What is Love? Can you explain it? Have you found the one? Everyone is always focused on finding that one person to love but can they actually keep the one? I see so many people work so hard on finding their “true love” and when they find it after a while when things get shaky they give up on that relationship very fast! If people put more effort into keeping a relationship as much as they do trying to find one, that would be amazing! Because it’s always easy to find “the one” but can you keep “the one”? This is my advice for today, when things get shaky in a relationship instead of giving up... put more effort into it, don’t just say it will never change or things will always be the same. Think more positive and fix your relationship. Pursue each other just like the very first time you saw each other. Guess what?? 14 years later I still get butterflies in my stomach, you know that feeling you get when you first kiss “the one”? Yes that feeling. Does having materialistic things make you happy? It might temporarily. See when people gift me things I don’t get over excited or anything like that—don’t get me wrong I appreciate all the gifts I get. It’s just I don’t let things make me happy. I am happy with seeing my kids laugh and play. I love to see my family healthy. I love to see my husband content in life. I love when I receive calls or text messages from my family. Getting to help our fellow neighbor or homeless person makes me happy.
