*MC and the NRC students going to the beach*

Floyd: *swimming* Hmm? Why are the landfolk all jumping above the water like flying fish?

MC: It's called catching waves, want to try?

Floyd: Why would I? Jumping over the waves is nothing for merfolks, doesn't sound fun.

MC: Oh I'm not underestimating your abilities as a fish underwater, but I'm not sure that you're as good above water with a human body.

Floyd: Eeeh shrimpy what was tha—

Floyd: *gets hit by a wave*

MC: It was never about jumping above some waves, Floyd.

MC: It's about surviving getting hit by 2 meter tall waves continuously. Don't drown or lose your ground.

Floyd: Should have told me earlier Shrimpy~

MC: *smirks* Let's see who survives the longest.

Azul: *watching as MC and Floyd try to drown one another while avoiding the waves*

Azul: What are they doing?

Jade: Survival of the fittest, of course.

Azul: …

Azul: That's not reassuring.

Ace: MC! Wait up! *swimming towards MC*

MC: Uh? Ace, what are you doing here?

Ace: It looks like you're having fun, of course I'd come!

Floyd: Crabby~

Ace: Heya Floyd senpai~

Ace: *sees him approaching* W-Wait what are you—

Floyd: *drowns Ace*

MC: *jumps on Floyd and tries to drown him* Leave him alone! This fight is between you and me!

Jade: My, did you have fun MC?

MC: *laying face down on the towel, whispering* I may have lost this battle, but I'll win this war… Later...

Jade: Sounds like a lot of fun indeed, fufufu

Deuce: And you Ace, forget about having fun if danger is around.

Ace: Shut up, as if anyone would expect to get drowned on sight.

Deuce: I'd definitely expect it coming from Floyd. He IS the danger…
