I LOVED the parallel of Crimson's power over people. Despite them not seeing eachother for at least a year, he still retains control over Moxxie: he had no issue using him for business as a kid, much less now that he tries to stand up for himself and just makes it all worse.
But then there's how powerless he was against Millie. She holds no ties with Crimson and isn't even scared of him, she just charges in like a bull and makes a mockery (massacre) of his crooks. In less than five minutes.
That's also why Crimson screaming "She's a dame! She's a broad! Just kill her!" during the fight stuck with me. You said IMP has a reputation, why are you surprised?
I really like the relationship between millie, moxxie, and stolas.
When the series first started I wasn't expecting them to interact much, but from Loo Loo Land, to help look for Octavia they feel like they come a long way.
Especially in this episode. They volunteer to rescue Stolas, Like maybe they're just doing it for revenge on Striker of maybe it's because they know that Blitz cares more than he lets on.
These two know better than anyone how much Blitz and Stolas care for each other.
They know this will hit Blitz really hard. Especially Millie which is why I love my girl. She's so concerned for both Stolas and Blitz It's awesome.
I will never understand why folks will insist that the Workplace premise of Helluva Boss doesn't matter and that the characters and their development is more important even though there are several shows that manage to combine those two things perfectly.
1) I appreciate Blitz at least admitting that he plans on committing tax fraud and we’re treated to more horse doodles. ;) Also, it further goes with the events of “Ozzie’s” either were a few days ago or about 2 weeks prior because there are question marks on Stolas’s day, meaning he’s not sure if they’d actually hook up, but at the same time, I doubt Stella could go long without her stuff so it’s still unsure if they’ve even talked. At least Stolas appeared to be trying by calling him “Blitz” instead of “Blitzy.”
2) Aww, what a cute Verosika doll. ^_^
3) Love the teleprompter and Blitz was right about the little girl doing coke before the show. ;) XD I love how much like Darla Dimple that little girl was. XD
4) Just wanted to show Blitz’s big eyes of happiness at people laughing at his performance.
5) Blitz does look like a Xenomorph at that angle and I appreciate how many times they tell you not to drink the LA water. XD
6) I feel bad for the journalist on his wife leaving him and hey, I’m reading this aren’t I? ;) Also, I don’t want to even go anywhere near those rabid frogs. O_O
7) That one guy just doesn’t care what else is going on, even if one woman’s breasts are on fire. XD
8) All I have to say is, “Hot damn.” O_O <3
9) Awwww! So much crushing is happening and is serving the Stolitz community. ^_^ <3
10) It’s nice that Millie wants Blitz’s opinion on if Moxxie would be into bondage. XD Also, I love how Blitz can’t seem to spell. XD
My last two asks were so much fun to respond to and honestly, they really got me thinking about a Helluva Hazbin crossover episode! Like how cool would that be? Imagine the IMP gang, Stolas, Fizz, Ozzie, and Striker meeting the Hazbin Hotel crew! I feel like there's so much potential here.
