[Werbung] Durch hometesterclub hatte ich die Möglichkeit zwei vegane Varianten des Joghurts aka „Lughurt“ von @made.with.luve zu bestellen. Ich habe die Sorten "Natur", sowie "Stracciatella" zum Testen erhalten. Der Lughurt mit veganen Joghurt-Kulturen besteht aus Süß-Lupinen. Der vegane Joghurt basiert auf dem Eiweiß der Süß-Lupinen, das ganz schonend in einem einzigartigen Verfahren gewonnen wird. In einem Becher sind 500 Gramm Lughurt enthalten, 100 Gramm haben 101 Kalorien (bei der Sorte "Natur") bzw. 135 Kalorien (bei der Sorte "Stracciatella". Ich bin und werde wohl echt kein Fan von veganen Milchalternativen. Ein toller frischer Naturjoghurt aus Kuhmilch finde ich immer noch 1000 mal besser und werde mich an den besonderen Geschmack aus pflanzlichen Substanzen bei Milchprodukten nie gewöhnen.
