Målet med dagens löpning var att springa i en timme. Det blev en timma av löpning i fantastiskt solsken, det känns som evigheter sedan senast det hände! ☀️ Kompletterade löpningen med en timma styrka på gymmet, det var armar, bål och rygg som fick sig en genomkörare. 💪🏽 Jag funderar på att hänga på TSM’s långpass imorgonbitti. Det är väll hög tid att få in ett långpass i veckan också. 😁 Njut av den tidiga vårsolen. Gör något ni tycker om, det är viktigt. ☀️ . 🇬🇧 Todays goal with the running was to run for an hour. That was exactly what I did, in fantastic sunshine! It felt like it was eternities ago since last time! ☀️ After the run I ended up at the gym. For an hour of strength exercises. Arms, abs and back got what they deserved. 💪🏽 I’m planning to maybe run a long distance session tomorrow with “Team Stockholm Marathon”. Today I ran another test run to see whether the injured hip would last. The idea was to go for about 5 km run (pick up a Facebook marketplace purchase for Elmo and come back) but the run felt good and I went a bit longer. The heart rate was high but I was afraid to let the cadence down. It felt so good! My spirit was HIGH, high, high! So awesome! Did it hurt? Not really. Now waiting for tomorrow and how it will feel then. I have been doing physiotherapy exercises for my hamstring-butt-hip problems for about 2 months now (thank you @fysimosimo 💪🏻👌🏻) and in addition core training. It seems that it is slowly doing its job and working. BTW My Southern Ostrobothnian heart loved the flat scenery. Runner In Germanic languages and a few of their neighbours the bishop is a runner: in Dutch (“loper”), German (“Läufer”), Luxembourgish (“Leefer”), Danish (“løber”), Swedish (“löpare”), Norwegian (“løper”), Finnish (“lähetti”) and Hungarian (“futó”). Hunter In the South Slavic languages, he’s a hunter, written either as “lovac” (Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian) or “lovec” (Slovenian, Macedonian). Officer/Noble Bulgarians and Albanians agree that the bishop is an officer – “oficer” in Bulgarian and Albanian, but the Greeks beg to differ: he’s an “axiomatikos”, or “nobleman”. Lithuania’s “rikis” has the same colour code, but it’s unclear whether this Baltic bishop is an officer or a gentleman. Crazy/Jester In French, the bishop is a fool (“fou”), which is not entirely the same as a lunatic (“nebun” in Romanian). Gunner A return to military form in Czech and Slovak, where the bishop turns into a “strelec”, or gunner. Standard-bearer In Italian alone, the bishop is a standard-bearer, or ensign: “alfiere”. Stock of a gun Another isolate: in Latvian, he’s the stock of a gun (“laidnis”). Spear Latvia’s northern neighbours are a bit more primitive about it, and see the bishop as a spear (“oda”). Turtle Perhaps the most outlandish label for the bishop is given by Georgian. Only they look at the bishop and see something that is not even remotely military, courtly or athletic – a turtle (“ku”).
