Fun fact, just earlier today, I was making this little drawing of Fluttershy while listening to Slipknot, and this shows up in the comments:

Especially an interesting coincidence, as I frequently hc Fluttershy as being into nu metal, as a joke.

We should firmly establish this into the fan canon. We should make art of this idea.

Like, imagine if this took off, and someone capable of doing an accurate Fluttershy impression does a Fluttershy cover of Korn, or Disturbed, or something.

I absolutely loved Pinkie Pie when I was younger (also got called Pinkie Pie by friends for a bit but that’s a different story) and I’d love to hear your hc’s about her (and honestly the rest of them if you want)

PINKIE IS ONE OF THE BEST MFS ON THE SHOW UR SO REAL FOR THAT

Most of my hcs surround her being ND tbh (tho I'm a pegasus!pinkie truther lmao)

I also feel like pinkie kinda also has some issues w mood regulation, like we see in the show kinda. When she gets upset she often takes it really hard and has issues when trying to ask and clarify things so the sadness kind of festers, yknow? She likes being the funny one, but when she's upset its hard to talk because she feels like nopony would want to hear her actually be sad.

On a more upbeat note, I like to think that pinkie actually models for rarity a lot n LOVES to see rarity's designs because pinkie is also just into creativity in general obviously! So the two of them bond over it!

Pinkie probably likes horror movies, not like a "I'm scary. I like scary things." Way, They just give her an adrenaline rush like a roller-coaster!!

Pinkie probably has tasted a Lot of different foods, I think that could go w the mini hc of mine that maybe she lived short term in a few other places than ponyville before settling there, so she got to try a bunch of different types of dishes from different kinds of ponies and maybe even other creatures!

I believe I've said something like this before but I don't think pinkie directly labels herself, not bc she doesn't care, just bc it's doesn't come to mind for her really, tho she's probably pan, she's just one of those ponies others are like "hmm..... I Think she likes girls but also that's just pinkie so who tf knows" (mainly with rainbow bc those 2 are almost always hanging)

She knows a lot of random little facts you wouldn't expect, and she probably has hyperfocused on random types of unicorn magic in the past n checked out books to read on them even if she isn't a unicorn.

Pinkie has Totally dyed her hair, just bc I think it would be funny for images of her when younger to have her w blonde hair then blue hair then even black hair, but she's probably calmed down on it by the time the show comes around. (Rainbow dash and Rarity actually probably both helped her dye it probably)

That's not too many but I just wanted to at least get One out because I felt bad for suddenly dissapearing again like I normally do, lol

okay but what if rarity was far-sighted but refused to get glasses because she was worried about whether or not theyd look good on her or if they’d match her outfits at all (and because she felt like they would get in the way of her work, whether it be them bring too tight, too loose, sliding down, breaking, etc.)

because of this she also never told the rest of thr mane six as she didnt want them to worry about it or have her get some, but they get suspicious eventually when they notice her difficulty in seeing things clearly even though they’re directly in front of her

i like to think they get her to (try to) read a book for them or something OR somehow twi tricks her into an examination, probably saying its for research or a check-up and that she’s doing this to everyone

either way they find out about her far-sightedness and she’s all pouty about it saying she doesn’t need more than the red ones she already has (which are just some cheap ones she bought a while back, they used to help somewhat but her eyes have only gotten worse so they do little to nothing for her now)

that is until twi tells her she can get any type or colour of glasses she wants and shes so excited, immediately looking around for the perfect pair but she cant choose so she just ends up getting several (probably one of each colour so she can always match her outfits (shes excessive, but shes happy and can see))

ALSO SORRY I HAVENT BEEN DRAWING MUCH LATELY:( i havent really had the motivation to do so other than a few sketches here and there unfortunately</3

This is just a warm up doodle but...

I really like the idea of Twilight just passing down her mommy issues from Celestia on to Opaline and it actually fucking up tremendously, because realistically speaking all of that responsibility that Celestia forced onto her really didn't help her be better at friendship it just made her a more “efficient” ruler.

And after all of her friends eventually died I have a feeling Twilight would regress back into who she used to be back in season 1 and just sort of shut down any and all help, instead giving herself all the work. Pretty much I think she would just become Celestia 2.0 because she was set up to end up like that. 

It would be a Celestia and Sunset Shimer “fuck you, your not my mom” all over agian. With Opaline not understanding why friendship is important and Twilight not being able to give her the same speech she gave Luster Dawn. 

She would come off as a hypocrite

Personally I don't think Twilight would ever be able to make such deep connections with anyone else after all of her friends are gone.

Through The Season's Twilight became JUST “Princess Twilight” due to bad writing but I think this could play into her becoming not an antagonist but more of a cataclyst for the villian to come.

I'll have a more detailed timeline of my Hc once it's all fully written down but just having the concept out of my brain will help me shape it into something more coherent.

Ok tbh I don’t ship them but I can see it.

My hc is that Bulk lives in a home where they have a small family (him and his parents) but they commonly foster children.

Bulk didn’t like Derpy very much when they met and he’s not really on board with the whole fostering thing (partly because he’s grrr and also because he gets so emotional when they leave)

Derpy was one of the kids they fostered and as a few months went by they ended up adopting her and now she’s his sister

Over time Bulk learned to love her (Derpy always loved him) and they’re besties. Some of the things I can imagine them doing:

- going on hikes together (carrying Derpy in a backpack like one of those little rat dogs)

- Bulk spotting her when they work out together and Derpy trying her best

- going to the park and feeding ducks and having gigglies

- Straight man and pansexual or asexual woman duo
