Frohes neues Jahr! ✨ Die erste Woche 2023 ist fast schon wieder vorbei und jedes Mal falle ich über die Feiertage in ein kleines Loch. Dabei ist ein neues Jahr eigentlich wie eine frische Linolplatte. Jeder Schnitt formt das Bild. Jeder Schritt, den wir gehen formt das Jahr. Oder so. Und am Ende kommt vielleicht was Gutes dabei raus. What are values iam sharing with my artcollectors? Which Iam actual living, due the fact i paint the paintings myself. Which gives less room for living things, which then are mutual. Hmm. I love sitting being left alone, painting. I love drinking tea. I although like a Glas of wine. Iam thankful for being activated to do sport, working out. I love traveling, at least I used to love traveling. The last 14 years I did imprison myself here in germany painting in my different studio places. I decided to paint the paints myself, to have a usp, being original. Allthough to ground & humble me, and my throughts thru my work process. Painting ouside with in Public is like being in a narcissistic, outward directed frame, seeking in a way validation from the world. Painting inside, studiowork, mediation, hardening learning being alone. I guess Iam heavy influence from hearing, and reading the Robinson Crueso story often. All our childhood influence l, being them suddle & small, form the later adult life. I still have my first childhood playtoy woodbox. I can deduct from the stickers, how they influenced mylife, looking back. my art makes wealthy people trusting there younger wife’s, girlsfriends bring them there expensive southamerican substances which culminate getting bad stuff. Which would be good for keeping there manhood intact. Or My art makes mature wealthy gentlemen being stone cold providers of the South American substance for there younger wife’s, till there hooked with in the gentlemen’s Life. With in a second phase, when she sober again, she can be gift him a heir, being a mother to his sons. Iam being emphatic here. I although like a distance to people. Iam far from anti social. Iam pro social, my art speaks for it self. I just #love money, reaching my goals, #connecting just with people which are beneficial. Time is a high value good. Kürbisbrot:

*Zutaten:*

- 2 Tassen Kürbispüree

- 3 1/2 Tassen Mehl

- 2 Tassen Zucker

- 1/2 Tasse Pflanzenöl

- 4 Eier

- 2 TL Backpulver

- 1 TL Zimt

- 1/2 TL Muskatnuss

- 1/2 TL Salz

*Anleitung:*

1. Den Backofen auf 180°C vorheizen und eine Kastenform einfetten.

2. Mehl, Backpulver, Zimt, Muskatnuss und Salz in einer Schüssel vermengen.

3. In einer separaten Schüssel Zucker, Öl und Eier gut miteinander verrühren.

4. Das Kürbispüree hinzufügen und gründlich vermengen.

5. Die trockenen Zutaten nach und nach zur Kürbismischung geben und gut verrühren.

6. Den Teig in die vorbereitete Kastenform gießen und im vorgeheizten Ofen ca. 60-70 Minuten backen, bis ein Zahnstocher sauber herauskommt.

7. Das Kürbisbrot abkühlen lassen und in Scheiben schneiden.

Diese Rezepte sind nur ein kleiner Vorgeschmack auf die kulinarischen Möglichkeiten, die Kürbis bietet. Genieße den herbstlichen Geschmack dieses vielseitigen Gemüses!
