How is your blood flow? I was so shocked at the news of my 90s heartthrob Luke Perry 😕 He was much too young to have lost his life to a massive stroke. Tuesday Thoughts I've been getting through my December days between holiday shopping (haven't started) and IPAs (income producing activities) but my adaptogenic green lattes usually win me over 😉🍵 At least I made sure to take my tots to the Holiday Express🚅🚆 to see Santa, Elsa and Anna..can't forget the carolers 🎅 It made my day seeing their little faces light up & sing along. Back to the daily grind, I've been so grateful to my go to plant based remedies. From my dry, cracked hands to my one cyclop zit on my forehead the cold days have me overloading with aloe vera and lavender. Aloe vera plants have been in my life since birth. Its healing properties moisturize skin, heal wounds/acne, and targets stomach ailments and indigestion. I cannot live without aloe vera 🌿. Lavender is another life saver in my home. For one: it rescued my forehead from looking like a unicorn or cyclops 🤣 The one, large cystic acne was conquered in a day and half with lavender oil..thank goodness! It has these healing properties that alleviate histamine (allergies), calms hormones/moods, helps with sleep and conquers acne ❤ Interestingly, both plants can be consumed in a beverage like hot tea, or cold flavored water, even in foods given its antioxidants to strengthen immune system.
