hmmmmmm!!! somewhere exists the first gg/brio fic i wrote but never posted or indeed ever returned to. i think it was sort of post 209 (or some ep pre 213 anyway) and was abt beth n rio working together again bc of ~something.....and then they kiss. and i think i wrote it, looked at it, and closed the document like ‘terrible, take a lap’ haha. im not sure i’d describe this so much as a WIP as an Experiment. im pretty sure i wrote this straight into the computer, planless? and from this i learnt: i. plan....has benefits? ii. paper and pen first...better! (for some reason with a pen in my hand i am capable of planning and noting, and with a blank compooter doc i do not have this inclination???) [and then eventually: iii. canon fucking you off gives you something concrete to write against/about]

somewhere also exists a first version of yourself and others (or well chapter one of it) which has a different ending. again i think i wrote it, looked at it & closed the document going ‘nope!’ but this time i subsequently rewrote it from scratch. (although im assuming i had some stuff on paper to look at??? or maybe i learnt that lesson all over again!?!). but that’s probs the opposite of a WIP isnt it hmmm

there are a couple(+?) of non gg fics including a josh/donna west wing one that’s like based in/on something that happens in the shutdown ep but....idk....im now tempted to let it see daylight????? i mean i havent looked at it for hmm 13 years?! and i assume it’s terrible BUT it is a great concept soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

ooh! idk abt readerS, but i know one person gets mad at me for putting rio/OC and/or beth/OC in my (brio) fics haha. but like.....it IS the brand!!!! and the idea of beth jumping from a thousand year relationship with dean straight into like a srs committed relationship with rio isnt necessarily my favourite + the idea of rio being a chaste nun while pissing around waiting for beth def leaves a bad taste in my mouth (although tbf he was cosplaying as a nun with that emo hoody in s3)....like i kinda resent the trope/notion of ppl needing to be monogamously committed to a relationship they’re literally not in???? plus with the yknow husband and side dishes or w/e..........idk that i super buy that either of them has like a monogamy kink anyway yknow...............? plus: multishipper at heart!!!!
