#my anxiety is at an all time high yall #deep breathing exercises help #but i tend to get irritable during really anxious times and i feel close to my snapping point which wont be pretty #so to state my goals #first is to get my brother to clean out the cage *which is something i hinted to him to do a few days ago* #next goal is to better puppy proof my apartment since the little baby shark can reach just about anything now #next is to start helping the puppy understand what he does that is upsetting. he now understands when i am upset but not why #and i need to clean my carpets #which all of this shouldnt be me since hes not my puppy but alas if i dont do it then it just wont get done #and lastly i do need a good cry so ill probably do that on my next long drive #long drives *like to and from work* are for my crying. it helps trust me
