Things I will never understand: why do so many Star Wars fans agree that the Disney Sequels were terrible and destructive to the original Lucas saga, but then still passively accept them as 'canon'???

I kinda like the idea of Lionblaze and Nightheart being like those cats that start off black but turn amber as they age, the concept of animals changing colors has always been really cool to me and I would go on a tangent about Lipizzaner horses if it was applicable to this situation but my point is that 1. It would be cool and 2. It would be funny to happen to Nightheart

I am infinitely more likely to take inspiration from interesting horse breeds than learn even one (1) thing about cat genetics

Lionblaze sounds fun because he would look like Crowf as a kitten but get more and more like a glowing fire flame with time.

For Nightheart I'm a rusty-Nightheart truther. He turns orange in the sunlight and no one can convince me otherwise. Also I imagine he's got little orange tear freckles around his eyes and orange whiskers.

Remember Gem's beehive origin? It wasn't a bee origin, i think the text said it was a lot of bees holding together a form. But my headcanon, which i would've explored more if not for insectophobia, is that she's literally.. a hive. Like, the bees straight up makes home inside of her. That gave me an idea for an urban fantasy new life au, and the irony is that i literally wanted to do the same thing with origins smp, but i accidentally recreated kagepro and i was never the same person again. Either way, didn't go past the ideas stage on both things. I literally want an urban fantasy au so bad but kagepro is literally my only inspo for that 🤷‍♂️ so there's that
