Now that she had joined the modeling path, Amelia was having the chance to participate in many opportunities. Opportunities just like this one. Ivy Club was one of the most famous companies in the country in terms of fashion and now Amelia had the chance to model for them. She was nervous but also excited.

Growing up in Australia, she wore a different school uniform to the ones they wore here in Korea. Amelia had always wanted to try the Korean uniform on but she’d never had the chance. So when she found out she would be wearing it today, Amelia was very happy. She looked at herself in the mirror after getting dressed into the uniform. She clapped happily at what she saw. It was everything she imagined it was.

She had been so excited to be wearing the uniform that she had forgotten that her older brother was also on set and it was only when she spotted his reflection in the mirror that Amelia remembered @leolgc​. ❛ Gege! leo was always thankful for any and all opportunities that came his way. but uniforms? he had long been out of school. but at least he didn't look bad in it. he felt like he actually pulled it off quite well. leo looked in the mirror straightening his jacket and taking in his appearance. he nodded to himself satisfied with how he looked and walked out of the changing room and over to the waiting area with the other models.

leo wasn't completely sure who all was going to be at the photo shoot, or if he would even know anyone there. that was the disadvantage to him being focused on acting and not modeling. he wasn't truly acquainted with many models besides his sister. but luckily in the corner of his eye, he caught sori. thankful to find a friend he rushed over and sat beside her. "so you're doing this campaign too?"

in the past year, HAN KEEHO and NOH AREUM have been the faces of ivy club school uniforms. now that their one year endorsement is slowly coming to an end, the company is looking for fresh faces from lgc for their 2023-2024 campaign.

ivy club school uniforms is looking for individuals with +50 MODELING SKILL POINTS and LESS THAN 100 NOTORIETY. the muse must also be eligible for a modeling contract ( see the list here in the modeling contracts tab ).

for the people in the MODELING path, please be mindful of the slots that you have. if you want to join this along with the brand casting call listed in the MODEL MISSION 014, you would need to have at least 2 slots available ( one to take ivy club and one to possibly take for the brand casting call ).

how could he miss out on this opportunity? modeling for ivy club���s school uniforms felt like a blast back to the past when he was the model for his middle school’s uniform. it was one of his favorite childhood memories and to be able to do what he love again gave him hope that he still has what it takes to be a model. 

the moment he stepped into the dressing room, it was all too familiar. he got changed into his uniform, make up and his hair done. yichen stood in front of the mirror, staring at his reflection. how can he still look the same after graduation? memories came flooding back and his eyes started to get watery. he missed china, his friends and most importantly, his parents. despite their disagreements back then, they were still his parents. the trainee pressed his lips firmly and managed to hold his tears in to not get his makeup smudged. he directed his attention to the set as a form of distraction, standing behind the camera and watching the other trainees get their photos taken.

it wasn’t long before his turn. yichen took his position against the white background, ready to begin. it came naturally to him as he started with one hand in his pocket, shifted his energy to one leg and looked at the camera. the camera flashed, a cue for him to change into his next pose. the trainee tilts his head, a flash. he turns his head to the side, another flash. throughout the session, yichen showed off his modeling skills effortlessly with no awkwardness. the cameraman didn’t have to direct the way he pose, unlike some trainees who were new to this. his whole body just knew what to do.

the session ended after a few more shots and it was the next trainee’s turn. yichen bowed and thanked the staff for their hard work before exiting the set. letting out a breath of satisfaction, he’s still glad that he managed to nail the shoot after so many years. he had missed modeling.

Knowledge of the brand and its target audience did not deter Hyunsoo from pursuing the task. On the contrary, he felt that he rather suited the image. Fresh, youthful and bright-eyed enough. The two years he has been out of high school bring him close enough to the intended demographic that would be investing in the clothes ( or rather, their parents would be ).

He glances at himself in the mirror, constantly adjusting the tie settled underneath the neatly pressed white shirt. His eyes travel over the light vertical stripe pattern of the vest fastened around his waist, and his hands move back to adjust and neatly button up the uniform jacket hanging off his form. Surprisingly, the clothing fit fairly well ㅡ albeit not tailored to his body to the exact centimeter, it would certainly do.

It feels a bit like preparing for graduation all over again, he thinks with a sigh through his nostrils. The burgeoning actor keeps his spectacles tucked into the front pocket of the jacket much like he would during his own school days. Any shred of reminisce toward them were not untainted, stained by a large spot that affected him to this day ㅡ not that he particularly expressed it. Those who knew him back were left none the wiser until his subsequent graduation. Bittersweet is the word he would attribute to his time in Hanlim but he is not meant to dwell on the past in the midst of a photoshoot.

He's taken back down to Earth when the photographer peeks his head out from behind the camera.

