He would obsessively call me when i didnt answer him. I could not even think not to give him my number. I didn't want to talk to him. He told me horrible things to guilt me and mani0ulate me. And accuse me of that for IGNORING HIM ...POLITELY.

I called him once when he guilted me for ignoring him. He went on and on about that "two hour phonecall" and how I am "leading him on." Conflating his guilting and fear mongering into normal human interactions like a friend checking up on you. It isn't manipulative to ignore someone and it isn't abusive to not be their punching bag while ignoring your own problems which they always gaslight you about. i have thought about doing this for a year. making a blog, that is. a friend suggested it. but i wasn’t entirely sure what i would post. i kept saying i’ll do it tomorrow and now it’s been a year. but i’m here. i made it. you ever have an idea that’s only slightly less than perfect? and you won’t start it because you’re waiting for the missing puzzle piece to kick in? that will make it just perfectly perfect? after all... you are so close to it. so you wait and wait and wait and it never comes and you never started anything and it’s too late now. it’s over. the idea is outdated. that’s basically my whole life. so either i had to learn to live with the guilt of watching time slip away or actually just start doing shit. so... this is my first post. don’t really know how to use tumblr. my layout is all over the place. i have no idea what i am going to be posting but i don’t care that it’s not perfect. who cares? i don’t.

today, for the very first time, I recognized what anxiety feels like. It's a stomach ache, yes. But also a feeling in my throat that could pass for nausea. And, if i pay really close atention, a pressure behind the eyes that can be nothing but tears.

But I don't really feel it where my feelings are. At least not until I found the tears in the back of my throat. So I didn't realize it was anxiety, all those other times. I just thought I was a lazy piece of shit with a light stomach ache
