been writing about guilliman so here's some hcs about his parents

- tarasha and konor were not together. never were, never wanted to be. they were, however, best friends and had already been working together near 20 years by the time roboute showed up

- tarasha always said she learned when to and not to push a topic because konor is a stubborn bastard, but she was always the more stubborn of the two. including on the topic of who was more stubborn

- tarasha was the one who suggested co-parenting. she'd always kind of wanted kids, but put it off as something she didn't have the time for and something she wasn't going to pause her career to try and pursue. then a baby literally fell from the stars

- this was useful because konor only had baby cousins and tarasha only had nieblings so neither of them really knew how to care for a baby on their own

- guilliman was kind of an ugly baby </3 but he was charming enough for his parents, so

- they both had a habit of kissing roboute on the forehead, especially when he was younger. konor ALWAYS kissed his left temple and tarasha ALWAYS kissed his right. roboute liked it, it balanced him out

-- they didn't discuss this, they just started doing it independently

- pretty soon after konor died, tarasha kissed roboute on the left temple exactly once and never again. it was bittersweet for both of them