"Hyunsoo, can you do a different pose this time. Maybe try to smile or appear more cheery?" He squats back down to asses the angle of his mounted camera.

Hyunsoo's eyes widen slightly, caught off guard by his own mind's propensity to wander. He offers the photographer a simple nod. "Hm? Ah... Yes, sir, that is a good suggestion." He removes the glasses from his pocket and places them on his face, resuming his endless series of poses ㅡ this time with a smile.

hyunhee can’t say she was the best in school. certainly not the worst but far from the best. she was never a good student, always goofing around in the back of class, getting the homework answers from her friends. she hated it; being stuck in a classroom all day having to sit and listen to the most boring lectures. 

thank good those days are in the past. 

in a twist of fate, however, she’s signed up to model for ivy club. though she’s certain they aren’t going to be checking her grades, hyunhee feels the slightest bit of unease thinking that she doesn’t belong amongst the other models, that somehow the casting director is going to shoo her off set before she gets to take her first picture. 

just because _she _wasn’t a good student doesn’t mean she can’t pretend to be one for a simple photoshoot. 

being on set is a completely new experience for hyunhee. she’s excited, as always, to take on and try something new. she’s not used to modeling, mainly taking pictures of herself for instagram or to send to friends and family. she thinks she’s photogenic, but she won’t be sure until the photos come out. 

‘hyunhee, can you look a little to the left for me?’ 

the director’s words snap the trainee out of her daze, and she shakes her head re-acclimating herself. “sorry,” hyunhee yells, repositioning herself. “is this better?” she asks, and smiles when the director gives her a thumbs up. 

the photoshoot proceeds in a relatively uneventful manner, her favorite parts include being doted on by the staff, especially the makeup artists. hyunhee absolutely loves it when she gets spoiled, and this is no exception. while the photoshoot hasn’t necessarily unlocked a newfound passion for modeling, she has gotten a craving for the perks that come alongside it.

kiha never anticipated signing up for an opportunity like this. modelling, and school uniforms of all things. nor accepting a contract that wasn’t confirming his debut as an idol. but haley— haley was persuasive and where she went, kiha willingly followed. within reason of course. it’d been a rough couple of months for the two of them, between mental health declines and opportunities lost, for haley at least. so when the chance to participate in something together arose, kiha was willing to step out of his comfort zone and take said chance. 

he forgets what it’s like to wear a school uniform, having blocked that portion of his life from his brain— and likely for the better. it’s an experience in itself to have stylists fawning over him; as they brush his bangs into place and touch up his makeup for the umpteenth time. he’s not used to having people so close to him. but kiha doesn’t think he looks so bad in a tie and blazer. it’s definitely more youthful looking than the suit collecting dust in the cupboard back home. 

kiha slowly makes his way over towards haley, wanting to at least talk to her briefly before having to stand in front of the cameras and have their pictures taken. dating or not, their interaction here was by no means suspicious. kiha wasn’t going to give legacy any reason to think otherwise— he was going to prove that they could coexist in a professional environment. besides, there was enough trainees dressed in uniforms, scattered between stylists and staff members. 

“hey there,” kiha murmurs, stopping a few foot front of haley, hands tucked inside the pockets of his trousers. “look at you. look at us. you look great.” not entirely what he wanted to go with, but surely she understood where he was coming from.

.. gig opportunity 022 : ICSU photoshoot.

Upon becoming a trainee, Baekhyun had two goals in mind. First, to debut in an idol group, finding success in that area and stabilising his name. Second, work as an actor because that was always his one priority when he decided to be part of the entertainment industry. Many things have changed in those almost thirty months since he signed with Legacy, but that doesn't change the fact that despite everything, his goals haven't shifted, even if the priority list has varied recently.

Modelling, however, was never a part of his plans. With the nature of his job, Baekhyun expected them to be coached about several different things, modelling being one of those, but getting gigs out of it was a surprise. It's even more surprising that he's back to using a high school uniform years after finishing high school (he's even three years into university for theatre studies. He's about to graduate).

Baekhyun has to admit, though, the uniform still fits him well. He looks older, of course, but he looks more well-polished than the 16-year-old brat he was at the time. The pants are surprisingly well-fitted, and the jacket is soft and good. He's lucky that chic is the trend because, if memory serves him well, that wasn't the case when he was a kid dreaming of becoming a grownup. 

He has learned a lot in the almost three years since becoming a trainee, and maybe Baekhyun's ego and high impression of himself give him the attitude to stand in front of the staff and make himself look like he knows what he's doing. He takes the photographer's directions well, but there is not much he can do besides looking charming with his hands in his pockets and looking charming with his hands hanging on his sides. He occasionally tugs on one side of his jacket and crosses his arms, but that's the extent of his range of poses. And he smiles a lot, to the point that when he's excused, his facial muscles hurt from keeping that same expression the whole time.

