We’re pleased to announce the lineup for “The Pull of the Tide,” releasing June 2024!

We were absolutely thrilled to receive so many diverse and wonderful submissions and we feel the anthology will include a little something for everyone’s tastes.

On a personal note, as three sapphic women, we consider ourselves incredibly lucky to have talented authors come together to participate in a fantasy romance anthology of stories where we can see ourselves.

I present to you, part of the 2019 Pirate Fest Pod! 🧜🏻‍♀️🖤⚓Look at all of those beautiful tails AND the equally lovely mermaids, of course! 😉 @boynecitypiratefest was a great time, as always! Not only is it a family friendly event, but it is an event that makes you feel like part of the family. Everyone there was so kind, curious, humorous, talented and wonderful to be around. 💜 . Even though we mermaids were captured by those silly pirates, there were a few that helped us escape AND helped fend off the other pirates to keep us free. ⚔ Some little humans let us touch their things called "shoes," and some even accepted our seaweed and stone gifts in return! The best thing of all? My mersis Delta and our friends all got to share in the moments together. 🖤 . There were smiles for miles here in the water and up on the land. I am currently living my best introvert life. Surrounded by all my books, lots of snacks, and no need to leave the house for 2 weeks?! I could get used to this 😍 . ✨ . I recently read ALL THE STARS AND TEETH by Adalyn Grace. This is nowhere near my usual genre, but it has mermaids and pirates in it so I was sold. I enjoyed the book. It had some slightly confusing parts and some parts that felt thrown together. The ending was decent though and left just enough loose ends for a second book. . ✨ .
