WRITING INSPIRED BY THIS CLIP

I think this is the clearest, brightest moon I’ve ever seen. Living in the City, all the lights and screens have a way of drowning the night sky and completely overpowering its beauty. Even on a clear night with a full moon high in the sky, it’s still no match for the city lights. But tonight… tonight the moon is so white. So bright. So completely in its element. Though the lunar goddess is on full display there is not a star to be seen. Perhaps they know they’d never be able to compete with her, who controls the tides. You know our bodies are 60 percent water? So, it’s not too out there of an idea that the moon could affect our very beings. Pulling and pushing us. I believe it. How could I not on a night like tonight. How beautiful and wonderful she is. I’m almost sad that I won’t be around to see her again, this bright and inviting specimen that greets us every evening. As he drags my body through the dead forest. Where the trees have all shed their warm coats of leaves. Revealing to me that big glowing orb in the sky. Now that I think about it, I’m happy she’ll be the last thing I see before I die.

But consider: an AU where Susato, disguised as Ryutaro, decides to study law at Yumei University. However, there's a study exchange in England -- the first of it's kind that allows women to go to post-secondary school. However, a student is only allowed to submit their name & area of study once.

Hoping to double her chances of being able to study in England, she submits 2 names + areas of study: Susato Mikotoba for prosecutor & Ryuutaro Naruhodo for defense attorney. She's desperate to be a lawyer -- she doesn't care which area of the law it is. Besides, either defense or prosecution would be a good learning experience, no matter which placement she gets. Hilarity ensues when Ryuutaro & Susato have to face each other for the entry test.

(hmmm...who will be her weirdgirl assistant? Ryu? Iris? Rei? Sholmes, even?...&...maybe even hints of barosusa or susarei? I'm a sucker for that trope where the love interest falls in love with 2 seemingly seperate people, but it turns out they were the same person the whole time -- it's already there with susarei anyway!)
