Happy Dragon Age Day!
This is from 2021 but I don’t think I ever posted it. Dorian talking with his son Felix.
Still grateful to DA for the friends I’ve made while gushing over the game, Dorian specifically 🥹

r/dragonage (Reddit) post titled "Jeff Grubb: Dragon Age: Dreadwolf scheduled to release in late 2024."
Post text: "Dreadwolf to be shown this summer and planned release later this year, Bioware is internally confident on the release date. Anything could change of course."

"Credit to: u/IcePopsicleDragon for posting this in r/GamingLeaksAndRumours."

In episode 339 of Game Mess Decides, Jeff Grubb had the following to say on Dragon Age: Dreadwolf's possible/rumored release window [transcript]:
Question from chat: “Hi Jeff and Mike, when will Dragon Age 4 be shown and released?”
Jeff: “Yeah, I mean, I expect it will probably pop up this summer. I don’t know when it’ll be shown is the real answer, that’s the, let’s get that out, I don’t know when it will be shown. I assume it will be shown sometime this summer. Could happen at any time though. It will be released this year [2024], last I heard. That is, and they’re pretty confident about that, doesn’t mean it’s a guarantee, could slip, but right now, internally, they expect to release it later this year, which is why I took it in Fantasy Critic”.

(there were no more mentions of Dragon Age or BioWare during the episode)

Had this lil comic idea since the trailer dropped, and finally got around to finishing it
hehehehe, I know Khaji is a lot more tame in the movie, but I wish I could see Jaime call Khaji-Da a xenomorph (derogatory). Cool weapons or not, that kind of thing scars someone.
Look at me being fancy, using the text tool for once instead of hand-writing it. It's actually readable for once.

as i'm workin on my Ancient stuff- i've got to say that it is really interesting and neat (read: nasty) that there's a good chance most of the Ancient population probably didn't actually wear masks. but We think they did cuz the only really solid evidence of what they looked like at all all comes from places of the higher social circles. and those strived for religious... superiority, i guess. brownie points, not actual dedication to the religion for the sake of its teachings but either because it made them look good, put them higher in the social hierarchy or whatever manipulation have you (or the flawed look upon the religion aka "we gotta get out of this cycle no matter what")
all we are left with are the bastards. the simple people and their cultures that were left to weather the Iterators' rains were simply washed away. nobody cared for their way of life- as long as it served the higher circles well and they stayed submissive (enough so that at the end everyone would take a dip in the void), nobody had to give a singular shit
just how much do we not know about the Ancients' *everything* because of this disregard? how much do we think we are right about, when such is true only for the small but privileged piece of the species?

Alright, all "metadede real" jokes aside, I cannot get over how good of a duo these two really are
like meta knight was really considered a friend of Dedede's and when it came to the star rod he trusted meta with the past piece.
In order for the kf2 sworn partner thing to work really well, the two had to lean onto eachother. no one was taking the lead, no one was more than the other, they were equal in everything: music, design, attacks, all that. After that happened, I think this really kickstarted their relationship by a lot. To add on, their destined dish in the Kirby Cafe is called "I got your back," and their insignias are sometimes, coincidentally, everywhere together in dream buffet.
I believe it's heavily implied that meta knight spotted dedede somewhere in winter horns, but instead of fighting him, he returned back to the village to protect his waddle dees. Later on in the game he coincidentally came out of the colosseum the moment dedede was rescued.
To sum up my delightful paragraph, these two are the equivalent of one braincell.