At the very least, he's going to get paid, and this wasn't even that bad of an experience. He could have had a lot worse, to be honest.

Well. This was weird, but also kind of nostalgic.

Haemin picked at an errant thread clinging to the crisp white shirt he's been given to model, smoothing it subconsciously as he tests the movement of the uniform. It had been so long since his own high school days that he couldn't help but feel like an impostor at the shoot full of fresh faces. Though, to be fair, he did have a youthful appearance which would serve him in well in selling the fantasy of well dressed, well educated, teenager.

Even though entering high school marked a big change in his life, it was also the beginning of chasing his dream. Haemin had moved to Seoul, started a new school far away from anyone he'd called a friend, all for the chance to follow the path to become an actor.

Although he'd been the odd one out, what with his Busan dialect (that he'd quickly tried to drop in order to fit in) and lack of pop culture knowledge, he'd managed so survive without any incidents and even made a few acquaintances along the way. As for his grades, they had been above average (though tending to be closer to average) but nothing stand out spectacular which suited him just fine. Someone had to pad out the bell curve, right?

"Yoo Haemin?"

The sound of his name pulls Haemin out from his thoughts, a smile automatically forming on his lips as he bows slightly before following the staff member towards the set. With one last exhale to calm his nerves and switch his brain into working mode, he made his way to the backdrop, rolling his shoulders before settling with his best good boy smile.

The shoot goes smoothly once they get going, his body and expressions changing naturally in the different poses he tries out. He accepts any and all direction given to him by the photographer and director, mentally filing them away for future use.

gig opportunity ( 022 ) ( ivy school club ) endorsement ✧

today on the agenda for things he thought he would never do is modeling and school uniforms at that. of course, sejun knows that modeling comes with the gig of being an idol; he's seen the large photobooks in kpop albums with hundreds of pictures with various concepts, not to mention the magazine covers, commercials, and etcetera. it takes looking good to be successful in any capacity, especially in the entertainment industry.

sejun's first contract has become a youthful take, sporting a blazer and neatly irons pants. his hair has been styled as if he were in a high school drama, along with soft natural makeup to make him look younger than he really is. when he looks in the mirror, he doesn't see the high school sejun, just someone who has come too far in their career as a trainee to quit now. (he would have said the same about law school, if he wasn't so set on producing music one day.)

the uniforms are a lot nicer than the ones he remembers from 5 years ago when he was still in school, tailored to fit his body and wrap neatly around his broad shoulders. even in his 3rd year of high school, sejun was still pretty small, "too skinny" most of his older teachers regularly told him but now, with the thanks of kiha and a set regimented work out routine, he's twice as large. his face has cleared up (thanks to sunhwa) and his voice has reached it's deepest pitch without the need to squeak every other syllable.

it feels weird; the differences between him and his former self. five years ago doesn't seem that long ago but looking back it's like lifetimes. the constant, as sappy as it sounds, is sunhwa and even she's changed. he's watched her become confident, take on a modeling career and star as a character in a kdrama.

he hopes that she will be proud to see him like this, through all the changes, though it's the small loser version of himself that she fell in love with all those years ago. and though his mood has been low lately and he feels somewhat anxious to be in front of the camera, he thinks about all the way he's changed and grown. hopefully, it'll get easier and hopefully he'll stop feeling out of place.

ICSU PHOTSHOOT SOLO.

He walked to the set, bowing politely and with poise at the director before he took his place in front of the camera. Thin fingers brushed over his neatly ironed school uniform, flattening whatever delicate wrinkles had decided to plague it and ruin the perfected sequence he’d planned out in his head. As he donned the uniform, Minkyu felt an innate sense of ease wash over him. It was as if he were transported back to the halcyon days of his teenage years, when he would meticulously rehearse his poses for the graduation portrait at Hanlim. 

The memory of those bittersweet moment lingered in his mind, fueling his drive and determination to succeed today. A part of him missed wearing the uniform, another part was happy he got the chance again, and a more significant amount of him hoped for another opportunity at an official photoshoot for the brand to be given to him. 

He offered poses with his hands in his deep blue suit jacket pockets, sometimes with a hand on the hip, sometimes casually leaning to the side. His countenance, a delightful mix of playful smiles and serious gazes, left one enraptured. At times, he winked with an impish twinkle in his eye, while at others, he grinned with a charm that could melt even the coldest of hearts. A wondrous display of his unbridled spontaneity, a quality that had been honed and coupled with the careful guidance and modeling techniques imparted upon him during his arduous journey as a trainee. 

Every move he made was a testament to the wisdom and counsel he had received, a true embodiment of the artistry that lay within. He was delighted to exhibit another skill of himself, another ability he possessed and constantly worked on improving. With another dip of his head and a thank you to the staff, he exited the set and bid goodbye to friends and trainees on his way out.
