4. Movie of the year?

Black Panther. It was so well done! High production quality, excellent soundtrack, great fight choreography, wonderful characters (and more than one primary female character). I’m such a fan.

5. Tv show of the year?

The Good Place. What a Good Show.

8. Game of the year?

Horizon Zero Dawn! I’m already on a second playthrough because I enjoyed it so much. It’s gorgeous and I love the story/gameplay. I just got a bunch of new games over Christmas so this is just based on what I’ve actually played this year.

11. Something you want to do again next year?

See more national parks! I visited a few this year and eventually I want to see them all.

18. A memorable meal this year?

While I did have some really great upscale meals this year, the one that comes to mind is when I was at Boston Calling music festival, eating a cheeseburger and watching the sunset as I listened to some of my favorite bands. Best four dollar burger ever.

19. What are you excited about for next year?

It not being 2018. And also Star Wars episode 9.

Okay so I made a character for a new Dnd campaign that I’m really excited about: a monk of the cobalt soul (modified edition) with vitiligo and also only one hand because she was born disabled and she learned to do everything differently than everyone. I’d say more but inevitably, some of the campaign crew will see this when we aren’t supposed to know anything about each other.
