I kinda feel burnt out after drawing fanart simultaneously. So I take a break by creating my own vampire oc. (And explore my inner history nerd side)

Meet Ziz (he/they), the ancient vampire. He has lived during Sumerian civilization. He goes by many names but the best description for him is the Edimmu.

He cannot be killed nor can he create his little minions like those stereotypical vampires. The ancient sumerian cosmic god cursed him to never have a rest as long as the sun remained.

He prefers men's blood exclusively because he drank women's blood once and it tastes like tap water. He doesn't bite but rather uses his tongue to pierce the skin and let the blood sip thru those micro needles on his tongue (just like mosquitoes lol)

Don't be fooled by his color schemes. He's absolutely an ass. He's really mean to strangers and he has trust issues. But once you know him he's really a kind and loving person. But the trauma made him like this today.

P.s. I really wanna know what you guys thought about him. So my dm is always open.

Zoophobia, or animal phobia, is the irrational fear or aversion towards animals (excluding humans). Zoophobia is the general negative reaction to animals, but it is usually divided into many subgroups, each being of a specific type of zoophobia. Although zoophobia as a whole is quite rare, types of the fear are common. As mentioned before by Sigmund Freud, an animal phobia is one of the most frequent psychoneurotic diseases among children. Zoophobia is almost never towards mammals, but instead towards non-mammalia creatures. A list of common zoophobias is shown below.
