I know the game is almost 3 years old already but fans are only in the Balan Wonderworld fandom because the two main boxart characters Balan and Lance have S-Tier designs and didn't deserve to be wasted potential on a very lackluster game. Liking BWW only because of these two is completely valid because both are quite literally the best thing about that dumpster fire of a game. Since we most likely will never see them again, I'm glad at least both Balan and Lance were adopted by Tumblr in a way. I'll never forgive Square Enix for wasting such awesome and unique character designs.

Also I have no idea why I posted this because I'm pretty much a pokemon only account but who cares?

Ooh! Glad you're back! Anyways, I have a silly fic request!

Here is the request: Lance and Reader (his girlfriend) come home after a long day and decide to cuddle up with each other while napping. But the nap is short-lived as one of Lance's Negati decides to spook the rest of the Negati, causing them to go crazy, which starts Lance and Reader.

First, i love that video.

Second, you have no idea how much i've wanted to write for Lance and how excited i am for this request!

Third, this ended up longer then i meant so i'd going under read more.

You had a long day working and you were pretty tired, it was understandable. You didn't sleep the best when you were away from Lance and unfortunately last night you didn't get to sleep with him as he was away all night busy with his own things, which also meant that he was pretty tired as well. He did his best sleeping with you in his arms and other limbs but he wasn't even in any bed last night, which might not have been a problem before since he didn't need sleep to survive like you did but he'd gotten rather used to sleeping with you and now not sleeping made him a bit tired.

So the two of you were tired compared to how you usually were and you went to sit down after coming home but before you could you felt arms wrap around your waist and a chin rest on your shoulder. You smiled softly and put a hand on his head knowing exactly who it was.

"Hey, Lance." You tried to say clearly though you mumbled just a bit from how tired you were.

"You sound tired." Lance said so softly, nuzzling onto your cheek for a second but didn't give you a real chance to speak before he was picking you up bridal style and you to the shared bed you two slept in.

You made a soft sound as you were picked up, a bit surprised but were quick to grab onto him nuzzling onto his chest with a soft smile as you felt his strong and yet soft arms holding you safely as he took you to bed for a nap.

Gently putting you on the bed he started to tuck you in but was stopped by you pulling him into the bed with you, smiling softly as he showed no resistance and happily crawled into bed with you under the covers. He was quick to wrap his arms around you letting you lay comfortably beside him as he waited for you to start to fall asleep before closing his eyes to do the same his tentacles moving a bit to be closer to his own or your body to keep more warmth in. It was nice... While it lasted. It might have been a little over ten minutes but it was hard to tell as the two of you were suddenly startled away by a loud crash as if something had broke and that wasn't even the last of it, right after there were sounds of scurrying and skidding across the floor and before you knew what was going on you had three negati in bed with you and Lance... Wait, no, just you. Evidently lance had jumped off the bed and was in the floor now.

"Lance?" You asked worried.

"I'm okay, don't worry, Light of my life."

You couldn't help but smile at the nickname he had given you.
