imploring you to expand on optimus's psychic link with his axe

some of the weapons in the human/supheroau are made from cybertronian metal/materials (ops axe, the magnus hammer, megatrons cannon etc) scavenged from sari's (who is cybertronian in this) crashed ship, and have a lot of weird properties and so basically op can "summon" from nowhere and activate the axe's blade/rocket/extending handle by thinking about it. the cybertronian metals can withstand the beatings and strength superpowered/enhanced guys put their shit through bc if it was a regular battleaxe made of steel or something it would be super bent and broken this is in contrast to bee and bulkheads weapons which are activated through triggers in their gear. prowls shuriken are activated/controlled w his technopath powers. ratchets gauntlets are automatically activated when he uses his powers (if he's wearing them which he usually isnt these days)

edit: i didnt elaborate on the psychic link part itself actually. its like being drift compatible with a sword which is also part of his hesitance to use the magnus hammer later because what if it doesnt like him. the sentience of the weapons is debatable but its kind of a thors hammer sitch (which. LOL)

I saw a post about working for a haunted house and for some reason it reminded me of when I used to work for an escape room place, and then because I only have one thought anymore, now I am thinking about crowley and aziraphale doing an escape room and how extremely bad they would be at it

crowley squinting at the fireplace like 'this is fake. it definitely comes open. I'm gonna pull on it.' and aziraphale like 'my dear boy they told us nothing in the room required brute strength' but he tried to use the wrong key on the gun safe and broke it off in the lock and had to discreetly miracle it back together. also he's professionally offended at how little the book safe looks like a real book.

or: rivers used to run seemingly "uphill" to the northeast (the colorado plateau) because there was................ another topographical feature in the way. A large mountain chain (the mogollon highlands) blocked drainage to the southwest (or what would become the modern salt river valley.) Then the highlands got reeeeaally stretched out due to Tectonics And Volcanism, so things got a little bit messy. water pooled internally in the transitional highlands, until the landscape got so stretched out, the water spilled over to the southwest and finally started draining into the lowlands.

(so there are parts of the salt river that have, essentially, flowed both forwards and backwards)

performing some kind of necromantic resurrection on an extinct river is already hyperbolic enough for Asthaom, and quite frankly I think Mercasor needs to be more weird, so its extant ghost river (itself a former part of Asthaom's watershed) would be an extremely good and funny candidate for
