От прекрасно сохранившихся стен средневековой 🏰 Алькудии (античной Полленты) до моря 1,5 км: досаждали пираты, поэтому города на берегу строили редко. По-арабски al-qudya означает холм. Стены двух видов: средневековые и рессансные. Обязательно по ним погуляйте хоть полчаса! Стены построены по приказу и проекту короля Jaume II с 1298 по 1360г. Эти стены имеют периметр примерно1,5 км, высоту около 6м и соединяют между собой 26 башен. В XVI веке во времена правления Филипа II вокруг города была воздвигнута ныне полуразрушенная ренессансная линия укреплений в форме звезды перед средневековыми стенами для защиты от артиллерии. 【建築設計】藏身民居的極簡墓園「秀明寺 百月院」

自 2011年「311 地震」以後，日本流行「終活」概念，強調每個人都該好好面對臨終與後事。日本建築設計所 LOVE ARCHITECTURE 興建的極簡墓園「秀明寺 百月院」，恰好為公眾提供安寧的空間，走完最後的旅程。

受倫常及文化觀影響，日本不太忌諱死亡，多將家墓置於都市而非郊野，以方便後人拜祭，另外亦頗重視祖先流傳的墓地，不會隨意改變土地用途成商用地，極之尊重先人。

像「秀明寺 百月院」選址於東京大田住宅區，融入民生環境。為了彰顯思念之情，建築團隊更參照 19 世紀藝術家月岡義俊的木版畫系列 《月亮的一百個面向》為靈感，將墓園定名「百月院」，寓意「天上的一百個月亮」，頗有「觀月思故人」的浪漫意境。

「秀明寺 百月院」的設計亦具靈氣。建築團隊按照年輕世代的祭祀及美感需求，主要採用簡約風格進行建設，例如主建築物用上深色外觀，出入口則擺放了巨大的石塊，任由攀藤植物沿牆壁往上生，展現墳墓的自然景觀，使其即使立於泥水色樓民房之間，也不顯突兀，又易於被辨認，流露當代墓園的恬靜美。

步進建築內部，先會經過一道狹窄但明亮的長廊，於頂部天窗的明亮日照下，可見長廊兩側鑲有一組組清雅的骨灰櫃，內裡可放置不同大小、個人或家庭單位的骨灰盒；若有的家庭成員較多，又想葬於同一處，則可選擇於墓園的戶外空間，建立家族式墓碑；除卻以上選項，園地還可提供樹葬。綜觀墓園的安靜氣氛及細心安排，相信定是逝者的安息之所，也是未亡人的靜心之處。

I love walking around in Chelsea, I enjoy turning down every little street and alley, and losing myself in the admiration of the architecture in the houses and buildings.I like the white frames of doors and windows, the brick walls, the reflection on the crystal clear window panes and the glossy black metallic details on fances, doors, windows, external pipes, etc... I particularly like the bright contrast of colours and the bold facades that remind me of a punchy graphic.

В 298 году римский император Диоклетиан начал строить свою очередную 🏰 резиденцию в 30 тысяч квадратных метров практически в центре своей империи. Годом раньше он подавил восстание в египетской провинции, откуда привез множество сфинксов и колонн из красного, розового и серого гранита, порфира и белого мрамора. Лишь тяжёлая болезнь заставила Диоклетиана отречься от престола и уединиться в этой недостроенной резиденции. Сохранился перестиль - римская площадь, окружённая колоннами. Перистиль выполнял роль парадного входа в Диоклетианов дворец, здесь устраивались торжественные церемонии, праздники и даже гладиаторские бои. Рядом с площадью можно увидеть большой круглый зал с массивным куполом - Вестибюль дворца.
