fun fact!!! in trio of towns marlena and lynn have pretty much the same amount of dialogue as any of the regular resident characters…but you never end up seeing a majority of it since they only stay for like three days at a time 😭😭💔💔

they have favorite gifts, can go to westown festivals, and can be given birthday presents and everything, but since you’d have to complete the story quests on INCREDIBLY specific days to see these interactions, you basically never even know they’re there!!!

they talk a lot about the westown villagers, so some of their dialogue even has little tidbits of info on them that you’d never learn otherwise!!! :]

though, another thing to note that i found interesting is that if you look at the text dump, they both have the coding for the marriage candidates rather than the regular villagers….so theres a bunch of lines that say “proposal” or “lover_conversation” that are just their default dialogue LMFAO

it makes sense though, since i think they did the same for a lot of the child’s dialogue, it just seems to be that way for anyone who’s in your family and has to live in your home….idk, i don’t know much about coding, so i cant say for sure but its intriguing to me nonetheless

Yuzuki X Wren- Story of Seasons: Trio of Towns

The YuzuWren… my everything… I made them in 2020 because that was the year I started really getting into making OCs and finally played 3oT after being hesitant and skipping out when it came out due to how badly the concept of multiple villages was implemented last time. (Thank FUCK Marvelous learned from tott. Anyways) Especially because during the time of playing the file, I realized I had been repressing some horrific, horrific trauma of something that happened to me. They’re what got me through it and I ended up getting a solid 100 hours through their file!

Wren is a trans man. Along with his interest in farming, Daryl refused to accept him as a man. Gay Uncle Frank took him in not only to help get started with farming, but also to help him with transitioning. (As a side note I did not realize Wren starting to transition when he moved to his farm meant he was getting his hrt top and phallo from fucking Ford until months later and felt so FUCKING sorry for him.) (Another side note- Daryl refuses to accept Wren’s transness even after he becomes “proud” of his farm and hopes he’ll grow out of it, Marlena is happy to see how well her “daughter” is doing, and Lynn is genuinely really supportive but rarely gets to see him because of how she’s still young and lives with their parents.)

When Wren first visits Tsuyukusa, he starts helping out Omiyo and Umekichi whenever he had down time to make things a little easier for them. Obviously, this lead to occasionally checking in on Yuzuki as well. Wren got interested in Yuzuki’s jewelry early on and started trying to make more time to talk to him. From being sexually harassed from being so frail and feminine looking in his childhood, Yuzuki was very empathetic to Wren- he’s cis and he can’t possibly imagine how much harder they were for Wren having that his entire life. Finding out Yuzuki was also the unfavorite child to a significantly more horrific degree than Wren was likewise made Wren more sympathetic to him.

Anyways they get married and have gay sex and live an r/childfree life because I have having kids in these games LMAO can you tell they’re my darling yaoi

Mistel X Roland- Story of Seasons (3DS)

I started this file a while ago but recently got back to it!! And doubled the hours I had on it before in a week. Uh.

Roland was a born and raised city boy who always hated how busy the city was. He always loved growing his own vegetables on his apartment balcony and, eventually after doing research on agriculture, decided he’d do best on a farm. When a lot opened up in Oak Tree Town, home of his favorite writer, he couldn’t refuse and set out immediately. Indeed, it wasn’t long before Roland started visiting Iris regularly to talk about literature with her. Mistel, the autistic little freak he is, got curious about Roland very fast and kept attacking him with questions every time he came to talk with his sister. Roland found it incredibly annoying and started giving Mistel little presents when he visited to satiate him while he talked to Iris. This backfired, however, as it only got Mistel even more fixated on him and made him start prodding at Roland even more than he did before. Worst of all, Roland was beginning not only to not mind it, but also starting to enjoy it! At some point, he started visiting less for Iris and more for Mistel. Not that he had a crush on him. He’d never admit he had a crush on him. Eventually Mistel beat him too the punch and asked him out, and that’s where my file currently is!! Very excited to get to when he’s disproportionally hornier than every other LI in the entire series LMFAO

IdiYume- Twisted Wonderland

This one is really REALLY embarrassing for me because I haven’t done romantic yume/self ships since like… middle school

My sona is a catch all one I made a few years ago; Beatrice “Trixie”/“Trix” Hart. Normally I use her/him to terrorize anime boys platonically (she was first created to be an assistant to Klavier Gavin in Ace Attorney, and I think it shows with the name LMAO), but as I got more into the series and read Book 6, I Needed to kiss Idia Shroud and used him for this as well. His name stays the same minus the nickname because, well, I’m a trans dude keeping his gendered birth name lol.

