I almost didn’t finish this one mostly because I was wondering I was doing something wrong not drawing Max as a chaotic and destructive sociopath, but I ended up drawing it anyway. It was partially also inspired by a dream I had that the four baby bunnies were in. As well as that one scene from Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 3.

i cant believe leporidae on this site dont know how to courtship correctly. an anon just asked me why their relationship isnt working even though he only chased her for 5 minutes. any buck thats worth it would at LEAST have the energy to run for 7 hours!

the black rabbit
image descriptions: a black ceramic rabbit with pink antlers and a white, eyeless face. Sharp triangle and spiral designs coil over it. The pink covering of its antlers is cracked; the same cracked pink pigment forms a mask over where the rabbit's eyes should be.

Did you know the American Pika love the wildflowers as much as us here at Cedar Breaks?
In fact, it is their favorite food!
Pika's do not hibernate and will collect wildflowers and grasses in the summertime and lay them out on the rocks in the sun to dry them. They do that so their food does not go moldy during the winter. These are called "Haystacks" and they are stored in their dens till wintertime.
All plants in the park are protected. Remember, it is illegal to pick any wildflowers inside Cedar Breaks National Monument. You can help leave no trace by taking only photographs and leaving only footprints. Help protect the plants by walking on designated trails.
