who are your favorite voice actors?

my favorite is kuroda takaya, he doesn't have many prominent/main roles in anime which always saddened me, him being the voice of kiryu was actually the reason i started playing yakuza. i loved hirano aya and hayashibara megumi ever since i was a kid, hirano in particular, i'm very weak to her characters, though she doesn't do a lot nowadays... hayashibara is very prolific though and a huge name so there's that. i love noto mamiko so much, always makes me biased towards her characters. koyasu, obviously. i like his vocal tone/color, i typically enjoy his characters, and he's a good actor, loved him as dio and takasugi especially, though my personal favorite will always be excalibur from soul eater. i love sawashiro miyuki for both tone and typecast, as far as tone alone goes i love oumi minami and voices similar to her, and always happy to hear kobayashi yuu, ishida akira, inoue marina, park romi, yamadera koichi, and hisakawa aya. i also love wakamoto norio though it's mostly his manner of speaking, it's always more of a comedic performance.

sagawa was one of the best antagonists in the yakuza/like a dragon franchise, and it's a shame he doesn't survive after the end of the game.

an excellent bent dynamic with majima, both affectionate and demeaning, which is always fun. very similar vibes to takasugi in yakuza 5, so i guess that's no surprise. always do like the sardonic dirtbags who love your protagonist like they're a pet dog