He’s a second year Pomefiore bnuuy beastman at NRC and is BFFs with Cater. Him and Idia vaguely know each other, but generally dislike each other. Online, though, he’s Idia’s favorite vtuber and ok this is too embarrassing for me sorry JDKDWKKFSKFB

I prefer them a lot after NRC, though- I view them as both being transhet (because I am transhet. bye). Idia’s boymoding at NRC, and Trix is girlmoding quite literally everywhere except the all male school he goes to. After they graduate, they start transitioning together. Its a very very intimate experience for both as they support each other through everything.

This picrew is them 10 years post NRC when they’re fully transitioned because that’s usually what I think about with them. :) They’re very happy and love each other and their 3 cats and their younger brother and his 2 dogs.

Chenya X Beau Rhodes-Twisted Wonderland

My most recent ocxcanon ship and the one I have the least amount of development on because there’s so little known about RSA and Chenya is only allowed out of RSA Jail every now and then for enrichment. Beau is twisted from the rose from Beauty and the Beast! He also grew up in the Queendom of Roses, but a different part than Chenya Trey and Riddle. Him and Chenya were roommates their first year at RSA. Beau is very mature and committed to his work and studies in floral arrangement, in contrast to Chenya who’s. Well. Chenya. They end up balancing each other out; Chenya helps Beau lighten up, and Beau has better luck than most convincing Chenya to stop fucking around when he needs to.

The biggest aspect, to their dynamic, however, is something else.

I think NRC is one giant cringe compilation to RSA. They love hearing about the insane things that happen there. And, well, Chenya is childhood friends with the most ridiculous human being ever born, Riddle Rosehearts. And also Trey Clover, man who has spent his entire life being in love with the most ridiculous human being ever born, Riddle Rosehearts. Beau and Trey met as first years from Chenya introducing them, but whenever Riddle came up there was a silent “dude just wait until you meet this guy next year.” Beau didn’t know what he expected but Riddle met all of them.

Chenya does convince him to go to an unbirthday party with him though. Eventually. And he surprisingly does have a great time. That doesn’t stop the “I’ve had to listen to him talk about being in love with this guy for 8 years dude” conversations though.

I’ve played as her in Trio of Towns but I don’t think she’ll stick around so I’ll recreate her for another game eventually.

Name: Dill

Farm name: Sass (technically she and Fennel share the same farm though)

Age: 23 at the start of 3oT

Personality: The life of a party, she has an easy time talking to anyone. She's not too bothered by people not liking her either and so she says and does whatever she likes.

Relationship Status: Single

Family: Daryl(father), Marlena(step-mother), Fennel(half-brother), Lynn(half-sister), Frank(uncle)

Ex: Lisette

Friends: Wayne, Komari, Ford(frienemies is a better way to describe it), Mithra

Biography: Dill has recently completed her bachelor's degree (history major) but has yet to decide whether to continue studying or go traveling. Before making this decision, she was sent by Daryl to assist Fennel with his farm, since he basically believed Fennel would need her to "speak for him". Kindly, Dill mostly leaves Fennel to his own devices except when he really does need help, but this is mostly because she wants to go chat with the ladies in town. Unlike her brother, she made friends with most of the townspeople easily. When she isn't chatting with the ladies of town, she generally spends time with Wayne and Ford. She gets along very well with Wayne and absolutely loves to rile up Ford. She intentionally says wildly incorrect information to watch Ford's reaction, which is usually starting an argument. Even when she isn't there, Wayne can count on the fact that mentioning Dill's name will send Ford flying into a rant (and that mentioning Fennel will shut him up completely and stare contemplatively into the distance). Fennel is unable to see any of the deity characters. They pester only Dill because she is the one who can see them. Since she was a child, Dill has had an affinity for foxes as they recurrently appeared in her dreams, and upon meeting Inari, she felt it was destined to happen. Until then, she had taken her time living at Fennel's farm very lightly and planned to move on as soon as she knew what she wanted to do. Now, due to Dill's interest in many of the girls in town but not singling any of them out, Wayne decided to help set up Dill and Lisette together. They dated for awhile before Dill broke up with her out of the blue, leaving Lisette heartbroken. Wayne felt extremely guilty and apologised to Lisette, but neither of them have really recovered still. After this event, Dill was distanced from many people in the three towns. Iluka became quite hostile to her, thinking she would never be serious about anyone and not wanting her to get close to her or Siluka. The people of Westown took Lisette's side and aren't sure what to think of Dill. She returned to her old habits but people weren't as keen to respond to her friendly greetings. Many seasons passed before Fennel, who had recently had relationship troubles of his own, decided to ask Dill what had happened. Neither of them were very open about their personal lives but the two of them felt like outcasts at the time and Dill opened up to him. She had not really wanted to date anyone because she liked people but did not have strong romantic feelings for anyone and had been hanging out with them casually more than anything. She knew there were expectations of her and just went along with Wayne's matchmaking attempt because of that. But she couldn't commit when the truth was, she had most enjoyed spending time with Inari. She tried to explain to Fennel who Inari was but she had little hope he would believe her. Inari had convinced Dill that they could never be together and Dill has been listless all this time because her heart never stopped wishing to be with Inari. Even though he found the situation fantastical, Fennel still insisted she go and tell Inari how she felt. Once again, Inari pushed her away and towards Komari instead. Dill has since learnt Komari shares her desire to travel and they get along very well, but Dill still spends her days alone and unsure what to do.

