Where the Justice League (mostly focusing on the Superfam or Batfam or Flashfam) are large leviathan-esque creatures living on Planet 4546B. Maybe they can change forms due to Precursor experimentation, maybe not. Those with young hang out around the shallows more than the others, what with most of them being large super or specialized predators.

Enter Danny Fenton, interning on the Aurora when the ship is shot down by the Quarantine Enforcement Platform. Oh sure he probably would have tried to stop the destruction and help, but his ghost powers are a bit on the fritz and a well-meaning worker pushes him into one of the last life pods seeing as he's a child.

Now the leviathans may not know what a ship is exactly, but they can definitely understand that in most cases things technology = precursors. As far as they understand, a metal deathtrap not unlike the old labs or caches fell alongside several metallic eggs, with the emerging hatchlings misshapen and not living long.

But then there's the egg that landed in the shallows, which at first they thought was empty. But a hatchling- much smaller than the previous ones- emerges, a day later than the rest, but they're alive even if their swimming is all wobbly! It's so tiny, and obviously hatched too early with the strange split tail and how it keeps swimming to the surface for air, and they have to protect it! Now if only the little hatchling would answer their calls and not dart into hiding spots whenever they approach...

Honestly this is up to the writer lol, but I like to think that Danny's ghost form, when he finally manages to achieve it again, goes a little naga-esque. Almost like a sea snake instead of just a whispy ghost tail, which while better for swimming doesn't help his freak out over most ghost powers still not working.

Danny is just trying to survive man, maybe find other survivors, turn off this big alien gun, stop creating frost crystals when he sneezes, the usual. He doesn't need giant humanoid-esque leviathan-sized sea creatures poking around!

Dream is the new addition to the goddess Calliope's collection of husbands - she has got over a dozen. Who needs that many husbands, right? But the city states and rulers of every realm just keep sending her more for her favour so she just puts them in a huge garden and house and mostly leaves them to their own devices. Her husbands are creatures of all kinds, fae and centaur, nymph and harpy, but only one of them Dream finds chained in the back of the garden, where it's the most sunny. He can't see it because it hides in a dark alcove and won't come out. The others tell him that this one can't speak their language because it was brought from a far away land over the sea, but Dream's gift is that he can speak with everything, be it animal or human. No matter the language, he can understand it. A gift from the gods, presumably, and a reason why he was chosen by his people to become the goddess' husband. He carefully makes introductions and tries to coax the strange creature out of it's hiding spot, without success. Only when Calliope comes to choose one of them to entertain her for the evening and she calls out "Hob", the creature stirs and reluctantly leaves its alcove when she pulls on its golden chains. Dream is immediately fascinated with the naga, golden scales glinting in the light and a diadem like the sun sitting on the man's dark-haired head. He looks unhappy despite the goddess being clearly very enamored with him and Dream decides that he'll find out more about this "Hob."

I hope I got most of the stuff we came up with in the server, i tried to remember but maybe I missed some of the ideas. Calliope isn't evil, but she can't let her "presents" go or there'll be trouble so she's in a bit of a pickle I suppose. There's room for a redemption arc if someone wants to write this. For the Monsterfucktober Bingo square "naga", the Sandtober prompt "celestial" and DN House of Horrors prompt "chains".

the sound of a hiss travels goes through your floppy ears. your breathing heavies as price appears from the dark recesses of his basking spot. you heart drops as you back pleaded on your feet. "oi! get back here doll I ain't done with you yet." price calls out, lounging out towards you. 

"wait! please! I-I didn't mean any trouble!" you whimpered as your nuts and berries dropped on the ground. "yeah you didn't but I can't let ya escape without any repercussions." his laugh was wicked and cruel. "what do you mean mister?" his guttural groan spilled out his lips and his eyes sharpened up once more. 

"please me. then maybe I'll let you go. or maybe I should just keep you, yeah? have a pretty little thing like you waiting for me when I get home." he suggested.  price placed your back down as your tail twitched between his fingers.
