🍰 Les Shortbreads millionnaire sont mes friandises préférées dans l’Univers infini, mais je ne peux plus en manger depuis l’aggravation dramatique de mon allergie au lactose. Alors autant vous dire que j’ai pleuré de bonheur en découvrant la version vegan de la géniale @mail0ves dans son livre Gourmandises facilement vegan, et que depuis j’en fais TOUT LE TEMPS. Évidemment c’est un peu différent, mais on retrouve le petit goût de caramel salé, le chocolat, le contraste avec le biscuit … et en plus, c’est mille fois plus facile et plus rapide à faire que les vrais, et surtout huit mille fois plus sain et plus digeste. Avec une bonne tasse de matcha, c’est le paradis sur terre.
