hello, whoever is fronting from the habitat! im pretty new to the online DID community and am really enjoying your blog because it makes a fun little game out of.. frankly a disorder thats quite difficult to live with! im having lots of fun here.

Hello, Anon! Yes, there absolutely are. I will tag some below that I recommend, with a little description of what the blog offers.

@pluralcultureis : A culture-is blogs for those with DID and related disorders to share their experiences. It is especially helpful to remind us that we are not alone!

@system-vent : Here, you can send rants and vents to the askbox for them to post anonymously, if ever you get frustrated.

@bunnidid-reviews : This person talks about and reviews books, apps, and other media that is DID-centred!

@traumagenicpositivity : This blog posts/reblogs positive and supportive content related to recovery and life as a traumagenic system.

@positivitycombopack : A very nice positivity blog (mostly original posts, too).

@sysboxes : A blog that makes nice userboxes for systems and alters, and they've just opened up their requests!

@subsystems : The blog of someone with DID who has pursued final fusion! He spreads some fascinating information and delightful positivity.

@a-systems-positivity : A general mental health/positivity blog ran by a DID system.

🥩 - who was the most recent split?

🫁: i believe we split a protector in my cluster at school today. ;-; unsure of much else about her!

🦴 - Do you have an innerworld? What does it look like?

☕: We do not currently have an innerworld, and neither does the Visceral Cluster. The third cluster does! They are dormant.

🫀 - do you have non-human alters? what species are they?

🫁: most of the parts in my cluster (if not all) are non-human! i am a vampire, ☕ is a corpse and ghoul, there's two crows, another vampire, a skeleton, a mouldy creature, and someone who is partly reptilian. i think the only human is the aforementioned recent split!

☕: The most recent split was an EP and child part within the Visceral Cluster, named Honey. I am not in that cluster, so I know nothing more.

I may also be wrong, but that is the most recent documented split.

We have a question similar to this queued. It is something along the lines of "Artists, do you draw your alters?" It/Odd/He means that we use three different pronoun sets interchangeably! It/its, odd/odds, and he/him. Here is how to use each of them in an example sentence.

It/its/itself:

It runs a blog about system polls.

@sys-polls is its blog.

The Habitat runs this blog by itself.

Odd/odds/oddself:

Odd runs a blog about system polls.

@sys-polls is odds blog.

The Habitat runs this blog by oddself.

He/him/himself:

When our school test series is over, we shall start with our idea for some informative CDD posts! We first considered making another sideblog for it, but I think it would fit in just fine here. It will be called "DID Alter Explains," and the tag for it will be the microphone emoji.

Oh, in the spirit of using this blog more often, here is a small update!

We discussed more DID-related topics in therapy today, only finding time to discuss one part (myself) in detail. It was nerve-racking, but very exciting, and we were met only with compassion and understanding, for which I am very thankful.

I look forward to more such sessions, as they are quite helpful to alleviate feelings of denial, even now.
