Hiii just wanted to say ur designs for the turtles are genuinely my favorite out of any tmnt thing ever. It always bothered me how they basically all looked the same with rotmnt being the exception but the neglected au ones are the fucking best ones imo.

Leo's all sharp and triangular making him look agile and skilled, Raphs spiky mouth and eyebrows make him look older and more tired, Donnie's glasses and snout make him look so fragile and sad, and Mikey's cute little pacman mouth and black eyes make him look both innocent and unsettling.

Also also the way you said you draw your comics without worrying too much about every single perfectionist detail inspires me bc they're so expressive, pretty and fun to read!!

tha BLUES. not the music just. the color. he's a very frosty guy and he sorta lives up to the aesthetic lol. he'll wear any colors, although I feel the most common are like. blue and white. other neutral tones thrown in, cool colors too. and patterns are good.

ough,,,, god this is a hard one. im gonna say the crankit family kitchen, specifically with rai and dai. he'll never admit it tho.

hm... low? it was already low before he started t, so it's honestly a little soothing. as for tone... pretty serious, usually. even when he's joking, his humor is very dry and deadpan. it's really funny when he gets all riled up and his voice cracks, tho.

ooh.. ok i'm gonna do just a few:

shirai and daiya: their beloved kuya. oh how they treasure getting on his last fucking nerve. no but really they both look up to him sooo much, they think of him as a really steady and caring person. to his face tho, "kuya killjoy" lmao. "shortass."

murphy: LMAO don't trust this man he's down bad. "cute," obviously. nerd but in an endearing way. a giver, but needs to take better care of himself.

rey: aer best friend. "snores too damn loud." a kindred spirit, they are both way too exhausted to give a fuck. "the best of all of us. except maybe justice. idk don't make me choose."

UHM UHH HI 😳😳 i actually saw your tags before i went to sleep and i was planning to do a rb to my art after i wake up to explain to you further but since you sent in an ask thats awesome LOL

first off i'm glad you liked the art so much!! it is my pleasure to make art that twists the soul

actually you were kinda on the spot with everything! but some flower symbolism additions were part of my own hc for each member and i didn't know that someone would ask about it (nothing bad that you did!) so i'll elaborate below (also spoilers haha)

uriel: yep, lilies! i think it can mean affection for loved ones, but when i was thinking about it i intended for it to mean rebirth, devotion and longing at the same time. i think 999th's uriel went through too much and suffered a lot under bearing the weight of the inevitability of fate, but with OD i felt like her newest family may be a fresh start for her. she seems the most likely to cling to the past, but when faced with the most powerless existence in the universe, uriel would only feel pity and sadness for the god who never lived.

lee jihye: yippee you got it, hydrangeas! i didn't color these in, but the hydrangeas i was thinking of were pink and purple - heartfelt emotion as well as a yearning for compassion. all of the 999th, and i think especially ljh, felt an intense desire for the lives that the 1864th versions of them led. in the end, i would love to believe that they achieved peace, but i think the ancient sorrow and yearning that plagued them will always stick with me.

lee hyunsung: it was obvious from the start but sunflowers - an eternal adoration and loyalty to those around him. i have a lot of feelings about 999th lhs due to the fact that it just hits So Hard that he tries So Much just like in all those other rounds. and yet, despite everything, he will still look towards the light, like a sunflower :) you will never lose the shell again, lhs.

kim namwoon: those are actually wild daisy weeds! thought it'd be funny and a little in character if everyone else chose carefully while he just grabbed some off the sidewalk LOL - on another hand, daisies also symbolize rebirth and motherhood. knw seems like a lonely little fellow to me, and maybe he'll be a mom friend/babysitter figure to OD, who knows? new life, new start.

secretive plotter: yea, tulip :) red and orange. it's simple, yet represents deep, undying and unconditional love. i don't think i need to talk much about that, i just think the SP's ■■ doesn't need a long explanation.

Morning glories!! not only are they already my favorite flower, theyre extremely toxic and mean unconditional love! i have a tendency to fall for the wrong people and not realize until after,, BUT thats only half and half!! some people i loved unconditionally and contine to love them and others set me back in the recovery process,,

Begonias id assume? not only are hanahaki flowers supposed to represent your feelings, they should also represent the person. begonias are known for misfortune, dark/unpleasant thoughts, and caution to new situations. on the flip side, its harmonious communications, understanding, and gratitude.

hm. well, what about the urchin whos actually a prince? someone who originates from grand places, a great misfortune turns them into something undesirable and possibly bitter, and then when theyre brought back to the light of stability they provide for those who are in the same situation as he was

im long range magic tactics and healing always bc im too afraid of conflict :pensive: but the closest thing would probably be something flexible but strong, in black and the more sensitive areas like the neck and thighs covered more carefully (read: shadowhunter gear)
