'Tis the season to be spooky, and I am loving it. I made this to bring to a party yesterday, and I can't say that it was a raving success, but that can easily be attributed to

we had too much to eat

it was hard to seperate

Both of these issues could easilly be remedied though, the first with some moderation and the second with a sharp knife. I liked the taste though, and if I had more time to spend on the presentation I am pretty sure it would look spectacular. I like presentation, but I don't believe in sacrifycing taste, and in that respect this is a good bet.

Mix together in a non stick pan over low heat until melted: 600 gr or 21 oz marshmallows 50 gr or 4 tbsp butter Add and mix: 3 tbsp peanutbutter Add and mix: 6 cups or 14 dl rice crispies As you can tell this is quite a big batch, speaking of moderation :)