Future Goals: She would like to travel the world but mostly, she is just conflicted about any future goals she might have.

Extra: Fennel looked up to Dill when he was younger because she's a lesbian and has always been very out about it. While at university, she had relationships but has never officially dated anyone because she was more focused on finishing her studies. Both Dill and Fennel have a very hard time discussing their problems. Also Mithra might be Dill's mother, since it makes a lot of sense. But that's more of an unofficial possibility. And, as far as I am concerned, Lisette and Kasumi are a couple because of the events created by Dill and Fennel. Kasumi became something like the knight in shining armor that Lisette had been looking for.

Name: Fennel

Personality: He prefers privacy and dislikes people meddling in his life. It's significant when he lets people into his personal life. He tries to hide the fact that he has an extremely responsible side which he might have inherited from his father.

Relationship Status: It's complicated

Ex: A guy from his hometown who doesn't deserve a name

Friends: Lisette, Omiyo, Umekichi, Wayne, Siluka

Biography: Fennel moved to learn farming from his uncle Frank shortly before he was due to have a job interview at his father's company. He was desperate to escape that possibility and was very happy to try his hand at farming instead. At first, Frank and Dill were the only ones in the three towns who knew sign language and could communicate with Fennel but eventually, all the other townspeople of the three towns started learning. Lisette was Fennel's first friend which he considered official after she asked him to dance at his first Goddess Festival. He greatly dislikes social events like that and was relieved somebody else asked him to dance so he didn't have to. He also dislikes those festivals because he has never been good at dancing. He asked Iluka and Siluka to teach him, but Iluka ended up laughing at his lack of rhythm and he did not return for a second lesson. However, it did help him to become friends with Siluka since she was more understanding. Fennel generally does not get along with people in his own age group and spent a lot of time with Umekichi and Omiyo before their grandson arrived back in town. When Fennel first met Yuzuki, he fell head over heels in love with him but was convinced his feelings would never be reciprocated and so never told Yuzuki how he felt. Many people knew about Fennel's feelings but Yuzuki was forever oblivious. Fennel disliked Wayne a lot when they first met because he reminded him of his ex-boyfriend, due to Wayne's confident and friendly nature as well as the fact that he is often surrounded by other people. Over time, he has grown to see Wayne is a genuinely good person and so they've become friends. Fennel even explained to Wayne why he didn't trust him at all at first. Wayne is very happy when he learns that Fennel now trusts him but it's also why he constantly denies his growing feelings for Fennel because he doesn't want to lose that trust. (I'm not going to write any more here because I have a lot written about Wayne and Fennel, so there's a full story but you're not getting it here). That's as far as I'm at in Fennel's timeline which is not very far at all, but it's only because I have no clue how to end his story. He might end up with Wayne and I know exactly how that goes. He could end up with Siluka and I also know exactly how that goes. He could end up with both because Wayne, Siluka, and Fennel would make such an amazing marriage... Also he could end up with Stephanie and I know a lot of their story as well as the fact that they have 8 kids called Rose, Heath, Jasmine, Geranium, Camellia, Chrysanthemum, Clover, and Viola. Or he could end up with Ford. There are so many possible endings and I like all of them so that's part of why I didn't want to publish these profiles. I'd really love to talk it out and conclude which is the most suitable ending (it won't change what I do in-game) but for now, I'm stuck.

Future Goals: At this stage, he just wants to prove Daryl wrong and become a great farmer.

Extra: If Fennel was a marriage candidate in a game, he would be my first choice and I will never get over this. He's bi and loves memes... He disappoints me frequently but that's part of why I love him. The nickname "city slicker" comes from one time when Fennel went into the Garden Grill and ordered a cocktail which Brad was clueless about, so he just gave up and was like "you want a beer?" Later on, Brad informed others of this incident and since at the time, Wayne was trying to help Fennel feel more included in town, he spread around the in-joke of calling Fennel "city slicker" whenever he did something appropriate to call him that. It did help to make him feel acknowledged by the town but he'll never admit that he absolutely loves the joke. I could actually imagine some of the townspeople already knew some sign language before meeting Fennel but since I don't know how the world in the bokumono series is broken up into (region-wise/country-wise), I've gone ahead to assume that the player's family originally come from an entirely different country and their sign language was different to whatever the 3oT villagers would have learnt anyway. Details like this are part of why I didn't want to put these profiles out.
