quirk, and not because he was heroic enough without one, I was a little bit disappointed. The end of ep 2 leaves you feeling so high and that one spoiler brought down a notch for me

Now? Izuku deserves a quirk more than anyone, so sure, having him give everything, down to destroying parts of his body without repair, just to lose the quirk? Also feels a little bit disappointing, if that’s where we’re headed, just because he’s sacrificed so much

THAT BEING SAID. Izuku was a hero before OFA and he’s gonna be a hero after it. That’s an indisputable fact. And the last thing standing in his way is the barrier Kacchan and All Might put in front of him all the way at the front end of this story: that being a hero requires a quirk. Seeing Izuku overcome that would be so insane

I need the Ted and Jamie heart to heart. There’s so much baggage between the two of them. Jamie being a prick to ted when he arrived. Ted telling Jamie he’s the best natural talent he’s ever coached. Jamie not knowing why he’s being sent back to man city. Ted giving Jamie a toy soldier to protect himself (through beard). Ted telling him he didn’t sent him away and nothing else. No explanation. Jamie trash talking the team and ted to the press. Jamie believing ted has been playing mind games with him bc that’s what his dad does probably. Ted not accepting jamie back (even after Jamie told him the Roy soldier is named after him). Ted accepting jamie back with the condition that jamie plays for the team, not himself. Jamie following through his promise. Ted not interfering with Roy refusing to do his job to coach Jamie for days (maybe weeks, I don’t remember). Ted, like everyone else, just watching while Jamie’s dad is in the locker room in Manchester. Ted laughing along after Jamie made his worries about zava known. Ted not saying anything as zava stole Jamie’s goal. Ted giving Jamie reason in his speech after zava left them out to dry.

I’m desperate for them to finally come to a head. I need ted to take accountability for dropping the ball with Jamie so many times, when Jamie has done everything ted has asked of him and more. I need ted to thank Jamie for being the one to keep his way of coaching alive when everyone else forgot what makes afc Richmond special.

New Life series general spoilers and also a bit of personal taste neg (under a read more just in case u don't wanna see it)

me, yesterday: Yeah last life was probably my least favorite of the 3 seasons. I didn't really like the boogeyman mechanic, I thought it disrupted the players relationships in a relatively unsatisfying way. Similarly the extra lives made the deaths feel less dramatic and less important. Some of the most compelling moments were when people resisted this, Scott taking the life penalty, or Etho refusing to abandon Bdubs when he turned red. Frequently people who were red/boogey and became green again didn't face consequences because they were just following the rules of the system. Bdubs boogey kills Tango and its a VERY funny moment because of how Tango reacts, but its mostly brushed aside by the team as a whole, compared to when Cleo held a grudge against BigB for his boogey kill, leading to the absolutely iconic "do me a favor, die for me". 3rd Life I think also benefited from contrast, everyone was very kind and excited at the beginning before id devolved into chaos and bloodshed, whereas everyone was distrustful from the start in LL. So yeah, I'm glad other people like it but really wasn't my cup of tea like 3rd Life was.

Limited Life (same acronym as LL): Boogeyman is back :] and we did extra rounds of it

I really don’t think she said that he’s Joonghyuk (like I personally think he might be) because “unpleasant” and “that person” isn’t really a normal way to refer to yourself unless he’s being really weird about it. Ugh, now I’m mentally running around in circles trying to figure out who might give Joonghyuk that reaction while also being someone Sooyoung knows well enough to think is Secretive Plotter. Hmmmm. Nirvana?? Joonghyuk would think that was pretty unpleasant lmfao. Also, I didn’t realize Joonghyuk made an actual deal with Secretive Plotter. I knew Secretive Plotter was egging him on, and I knew he was giving Joonghyuk information via Metatron before meeting with him personally, but if a deal was explicitly stated in the story I totally glossed right over it. Actually, I guess if he did make a deal then he must have wriggled his way out of it like Dokja did? Because if the deal was to kill Dokja then clearly that didn’t happen…
